🍦 Tasty frozen yogurt, but half the machines don’t work. Also, the place is a bit dirty and the worker doesn’t know anything about the products. 😔

This place was so freaking yummy! We had some family in town so we popped in for a sweet treat. The cheesecake flavor was incredible. The toppings station was very clean. It had a lot of things to choose from so everyone was satisfied.I cannot wait to go back.

Great value, clean store just wish they did not have so much of the indoor seating area blocked off.

I tried to take my son to Yumilicious for a special treat, but when I arrived at 11:20 am (20 minutes after their daily opening time), they were closed. Eventually an employee came to the door and told me they weren’t opening till noon (no reason given). My son and I had walked and taken public transit for over an hour to get there and had to leave without frozen yogurt.I tried to call and address the situation with a manager (rather than leave a negative review), but no one answered the phone and there was no option for voicemail. I tried calling the corporate office, but the same was true there.

Update:Since I wrote previous review they fixed all the problems. Good job guys! They fixed the door lock, added couple more trashcans outside. I was there yesterday. Place was sparkling.***I really like this Yumilicious for their descent choice of flavors. But...1) The door lock in women’s restroom doesn’t work. So anybody can open it from outside. I addressed this issue with the stuff twice about 3 and 2,5 months ago. They said they knew about it! Nothing has changed since.2) It’s dirty almost all the time. Trashcan outside is filled with empty yogurt cups, some of them are on the floor around, right in front of the entrance. Nobody cares.3) Toilet paper is a rare guest in a restroom. As well as paper towel.

The frozen yogurt is amazing here like other Yumilicious places. This place is in a great location in uptown Dallas and you can enjoy the area. It’s very nice neighborhood to walk around and a lot of good restaurants around. The last time I went here it was like an abandoned place and does not look like before at all. It doesn’t seems like a clean and nice place. Staff are nice and polite. But, we still love it.

What a rip off, they hire a minor that has no business dealing with a customer service, their computers don’t work, the yogurt machines are out of order and when you try to retrieve the points that you have been promised they ask you to leave because they can’t properly enter it into their computer.You have got to be extremely desperate to do business with these people

Never open till 10 pm today closed at 9:30 pm :/ so good wish the hours were later!

Whack!!!!! The flavor selection was limited and the staff was inattentive. I can see why there were a lot of customers there.

Won’t even answer the phone for questions regarding there hours of operations - poor customer experience.

They have an okay selection of froyo, but the reason Im giving them a 1 star is because of their drinks. They offer Milk Tea with boba at this store, so I wanted to try it out. I ordered a drink from them, and right after the order, I saw the cashier leave the store. I saw this as odd so I followed her. She went to the Pho Crimson restaurant next door and came out of the restaurant about 15 seconds later. In her hand was the drink in this picture. THEY BUY THE BOBA TEA FROM A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT and sell it as their own. If you look up Pho Crimson on Yelp, their Milk Tea with boba is the exact same container as this picture. So this store sells other peoples boba tea. Terrible. Do not buy any drink from them.

Veeeeeeeery good froyo! Great selection of flavors. The pomegranate was delicious. They had a wide variety of toppings. The sliced green grapes was a first for me but surprisingly yummy. Great customer and I can appreciate the measures taken to protect their customers. Ill be back.

Not enough flavors of yogurt. Only had five available when we visited.

I ordered a mango flavored Jasmine tea with popping boba. This is the worst boba tea I ever had because of the excessive amount of sugar in the drink. It was like drinking sugar syrup. There are far better places that serve better boba tea.

Great yogurt, but the new Covid-friendly layout is clunky and confusing. Perfect if you are in a hurry.

Clean environment with plenty of options, the music inside was a bit vulgar for my children to listen to so we had to side outside

So weird thing, I just ordered a boba tea from this place (probably not the best idea to order boba tea from a froyo place) and this is how much they gave me. Also the staff member we ordered it from left the entire shop to and brought us back our boba from outside....we have no idea where he went??? Its not like he went outside then came back from the back room, he literally left outside the shop and came back in and brought our boba straight to us. Super shady! We dont know where he got our boba or where it was made...and it tastes really oddly thick (it was just tea) and the boba is hard. I highly recommend you refrain from ordering boba here. Dont make the mistake I did ! There is a place two doors down that also does boba. Go there instead

My boyfriend and I are obsessed with this place. Honestly the best froyo we have ever had. The staff could use some tuning up. We have only ever encountered one joyful person but dont recall her name.TIP! Put your toppings in before and after the yogurt. That way you arent left with only yogurt at the end.

Yogurt variety is good, toppings good selection. My only complaint is a big one. It’s the vibes here. The music is insanely loud. Music choice- lil baby rap isn’t appropriate for the type of place this is. Sounds like a club. I brought my son to have a conversation and it was really too loud to converse.

First time there was great. I took my kids and they also enjoyed it. The location was clean and spacious. I actually liked the decor. It was very colorful and well lit. Definitely will go back if we are in the area.

Love my froyo. They have several flavors to choose from. Be sure to sample a handful before making your selection. You can never go with their Taro froyo - so tart and tangy, just the way I like it. As an added bonus, all their froyo flavors are low cal so its the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth without the added guilt. In addition, they have so many topping options from fruits, candies, cereals and syrups.

The place was wonderful, I was there last Saturday, the staff was so friendly. They took the time to explain each flavor they have and the ingredients they maintain. We absolutely love the place and will come back again.

READ THIS - Went to go have yogurt last night just like we always do at Yumilicious. We had already finished our yogurt and saw on the TV screen for new flavor Bora Bora Yogurt. It looked really interesting and I wanted to taste it before going to fill my cup again (and pay for it of course), so I went up and asked for one of the small sample cups. The cashier told me that since I had already purchased yogurt, I could no longer have a sample cup. I explained that I wanted to try the new flavor shown on the screen and that I would gladly pay for it if I liked the flavor, but she said no. There was a group of us and we were all appalled that we couldnt sample a new flavor. It will be the last time any of us go to this place.

Place smelled like mop water and there was no staff present at the counter until I was close to paying, 4 of the yogurt machine screens were off (black) and the ones that were on didn’t seem so frozen, my froyo was already melting as soon as I got to the topping section. The place was more alive, organized and way cleaner when Uriel was managing the place. I usually go to the Greenville location, I should have just went there instead. So much for my craving :(

Downhill! This place was previously enjoyable - clean, delicious, and full of energy. It has gone so far downhill that out last visit was indeed our last visit! First, the place was dead. We were the only customers, yet several tables were dirty. Two machines were out of yogurt and the rest had poor flavor choices. Our biggest complaint though was regarding the staff. They were incredibly inattentive, unprofessional and downright rude. This includes the assistant manager. He was so insolent we asked for contact information of the manager or owners. After being refused this, we decided to walk-out without our items and never to return. AVOID!

Just what you would expect -- 6 or 8 flavors and a full array if toppings. Got two bowls about 3/4 full for $8. Clean and well kept.

I love froyo. Clean place. You can seat inside or outside. They have tasty options of froyo and toppings. Their fresh fruit toppings could be fresher though. Their pineapple tasted fermented last time I was there.

Overall good place for frozen yogurt. I didnt gave the fill 5 start because the facility had a weird smell.

Those girls are very unprofessional there and they’ll make you pay for things that aren’t yours! They better be glad I’m not broke like them! Stay clear of this place.

The worst customer service. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and when we asked for his managers number he went to the back and never came back out. I love Yumilicious yogurt especially avocado but after tonight I will never do business at any of their locations.

The place is very spacious. Very nice staff. Also you have to try the Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt. It is amazing!

Yogurt was good. Employees not so much. Decided turning up rap to 11 where customers couldnt hear each other or even hear the customers asking to have the volume turned down. Seems like it could be coming due to the blown speakers buzzing.

Good variety of froyo and toppings. They rotate some flavors so it doesnt get boring. Wish they had more tea options though.

Several flavors were out. The place looks run down with rips in the booth coverings. The cashier appeared like they were tortured to be working there.

Interesting flavors that I havent seen before. Worth a visit.

Nice atmosphere, top 40 music, and it smells like a berry factory. The flavors are pretty good. I got cake batter (which I never get) and chocolate. Wifey tore up the sorbet.

Staff was very rude. Cashier just stared at me at checkout and never said a word. I asked about tea recommendations and she just shook her head and shurugged her shoulders. She then came to clean the tables with the same rag she cleaned the floor with. Definitely a horrible and unsanitary expirence. Will not return!!!

Can always go for a froyo any day ( hey this is Texas) they had a good selection and toppings as expected. Also they are right in uptown and you can literally get off the trolley and walk across the street. Enjoyed three pomegranate and raspberry froyo. Added some boboa, fruit, and syrup. Yum!

The place could have happier employees. I come here often, but Im never greeted and when it comes time to pay the employees never have a smile on their face.

Froyo was good, everything else was not. The place is frankly, disgusting. There was liquid everywhere at the stations, flies by the toppings, furniture never cleaned. Staff was rude and music is way too loud. They were also cleaning to close 45+ minutes before closing time, place smelled like cleaning solution.
