Nobody is really helpful unless your spending money. I found out things about my phone I purchased 3 months ago I should have been told when I bought it. My bad for not asking questions. Customer service was no help either.
The service isnt worth the cost at all the service sucks
Moved from Florida recently and had my old iPhone hooked up. The owner is very polite and does everything to make you feel good about choosing metro. He had my service up and going in just minutes and even threw in a case for my iPhone at a highly discounted price. Would recommend this store for all you mobile needs.

I love the phone company and the features they have for phone plans. I just wish they had better coverage because AT&Ts coverage is way better. Too many dead zones with this phone company. I loved my new MOTOE5PLAY PLUS but the screen cracked all to pieces not even a week after having it.

Store manger was very rude. I called the store and he rush me off the phone. I even went to the store I wanted to pay my bill he kept trying to get me to buy phones that I did not want was in the store for 35 mins I will be switching my service.

The company that owns this franchise is not following any good company practices! I was up charged almost 90$ for a phone case and screen protector! I know the screen protector was 15$ and the case was 30$ why didnt I receive any receipts for my purchases?! Do not go here they will up charge you making you think you have some great deal!

The internet is alright but you cant play or do mostly anything online, bout the best thing is their staff, staff is better then the phones and internet.

T-Mobile/metroPCS coverage in Danville is solid., crazy fast speeds. Store has friendly service, and the manager, Amber is always ready to assist. I recommend all my friends here.

Piedmont Mall location has friendlier service. If you arrive at Piney Forest location 15 minutes before closing they will not accept cash payment because they count tills early so they can leave shortly after closing. Rude & unhelpful.
I am not happy with this company only had my service for a very few months i came in to speak to them told them it was dropping my 4g and also dropping my calls they told me to get a up grade but have to pay for it or i can use my warranty and wait for 7days for it to come in refurbished phone really i didnt buy a refurbished phone why should i have to get one Now this place is a joke.
