The pictures are what it was supposed to be versus what we received. This was $77 and looked like it was put together by someone who was brand new on the job. We would’ve ordered another, but will now never use this company again. The owner did call back, but had excuses about the container she has to use being too small.

I ordered an arrangement for my best friend the day before I needed it delivered. I tracked the order the next day and around 2pm it said it was out for delivery. Around 6pm my friend hadn’t mentioned receiving her surprise pick me up for celebrating her granny’s first heavenly bday. So I tracked it again and it went back to it being arranged instead of it being delivered. I called but they were already closed. I called my friend and she said they had called her and said they were too far from her and that they would deliver it the following day. I was livid because it was supposed to help her day due to not having her grandmother here anymore. I called the next morning and the person I spoke with was apologetic and said they had more orders than they thought. I told her I appreciated her apology but that would not rectify the situation. She placed me on hold and when she came back she said they would add 6 more chocolate dipped strawberries. I was still annoyed because they completely dropped the ball. I want my money back.

Strawberries were good. Got a call at 3:23pm saying they were going to close at 4. The website says 5. I had to rush across town in order to make it before they closed an hour early. One hour notice to guests is needed if you are going to deviate from the hours posted for the world to adhere to.

I ordered an $80 edible arrangement order to be sent to someone at the hospital. The person was unexpectedly discharged about 2 hours later. I called this store as the directions stated to try and make a change to the delivery address, i literally sat on the phone on hold for 2 HOURS! No one ever came to the phone, it didn’t give me a chance to leave a voicemail, NOTHING. The delivery was made about 3 hours later to GOD knows who since the patient was already checked out by the time the delivery arrived. I didn’t receive a delivery call confirmation, only an email! So that’s $80 down the drain and the PATIENT never even SAW the arrangement. I’m very upset and STILL can’t even get through the line to MAKE A COMPLAINT. I understand an store being busy and taking some time to come to the phone but 2 HOURS on hold is UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER use this company again. Extremely disappointed. Beware using this company as they clearly aren’t concerned about any CUSTOMER SERVICE issues once they have your money. What a scam.

Plain and simple they will not refund you your money.Long story short, I placed a very meaningful Fathers Day arrangement, everything was going good until I got a call that it had just gotten delivered, so then I double checked with my dad and he proceeded to tell me that he never recieved anything.I called the store right after and got told that they could deliver me a new one tomorrow, I denied and asked for a full refund instead.Then got told that I wouldnt be getting a full refund since they keep the delivery charge because they attempted to deliver.If you read through their entire policies online (cancellation policies, delivery policies, liability policies) no where does it state that they would keep your delivery fee if they do not complete a delivery.How am I suppose to let yall only give me partial refund when I did not receive an edible arrangement that I paid full on and ordered ahead of time for a special occasion like Fathers Day?I read the entire policies online and realized I would then only be found responsible if I gave the wrong address, an invalid or an incomplete one, in which I did not since I verified that I gave the right address.So no, dont ever order from here again.

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service received from this store. I placed an order online for my cousins birthday delivery to her office of a dessert box, balloon & flower bouquet. The flower bouquet did not get delivered and her gift bag had a sticky note that just said Boy Flowers. I put in a complaint and asked for the refund of $40 for the flowers and companied about how unprofessional the sticky note was but I have received no response. This was my first and last experience with Edible Arrangements!

I tried to call three times at three different hours and no one, I mean no one answered the phone. I waited on the phone 20 minutes and all I here is their advertisement. I check the internet to see if they delivered a birthday gift for my niece 23rd birthday that Ipurchased and all I get is out for delivery and her job closes at 5pm. Im very disappointed in their service.

This location DOES NOT answer phone calls. I placed an order days ago for delivery today and the workday is nearly over. I have attempted to call this location FIVE separate times today for an update and have been on hold for 15 min each time with NO ONE answering the call. I am highly disappointed with the service this location has provided. Terrible. Will not use again.

I placed an order for a dozen chocolate-dipped strawberries and 2 solo individually cheesecakes on a Sunday at 12:08pm. The delivery arrived at my door at 1:30pm, and my wife was very happy with the gift.

This not a good idea for love ones. This was my first time buying from this place and they have no idea or care in the world about the customers or the meaningful heart filled emotionally situations that go into buying things from the heart. Case and point i spent over 275$ on my wife for her birthday from these thieves and paid over 15$ for a mug filled with apple truffles because its on their app. They ran out of mugs but they dont tell you this on the app or by a phone call. But they charge for it. Then when confronted about they offered to give me 3$ back. Which is the price of the apples but nothing more. This place is a ripp-off to say the least. Dont spend money with this company its a waste and an insult.

The lady on the phone was really nice to me. The strawberries looked good and were delivered the same day. It would have been nice to have a delivery window time but they don’t offer that, only that some point it in the day it will show up which doesn’t work well for a gift delivery service. The strawberries were pretty pricey at $40 for about 12 strawberries plus $16 delivery. $40 would have been a more fair price for the entire service rather than $60 in my opinion. In the end everything turned out good and made a good gift so based on my experience I would recommend if you don’t need a specific time for your delivery

My friend recently went through a difficult surgery and I wanted to do something nice for her. This was the perfect option as it is healthier than cookies and more delicious than flowers. They had a lot of specials/discounts available to meet different budgets and my order was delivered within just a few hours of it being placed. Plus my friend really appreciated it!

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering from Edible Arrangements on my 4th wedding anniversary. I made the order several days prior so there was plenty of time for them to prepare. On July 2 around 12:30pm, when I realized my wife still had not received her arrangement, I called. The girl told me that it would be delivered between 1:00 and 4:00. At 3:45 nothing so I called again. The girl claimed she then stated the delivery driver was 10-15 minutes away. An hour later, nothing. I called back to find no one answering the phone. The phone message stating someone would be right with me. I literally held for over 30 minutes when I finally decided to drive to the location. When I arrived, the sign stated that they now close at 4:00pm. It was now 6:00pm and I had nothing for my anniversary.It became very apparent that whoever answered the phone had absolutely zero regard about my anniversary or delivery. She simply wanted to get rid of me so she could leave the building at 4:00pm. I tried to call other locations and since they are franchises, I was basically told “sorry not our problem”. NEVER AGAIN. Edible Arrangements added a lot of stress to what I was trying to make a memorable day. I now have to scramble and change plans at the very last minute. Do yourselves a favor and give your money to a business that actually deserves it in these tough times. If they had at least communicated with me, I could have figured something out. They not only completely disregarded my order, but left me in the dark and tried to simply get rid of me rather than explain and try to find any solution.

Usually I order ahead of time but yesterday walked in and asked if something was available now. 10 minutes later I walked out with what I needed. I dont think this can happen every time due to inventory on hand but the service today was awesome.

I paid $81 for the delicious daisy with chocolate dipped pineapple and strawberries. I added the birthday chocolate pop and a balloon. I was charged a delivery fee of $15 for a drive that is 5 minutes. The large size arrangement was sent in a coffee mug. There was only one piece of chocolate dipped pineapple when there should have been at least 3. The majority of the arrangement ended up being cantaloupe and honeydew. Overall, this was a ripoff for less than fresh fruit. The arrangement was thrown out the same day due to its lack of freshness. Such a waste of money. This location has a bad rating for a reason and I shouldve known better than to use it. You do not get what you pay for. The only good thing about this purchase was that it was received in a timely manner and the only thing that was kept from this purchase was a coffee mug. No one got to enjoy any of the fruit.

The fruit order was delivered fresh and cold. The chocolate is tasty and thick. Its hard to bite into the chocolate covered fruit but once you get through that thickness there will be an explosion of awesomeness for your taste buds. Will definitely order from the local Farmers Branch shop.

My experience with edible was TERRIBLE. I know 2/14 is a very busy holiday. If edible arrangements management new their delivery drivers could only handle a certain load of orders. Customers should’ve been made aware that their orders might now get delivered. Needless to say my girlfriend NEVER got her Valentine’s Day gift. My LAST time giving my business to edible arrangements. I’ll be cancelling my order for a full refund.

The arrangement was beautiful and delicious. I called to see approximate time of delivery. Was told about 3 hrs so around 2 pm. Called 20 min before their office was closing told truck broke down got another truck and was heading out. I understand they don’t guarantee delivery but getting it after the office closed worried me.

Oh my god, this location is amazing, their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Even though on Valentine’s Day they didn’t deliver my order on time, I talked to customer service and they had about 700 orders to be delivered in one day, that’s hard work right there, and they even gave me a discount for delivering a little later, and i recieved a sincere apology from the deliverer. Fruit is hand crafted and chosen well, and it shows in the arrangement. All the other reviews don’t seem to describe this place at all. Definitely ordering again. Thank you edible!

Im actually on the phone currently with this location on Midway in Dallas, TX. They havent delivered my bouquet yet. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, which was Valentines Day. No one has picked up the phone, Im just sitting on hold. When I call from my cell phone, I just get a busy tone. But I called the customer service line, and they transferred the call. Thats probably the only reason I was able to be placed on hold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I really wish I wouldve read the reviews earlier. Im trying to get my money back. I dont want it delivered the day after. That defeats the purpose. I just checked my phone, and I have been on hold for 25 mins. Im going to call back to the customer service line, and see if they can get through. I usually always have a good experience with Edible. Hopefully, its just this location that is bad, being this was the first time Ive ordered from them. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!.

Ordered birthday arrangement the night before from a store 2 miles away from my office as a surprise. The driver started her delivery run across town despite being 2 miles away from us and by the time she finally got around to our office, my sister had left for the day. $75 for this surprise down the tubes and all any of the people I talked to could say was sorry. Will NEVER order from Edible again. Never.

I place the order to be sent to my wife for Valentine’s Day which she has gotten order there from a different edible arrangement store I even paid the extra 7 bucks for it to be recvied on Valentine’s Day but when I wife got home she didn’t get nothing when I try calling I kept getting the voice mail which was full. I called today the 15 to the customers service # who was no help and told them I wanted a refund they stated I have to call the store or go up there like what the hell is that you can charge through a app but yet not refund but other company can disappointed

This was by far the most disappointing experience Ive ever had. I ordered an arrangement of strawberries to be delivered and they delivered them with NO card and did not include the Happy Birthday balloon I paid extra for. They were delivered on Friday and when I didnt hear anything regarding the arrangement. I called the recipient to ask. It was awkward for both of us, as I had to ask hey...so did you get any special deliveries??! And more awkward for him since he had not thanked his team and didnt know to because he did not receive a card, so he felt terrible for not saying anything, but assured us there was absolutely NO card attached and NO balloon. When I called the Edible Arrangement corporate office, their response was so what would you like us to do? Would you like is to deliver the balloon and card tomorrow? How rude!! It was Thursday! Almost a week after the initial delivery, why would I want them to deliver a Happy Birthday balloon and card 7 days after the fact?!! So I told them No, that is not an option and she said okay, we will reimburse you for the balloon. Sorry for the experience. Do NOT order from this location. Service is terrible. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a nice surprise, a rather awkward and uncomfortable experience.

Horrible experience! I ordered a bouquet for Valentines Day for my husband that never got delivered. I called multiple times and the line was always busy. I got through to customer service who said they could deliver the next day, I told them no because it would not be Valentines Day anymore, and that they needed to refund my money. I wish I would have read reviews on this particular location before placing my order. Honestly Im not sure if I will ever try to order from Edible Arrangements again.

My husband ordered an arrangement for valentines and they just decided not to deliver it. No sorry no, nothing. So now we have to wait for a refund. A refund doesnt quite cut it when you ruin an experience for someone such as this. But I guess the current reviews tell the same story. Not really surprised.

Pretty disappointed I had my order in by 8:15 a.m. and at 4:45 p.m. I had to call and get my money back because they had yet to show up and deliver my arrangement. It was for my wifes birthday, its too bad this location isnt interested in getting their products to their destination on time. I cant speak for any other locations but I would not recommend this one.

Very disappointed. The folks working at this store, even the GM, dont seem to care. I ordered on Friday for delivery Monday for Bosss Day, and it is 4?35pm with no deliveryman in sight. Nevermind the 5 times Ive called & had to wait 10 minutes before a live person picked up the phone. I do not recommend this particular location if you want good service. And the only reason I gave it 1 star is because you cant post unless you give at least 1 star. :(

Im very disappointed by this location. I’ve been using edible arrangements for years now and I’ve never had an issue until a few days ago. I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day that never got delivered. The store didn’t call to give an explanation as to why. I couldn’t call and check since I was working so I waited until store hours the next day. I called and waited for 30 mins on hold just to be told that they were over booked, didn’t get around to it and that the manager will call customers back later. I have yet to hear anything from them. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because my order got refunded by customer service, I guess.

This place deserves NO STARS. I placed an order for delivery for Valentines Day and the order never got delivered. I called throughout the day and the line was busy, the two times that it went through, I was on hold for 40 mins until I decided to end the call both times after tired of waiting. I then called the customer service number and was told that I would hear back from the store within 24-48 hours. I am beyond disappointed because I didnt get to surprise my fiance and I should of read the reviews before placing order through them. Because of this horrible experience, I will no longer use Edible Arrangements in the future and I will make sure to tell everyone I know of my bad experience so they can be warned.

I ordeded on yesterday, early in the day time, called to confirm and they assured me 3pm. The recipient never recieved the fift and Ive been calling since yesterday with no answer. Please dont ever order from this location. I hope they deliver today if they dont I will be there to get a full refund! Im a hour away, just total non professionalism!

I have been on hold waiting for my call to be picked up for 23 minutes now. Thats way too long. Even 10 minutes is a lot. I just need to check on my order and that is making it hard for me. This is my first time ordering here and I am not impressed.

I would have given no star had it been a possibility. Ordered a bouquet on 18th Sept for my wife for her Bday on 19th. Specifically mentioned to deliver it after 5.30pm as no one would be home before that. Regardless, they came to deliver at 3pm and left a note that they have missed us. I called the shop around 4.30pm and asked if they can come back and mentioned that I anyways made sure that the delivery was not before 5.30pm while I ordered. They said they cannot come on 19th to deliver but can come some other day (its her bday that day, why would I need that bouquet for some other day delivery???) so I asked them to cancel my order as they cannot meet my needs. They said fine and reimbursed my money short of 14 bucks, which is supposedly for delivery charges.Delivery charges for no product??? and not paying attention to my specifications to deliver after 5.30pm??? and not able to re-deliver the same day again??? Not my problem and I feel I shouldnt be the one paying for their mistake. VERY BAD customer service and I would never order from them again ever.

Ive used these people before but this Valentines day, they sent me an email saying order today delivered today.I ordered online Tuesday morning at 8am and they recieved my order and my money! Later that day, to my wifes disappointment, she never recieved the order. I called for two days and every time, the phone was busy. Never use them again!
