Holden at Danville AT and T is what makes that store wonderful. I have never been in when he wasn’t smiling and always beyond helpful. I used to dealing with phone issues. Holden has always made this old lady feel intelligent and useful in dealing with things. He is a keeper. Give the young man a great raise!

Nice store, Daniel the Manager help us to get the best plan for our needs at a far price. The store currently dont have cellphones on display, since they are following Covid protocol, but the crew is really helpful.Thank you guys!

The people at AT&t store wear nice and friendly. And I were very helpful. Sorry to say I decided to switch to Verizon phone. Because they have coverage in Caswell county. Im switching from Sprint because T-Mobile hates Sprint clients.

I went in the AT&T Danville VA store on Sunday, July 27, 2020 and the sales consultant Mamadou Diakhate was very helpful and knowledgeable he helped me set up my phone as I purchased a new iPhone SE I strongly recommend him to anyone that is looking to set up a new phone or purchase a new phone I’ll give him 5 stars he was a pleasure to work with 😃

Be aware of them selling lifetime free replacement products, its a Corporate LIE! I was getting replacement screen protectors with lifetime free replacement for free and all of a sudden they decided to start charging $8 for FREE replacement! Once again salespeople can con you to buy something and then flip flop on what was said!

MetroPCS has better deals and phones. AT&T told me the phone i have would be twice as much through them as it is through MetroPCS. No thanks! Staff is somewhat friendly, depending on whos working.

Products are comparable but the service sucks. Young gentleman was rude and never set up my new phone which I didnt realize until I got home and was stranded without a phone for hours before I could call into At&t then spent 30 minutes setting up my own phone.

I have rated the quality of this location based on the customer service I received my recent experience. This locations has multiple store employee’s that display incompetence when delivering account service, account information and overall knowledge of AT&T procedures. Furthermore, negative attitudes and poor listening skills are characteristics of the customer service I received.I recently went to this location to merely cancel an existing account and create a new line of service. This basic task was met with incompetence and has resulted in me receiving a bill for an account that should have been deactivated. Also, I received a bill for the new account which I paid and the account is current. Per AT&T headquarters customer service, employee number P7VWTN2, Danville, VA Holt Garrison Pkwy AT&T location gave me wrong information pertaining to end of cycle cancellation billing procedures from Danville, VA Holt Garrison Pkwy AT&T location.I recommend general management take steps to have a refresher training course for all employees at this location. Management is very poor at this location and service at this location needs to be held to a heir standard.

I have been harassed and over charged and I have onl y been with at&t since Aug 30,2017. That being said the representative at the at&t store in Coleman Market Place in Danville,.Va. That has helped me with getting my account started and with all the harassment the ridiculously overcharged first bill and the continuous suspension other problems whose name is Holden has been wonderful to me and fixing my dilemma. He is an asset to the company
