The actual day of getting the phone was great, however I got the bigger plan for more data 100 GB and bearly into the plan they sent me a text saying that I have used the whole data and my phone was sloded down and you cant talk to someone about it..

There are 3 locations in Danville, VA that are under the same ownership. One on Piney Forest Road, Mt Cross Road and West Main Street. All 3 locations have experienced staff and great promotions. They also have a huge selection of accessories for all brands of phones. I highly recommend you check out these store. Happy customer!!!

My mom went to return and cancel my grandmother phone, she has passed away, she was originally told she would have to pay over 250, 120 for the phone and next month services and some other fee which was never told to her what that was for. She did get it reduced to just paying for the phone, regardless of how long granny had the phone or etc I just feel like this is poor customer service. My grieving mom drove 35 miles one way out of her way to go do the right thing and return the phone and was treated very poorly. During her wait there it was her turn to go up and she was told by the representative that she would have to wait till the people after her got waited on because they had to call customer arrive I just don’t understand how everywhere else we had to cancel were sympathetic and had nothing owed except boost mobile.
