I was visiting my sister who lives within walking distance and I am envious. We tried everything and was not once disappointed. I miss kolaches the most since I moved from Texas and was so excited they had them too! The staff was very nice and helpful and helped reel us in when we only had stars and donuts in our eyes. I ask my sister to go back every week so I can eat vicariously

We were very overwhelmed with all the choices, but the staff took care of us! They were very patient and took the time to tell us about their donuts and biscuits. The owner told us he handpicks his ingredients, such as homemade jam and free-range chicken, and you can really tell in the quality of the food.Amazing Nashville hot chicken biscuit! Wow! Maribeth is so worth the hype. Did not expect the plain looking sandwich to pack such a flavor explosion. The gravy, fried chicken and hash browns melded so well. Perfect size for brunch. Got three donuts - caramel, coffee and pistachio -and all of them were good but but the chicken and biscuits stole the show for us!

OH MY GOSH! So I love donuts and Ive been trying new spots around Dallas. I googled this place and it instantly reminded me of a few spots Ive been at back in Jersey! So i grab my roommate and we head off to the treasure. I got a little excited once i got in and started getting a little bit of everything lol, but they varieties they had Ive never seen before. I cant even describe the flavors i saw lol so you have to go in for yourself, but i can say that they taste freaking amazing! I came in at a good time too because the owner came out and introduced me and my roommate a new little thing thats not on the menu, BUT if youre seeing this you should put it on there! The brisket was delicious!!

Nothing Hypnotic about Hypnotic Donuts.. the food was good not great...prices are a few bucks to high. The club vibe with the Bluetooth Music at maximum volume Is a little 2 much.. and if your name is Josh Tony or Anthony youre not very well liked by the girls up front.. (so quit yelling and screaming and having attitude) So dont believe everything you hear and read on social media and other outlets when it comes to profiling and promoting these top tier establishments...I drove 35 miles for an average donut and biscuit...But feel free to find out for yourself....Thats as real as it gets..

I love going here after a trip to the gardens down the street. It makes the whole experience so much more special. The donuts themselves are amazing. The Bavarian The Barbarian is my absolute favorite, but I always pick up a Ski Accident donut for my husband as well. Super spot and very convenient!

The chicken biscuits are delicious! They have a variety of flavors to choose from. The donuts are flavorful. They always have seasonal/rotating options. So fresh and jams made from scratch. This isnt your typical donut shop. The owner is so friendly. We have a great experience everytime we go. They recently changed the furniture and their look inside. It looks great. More importantly the food is still delicious and satisfying which is why we really go.

Cool place for outlandish donuts. I got 2 kolaches. She asked me if I wanted them heated-up and I said no - I should have gone with yes. They were okay; not the best Ive ever had but there isnt much to be expected from a kolache & a bit small for the price.

This is not your typical Donut Bar, given that they have homemade biscuits, which certainly delivers on taste! Although the place is pricey, its hard to find unique places such as this. You can expect a line, and a humble interior with sparse seating. I would say skip on the actual donuts, and go straight for the divine Biscuit menu

The peach & basil apple fritter was my favorite! Little different than most donuts as some bites had larger bits of basil. The expresso was also excellent. Apple pie tasted exactly like an apple pie with extra frosting. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Doughnuts have great flavor and texture. Coffee is just okay. Chicken and biscuit was good. Biscuit was flavorful and the chicken was large a d well cooked. Ordered the Olivia and really only taste the honey.

AM I serious!?! I thought I had a review written out years ago. Well, let me say that this is one of my favorite donut places. My favorite is the coconut cream and cinnamon rolls. Ive tried many of their popular ones but these are my absolute favorites!Ive had the biscuits and I prefer them separately. Because the hot biscuit and chicken together makes the chicken biscuit like a clag in my mouth.I have enjoyed everything Ive eaten here. If I didnt enjoy it, it turned out to be a learning experience. Keep up the good work donut folk!

Couldnt find an open donut shop after 1230pm and found this place on Google maps so decided to give it a try for the first time. Usually go to local small mom and pop shops but wanted to give it a chance. I bought 7 cold kolaches and the young lady at the front didnt offer to warm them up, didnt get a receipt it was a bit upsetting especially after paying $2.50-2.75 per kolache, even my kids were disappointed with the dry taste. Anyhow, I see everyone talks about this chicken biscuit maybe I try that one day in the future.

Hypnotic Donuts is a dream come true for chicken biscuit connoisseurs. The Jim and Kaye chicken biscuits are a must when considering what to order. Kaye comes with cream cheese, fresh jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese; amazing combination. Jim comes with two glazed donuts for buns served with sriracha sauce. When it comes to the glazed donut here, it has a different sweetness to it compared to your traditional glazed donuts out there, more of a subtle sugaring delightfulness but still good. The Holy Cannoli donut was excellent. The cinnamon-orange glazed over a chocolate cake with cannoli cream drizzle and the chocolate hazelnut crunch in the center was diabolically delicious. The parking is adequate and the sitting inside is not much either so can get packed quick.

Well worth the wait. I get the Kaye jalapeño chicken biscuit every time. That and an old fashioned and a Homer (chocolate frosted). Get there early if you can cause the line can keep you there for at least 20 minutes, longer if you arrive late. Dont get caught waiting in line outside the door!

Husband got the Evil Elvis (peanut butter, banana, & bacon), and I got the Canadian Healthcare (maple icing w/bacon). We also got the Noble Coyote nitro coldbrew coffee.Its pricey, but we rarely visit this area and had to take advantage of being close by.

Very friendly and patient staff, quick service. They always wear a mask and bring your food out to your car and limit the number of people in the store to 4. #stopCOVID.Food taste like like its home cooked and not like they add sugar to get you hooked. The donuts are another story of course.

Came here at 1 before they closed at 2 and still loved every single donut... got the last of the snickerdoodle special too thankfully! Tried a couple of the chicken sandwiches too but these donuts stole the show. Try the habanero passion fruit if they have it too.

The biscuits are English muffin style instead of southern buttermilk style, which is less of my personal taste, but they are still inventive and good. Small physical layout, so you may not get a seat if it’s crowded. Fun candy and ice cream shop of the same ownership next door.

Just the name of the place is catchy. Nice and clean. Their doughnuts are good but I loved their biscuits. If we come back to Texas, we will definitely stop here.

This donut shop exceeded our expectations. We have visited The original Randy’s donuts in LA and countless donut shops in Dallas and NYC. The variety and quality here is incomparable. Bruce the owner was very welcoming, so much so that he was greeting customers and serving donuts. We ordered 7 donuts and two chicken breakfast sandwiches. It’s hard to rate which donut was the best because they all were so great. But I am a fan of cream cheese frosting so if I had to pick, I would say my favorite is apple of my eye. I would highly recommended Hypnotic Donuts & Biscuits. We definitely will be coming back.

This place came recommended from a cousin who lives in the area, and who is now by far my favorite cousin. These are some of the best donuts Ive ever had. Theyre creative without being too weird and over the top. Theyre super soft and not tooth-stabbingly sweet. Somewhere Over The Rainbow and plain old glazed were our favorites of the bunch we got. Unfortunately they didnt have some of the ones we wanted to try, so maybe you need to go earlier? Either way you wont be disappointed.

We made a journey from Ft.Worth to try this place. The Nashville spicy chicken biscuit sandwich was off the chain. It was cool to have a blueberry fritter that looks and taste like a blueberry fritter. I love the fact we drove from Ft. Worth and they were still making fresh donuts when we arrived hours after opening. No matter what donut you wanted, if it wasnt out just wait a few minutes and it would be coming out.. Its rare to find a place with good food and makes fresh donuts from start to finish.. Thats why i gave them 4 stars 👍👍

My wife and I loved the breakfast here. If you like hot food even a little bit, get the Nashville chicken biscuit! Blew our minds! The Maui Wowie and Espresso donuts were also really good, but everything after that biscuit couldnt compare.

Our office chips in makes the extra effort to drive out here to grab a few boxes of whatever happens to be available that day. Its always a special treat. Go early and grab your pick. Fun place to get innovative doughnuts

Very poor customer service from what appeared to be the owner. Stood and talked to the people in front of me for over 15 minutes and didn’t acknowledge that I was even in the store. Someone else came in asked them what they wanted. His lovely cashier noticed that he ignored me and she immediately asked me for my order. Kind of makes you wonder why I was ignored and not the other customers that came in. He never spoke a word to me. Wont be coming back in. Really disappointed because we used to come here all the time.

The Duke looked pretty amazing. My husband LOVED it and couldnt eat anything after that. I ate a biscuit myself but I definitely preferred the donuts. My favorite by far was the cinnamon sour cream donut. FANTASTIC. One of the best donuts Ive had in my life.

I could easily understand why their glazed donut was elected « best glazed donut in Dallas ». A must try. However I was disappointed by the chicken&biscuit (took the Olivia). I prefered the one from Chick-Fil-A. Anyway I recommend this place for their delicious yeast donuts.
