Marlow Services is beyond the BEST CELL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I’m 36 years old I have been to many places &, not all places, but a vast majority of places for me is help me understand. Where I was I would get an employee & barely get the question out on what’s going on & they take my phone out of my hand fix it hand it back & their gone. I have no idea what they did. I had an iPhone 10XR LOVED IT it broke I go to store & was FORCED to buy an iPhone 12 because I asked “I want to buy an iPhone 10 XR.” Nope don’t sell em. “May I buy an iPhone 11” Nope don’t sell em. “What iPhones do you have?” The 12’s only. I knew that was a lie. I get this 12. In 1 month it locked me out 4 times 1 time they said I had no SIM card my parents had a flip phone my bill was $260 a month even as an EMT. Last time I took the guy was rude tossed phone to me said “Yeah idk what’s wrong with it.” I went to Marlow Service. They are the KINDEST NICEST PATIENT SWEET PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET EVER! A hour later I got me an iPhone 6 and my bill is $40 a month. I will never ever go anywhere but Marlowe Service!! I suggest you do too! You will be in good hands!!

His customer service is unbeatable because he takes the time to explain what the issue is after extensive diagnostics, and then shows his customers through demo on the phone what is defective and how he fixes it (which I really appreciate). Eddie Marlow of Marlow Services, LLC repaired my cracked screen on my iPhone 6 right in front of me while I was in South Boston, VA (he met me at a local restaurant). It only took about 20 minutes from start to finish and he made sure everything was working properly on the phone before I left. I had only contacted him the day before to schedule an appointment, but he said he sometimes can meet with someone the same day they call him for repairs. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs to get repairs for their mobile devices. Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and was able to fit me in shortly after my contacting him.
