The two young man who waited on me were nice but they didnt seem to know a lot about the specials and from what they said the specials and sales are not special at all. They advertise buy one get one free phones but you actually dont buy or get anything for free you have to pay a downpayment for both phones and it gets put on a payment plan so youre technically not getting anything for free its a very convoluted and Shady way to make a sale.
Though Im not a T-Mobile customer, I am THINKING about moving my cell phone service to T-Mobile and I loved all of the positive views; plus my brother up in Pittsburgh, PA said the service was excellent!!
Logan was so helpful and informative. He helped me get what I wanted and also told me about other deals that I was not aware of I will always be a client of T-mobile because of him.
I went in today asking about a specific phone Id heard about, the manager was so friendly, he let me check it out and talked me into getting it right then, they only had one color option in store, but he ordered me a different color to be shipped to me and no additional cost, he also got me set up with accessories and answered all questions I had, I cant wait to get my new phone in the next day or so.
Hate dealing with this store and I am considering leaving. The last time I went in the service was horrible I waited 30mins in a near empty store. They attend to who they want to and act as if you’re bothering them. The young guy who worked there with a beard needs to come back or something because he at least acted like he cared.
Wonderful team, knowledgeable employees. Manager was very involved and made the experience personal. It was conveyed to me they are building this store with integrity and honesty. My bill actually ended up being CHEAPER when I got it then what I was originally quoted at due to a promotion the team was able to attach to my account. I love T-Mobile and their company. Go see the team over at the Danville Mall!

Got me set up with my new iPhone 11. Love it! They didnt try to force me into upgrading, they just informed me of what benefits Id receive if I were to upgrade. My kids arent getting any younger, so I NEED to have nice pictures of my babies to hold forever! This camera is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Super grateful for the knowledgeable rep (ask for LOGAN!) and the oversight of manager JT made me feel assured that I would love the new camera and showed me picture comparisons of his 11 and his iPhone X (Ask to see his kitties! lol) They went above and beyond, which is why I felt compelled to leave my honest feedback. Love that team!

Had problem with bill because of store in North Carolina, drove over to Danville mall store (refuse to go back to NC store), and wow. My wife actually cried out of happiness. They not only fixed my bill, they found a way to SAVE ME OVER $50 A MONTH. Talking with manager JT took over store in January he was great. Even gave me his personal cell phone number if I needed anything at all. Will be back every month to pay my bill. JT you rock.

Have little to no signal all throughout county. I have unlimited talk text and data but never have data reception in county and texts continually fail to send in county. We live in Brosville area.
The people in this store doesn’t explain anything. They will sell you stuff you don’t need, Will not ask needed questions to insure they are satisfying your need.BUYERS BEWARE, go to BESTBUY!!!!

Came in frustrated to the location, but Faith was able to turn that around with her patience and excellent customer service! I love my new black iPhone XR :) We will definitely be visiting this location again

I arrived at 1003 as the store advises they open at 1000. Its 1103 and Im still waiting on the store to open. There are no signs to inform you of a different time opening. There is no communication at all.
Terrible Customer Service, go to any store but the one in the mall. Inexperienced not helpful. Stay away.
If you have problems with the screen protector you get from the place within 14 days dont let them send you out the store telling you to contact the company like they did me If its within the 14 days get your money back.
