I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I work in the mall a few stores down and come every morning for a Turtle Frap and a Turtle Brownie. (I know, excessive, but its just that good). Theyre always loaded with toppings and so good. The employees here are so nice and they know my order already by the time they see me. Love love love!!!

I was standing in line waiting to get called when someone else just waltzed up to the cash register the second the last customer was done being helped and the employee just started helping them. Definitely not spending a penny here

Workers with zero respect and no regard for the customer, straight up refused my order from a food delivery service after claiming they “didn’t receive the order” and began to be extremely rude to the operator that called about the order I had never gotten considering since they had already taken my money, would give a zero if I could. Go somewhere else because I’m sure anywhere else is better than here.

Disappointed. I ordered a cookie cake December 14, 2018 with Ingrid. She seemed to understand my order details and even asked me to send her a picture so there would be no mistake. The next day when I went to pick up the cake, the cake was nothing like what I had asked for. First, they refused to write out the word chingon since they consider it a bad word. Could care less what they think but I paid for it so why cant I get what I paid for? A call would have been nice and a voicemail.Secondly, the cake was not decorated at all like what I had asked for. There was either miscommunication between them or no communication at all. Alma and Jay were friendly with helping with my order, but they did not do very much. They seemed to put all the blame on me and gave me no options. They gave me a $3 discount and because I had a party to get to, I could not bother to continue fighting with them.

I had a very negative experience at this location. The service is horrendous, unacceptable, and apathetic. When I think of Nestles I thought of a warm homely brand but my experience at this location has changed my view on the entire brand. I work in the service industry and I was in disbelief of how careless the the staff was. I saw the buy three get two free offer and decided to treat my friends to a graduation cookies. One of my friends sensitive to chocolate asked which cookies do not contain any Chocolate and the two young Hispanic people were looking depressed and mopey and just pointed at a few. I could understand if they were having a bad day and I was the unlucky visitor, but upon looking at the reviews the staff is an issue regularly. Furthermore, I ask about the buy three promotion just to clarify and let my friends pick there cookies and I picked mine. Upon payment I hear another customer ask about the promotion and she told her depends on which ones you get already had payed 10.90 something for five cookies. The white larger woman who rung me up did not greet me or show any care during our transaction. I know I am not entitled to quality service, but as a working in the food service industry I find their service very inept. I dont know if they need to replace their entire staff or implement gratutity, but I do know they need to work on that. The quality of the cookies werent impressive but doesnt seem all too bad of a buy. I will most likely complain to who ever can do something. Not trying to make anyone lose their job. But, Im an 18year old that rarely complains, and knows what good service is and its not there.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Young girl worker texting on phone while Im trying to order, doesnt answer me so have to ask multiple times, then proceeds to be rude and all while looking at her phone, never once looking up. Visiting from another state and realizing Texas sucks. 🤬

Horrible stuff staff, second time I have an issue when ordering a cookie cake. Called in order in the morning and when I show up in the evening no one knows anything. Staff laughs in your face and is incompetent. Please contact me franchise owner! Customers should not be treated with such disrespect from a company who bares the name Nestle. Cashier make with gold chain and acne kept wiping his nasty nose and continued to ring up customers and handle food with no gloves and not washing his face. Short girl with glasses just never knows anything and sounds like a cat meowing instead of talking. Hispanic baker female with tattoo looks like she’s about to snap at any moment and also laughed and mocked customers. Please drive the extra distance and go to American Cookie this place does not deserve my business nor anyone else’s.

They have ok cookies some people like it some people dont but what is agrivating to me about this place is the high price of a cookie that does not even taste good, I would have given this a one start rating if it werent for some other people that I know saying that they like there cookies but still agree it is not worth the price they priced it at they even agreed that it was not the best cookie place they have gone to. Another reason why it is not one star rating is because the staff were nice, at least when I was there, I dont know if I could recommend this place but I would suggest trying this place out at least once to see if you like and have a different preference than me, everyone is different

Great place. There is a softspoken woman (marie) who was very patient with my questions. Totally made me rethink my former 1 star review.

This manager is very disgusting! Very angry in nature, evertime i used to get free refill for water but nowadays they charge for it. Its not about the money though its about service and rules. No smiling service by the employees, worse service ever!! Change the manager if Possible!

Horrible! Asked for a turtle frappuccino cold coffee and got hot coffee. Pay attention to your customers orders!!!! Burnt my mouth bc I thought it was cold coffee!

Employees act like theyre too good to speak and the ICEE machines is broken about 4 days of the week.

Got the Carmel cookie and couldnt eat it. It was way to sticky and way over priced! A small drink and 2 regular chocolate chip cookies were almost 6 dollars

There was nants flying around in the inside of the cookies that was for sale. I think that this was a very disgusting to you to see. I also notified staff and I told them that I would write a report only because I believe that this was unnecessary.
