Great little cake/ icecream shop. This time I had an icecream sampler, i picked 4 flavors, and it was delicious!

Fun little spot. Gelato, chocolates and candy! They have some old school candy that bring back memories. Not a big fan of serve yourself these days, but most of the candy is wrapped. The chocolates looked good, but they were also sitting out in the open, so we passed on those.

Love love love their Oreo cake and the cookie butter cheesecake. The only thing I don’t like is the whip and crumbles on top.

We stopped in this store while on a field trip with 20 children. The owner set out the gelato early just for us and was incredibly kind and patient with the kids as they chose their ice cream flavors. I had a butter pecan gelato on a cone, and it was delicious! I would highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for something sweet!

We stopped in had a snack enjoyed the service and the explanation of Gelato vs Ice cream. Worth the stop. Great place to visit if you are out sight seeing for the day.

Absolutely terrible cakes. We had a couple different kinds of cakes and they ALL looked and tasted exactly the same. They were nothing but white cake with frosting. They are charging $10 per slice and it’s worth $1.06 a slice.

Cute little place. They have a lot of sweets. Chocolate, ice cream, cakes, hard candy. The rock candy and chocolate were pretty good. This place is VERY expensive. I’ve been wanting to try it for awhile but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back because the prices are so high.

Its best place to buy ice cream and cookies.Westend and it’s surroundings are really good.

Tried multiple gelato flavors and the chocolate turtle and toffee. Enjoyed the gelato and candy selections more than the chocolatey confections. Owner/staff was very friendly amd welcoming.

$10 for a thin slice of cake is a rip off. The German Chocolate Cake tasted ok, but the size of the slice pictured online was much bigger than the itty bitty slice I received. I ordered through Uber and with fees and tip paid $16 for a few bites of mostly frosting. If youre craving a hunk of delicious cake, order elsewhere.

Beautiful little shop! Great place to grab a quick nibble before going to Ellens or museum of illusions.

I tried this place twice, not impressed. I was hoping by trying different things it would change my mind but no. Cheesecake factory cheesecake are way better than these and are far less than what they charge.

Hey so this place is really good gelato, cheesecake, pie, pastries and cake for any and all occasions. The owner is just a class act and his staff is always nice!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for some good, fun, sweet stuff in West End / Downtown Dallas. Also they deliver on Uber Eats . Pretty kewl.

Try the self-serve chocolate bar! Dudes been a part of the West End forever! Good stuff.

Large selection of superior dessert cakes and cheesecakes. Turtle cheesecake is a gem. All the ckaes are light and fluffy and the fruit fillings appropriately intense. Could not be confused with supermarket cakes. Try tres leches and strawberry shortcake.Service is friendly and chatty. I enjoy visiting this place.

Horrible ..how is a cup that size 7 something for two scoops,,thats a childs size or a sample size ..I could have paid less for over a half gallon at the grocery store for the same flavors..I dont mind paying when its worth it..I feel robbed and when I paid it asked if I wanted to give a tip?! Save your money and make something special at home.

Delicious! We had the tiramisu cake and gelato to match! SO GOOD! The cake was moist and the ice cream had a deliciously balanced flavor! Got some candy to take home too!

The woman at the counter is incredibly rude and lacks customer service skills. I asked for a cup of water and and she responded with the rudest look and refused to give me one, even though I was a paying customer. She proceeded to whisper something to the owner about me after I simply asked for a cup. Cheap. Do not come here.

Friendly staff, the brownies are so good, wasnt to excited about the carrot cake cheesecake. Prices are a little on the high side but seeing the old skool candy was fun..I would definitely go back and try a different cheesecake and the icecream..

Cake is moist and tastes pretty good. I dont like the vanilla bean ice cream, though, it has an after taste. The prices are a bit steep for the portions.

Great out of the way gem, while still being close to down town. Half a mile from the Omni. Quick walk and all the tasty things you could want. Fun thing to do with kids or as an after dinner treat.

I was initially impressed with the cake I bought but second order had a piece of staple metal in my cake. Not cool. Luckily I saw it before I had the chance swallow it. How the heck did piece of metal from a stapler end up in my slice of cake?????? You guys need to be careful.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. No ambiance, bad attitude from the barista and the coffee was abysmal. Touristy, overpriced and not a good experience in any sense, nothing redeemed our visit here. Very bad, avoid at all costs.

Amazing fresh ice cream, new flavors each day. Mint chocolate chip malt ball is my favorite. Great candy and truffles. If the guy is there he stuffs your ice cream cone all the way down, instead of just putting a scoop on top. They also keep their ice cream at a softer temperature, ready-to-eat instead of frozen too hard. Definitely one of the West Ends best-kept secrets!

Dropped in on Mon I think. Fast and courteous service. The place has an awesome feel to it. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.

Great place for gelato, pastries and coffee. My kids love the candies here and the only place to get good gelato in downtown.

Great Place For Anything Sweet & Great Service!

Gelato was good. But for the price of $5.75 you get a small serving, which seemed like 3/4 cup. Wished the servings were bigger, but that is usually expected from a place like this (boutique candy/ice cream shop). We got 3 pieces of chocolate that came out to be $8.40! which, again, is also expected... but still. Spent approx $22 for; 2 small gelatos, 1 peanut butter cup, 1 turtle cluster and 1 orange peel., WOW!! pricey place!

Easily the best ice cream Ive ever had. I got the chocolate peanut butter and every single bite was the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. On top of that, the waffle cones had to have been hand made, they were very unique.

Great place to stop in and get the family an amazing waffle cone ice cream. They were so good! And just what we needed after walking around the aquarium all day.

ONE gentleman was working here with a line of 25+ people and literally knocked it out in under 15 minutes with a polite and friendly attitude. Super competent and delicious! Did I mention the AMAZING smell of fresh-baked waffle cones when you walk in? Get the pistachio almond ice cream!

Though its definitely after the traditional candy shop style, I must say it doesnt have the same feel. Besides the prices being rather high, there is very little notice on the windows to identify what/where it is. After 10 minutes of exploring the shop with the company of a VERY mildly interested cashier, I walked out without purchasing neither the taffy nor truffle I came in to try. So if you are in need of different flavored taffy or just need a candy fix in West End, try it. Otherwise, skip it.

This shop is fabulous!!! The chocolate and gelato were both delectable, and the owner, Adonis, was sweet, inviting, and extremely warm! Check this place out if you get the chance.

Excellent TX institution. They have a beautiful, wide variety of Japanese candies. I loved every mochi that we tried. Fresh, the right chew, and great flavors.

Everything here is delicious and now theres is new items and in a new location right next to the Gators across the street. This place is a must go for sweets enthusiasts!!!!

I always purchase sour belts from here, as I’ve found that they have all of my favorite flavors. The staff is wonderful and patient, they always bring a smile to my face. Or maybe that’s just the candy I’m about to devour.
