After having a bad experience at a different dealership, South Toyota was a complete blessing. Frank the Sales Guy is awesome, we found a car my daughter liked worked out the numbers, and then payments with Kash the finance guy. I was not expecting to take the car home that night but Frank had the OIL changed, and Car washed ready to go by the time we finished the paperwork. BEST THING OF ALL A week later my daughter PASSED her driving test in her First New (Used) Car, and Toyota South helped me make my daughters dream come true. Thank you South Toyota you have a customer for life.
I bought a brand new car from here in December of 2019. The car has an apple car screen attached to the stereo and it has given me issues ever since I bought the car. I have to constantly go into their shop with the same problem over and over. They finally decided to replace it, supposedly it was replaced yesterday yet I am still have issues with the screen. Right now it’s completely not working, the screen was glitching until it turned pitch black. They keep having me go into their shop day after day, I’ve spent hours there in hopes that they fix something that should’ve been working in the first place. They are a total rip off I regret buying this car, a brand new car that doesn’t even work properly and they refuse to resolve my issue. Do not buy from this dealership, spend your money the right way and go literally anywhere else.
Bought my truck here, and have had a chance to use the services department. Both were excellent experiences and I would recommend South Toyota over other dealerships I’ve been to in the area for anyone looking for a Toyota or a new car in general. When purchasing my truck they treated me with respect, and worked with me to get everything I wanted. Overall they give first class treatment, the people are as kind as can be, and the facilities are very nice. Every experience has just been easy, and you can’t ask for much more than that.

I visited the Toyota web site, searched for a Toyota Camry LE, and it presented me with a list of local dealers. I requested a quote via the Toyota web site from several area dealers and was first contacted by Deno Moore of South Toyota. This dealer had one Camry LE in stock, a 2022 model (none of the other area dealers had this model/trim level in stock). I agreed via text messages with Deno that I am interested in buying the car if I liked the test drive. I visited South Toyota later that afternoon and he had the car all cleaned up and parked under their carport at the front of the dealership. I test drove the car and it was perfect. In less than 45 minutes, Deno delivered my car to my home a few miles away (I was in a rental and had to drive it home). Ive bought many new cars during my lifetime, and this was the easiest and fastest Ive ever completed the entire process. I was very impressed and pleased with Deno Moore and South Toyota. Great job.
We drove from Frisco out to see Deno Moore out at South Toyota based on a car we saw online. We had a Great Experience. We always worry when we see something online that it will be a bait and switch when we get onsite. We had no issues. Deno met us when we got there with a smile and some keys for the vehicle we came to see. It was exactly was incredibly an easy and smooth car buying experience. Deno got us setup with the finance guy John who was also incredible pleasant to work with and wasnt trying to sell us on anything or high pressure. We didnt have to spend 1/2 a day there walking and they made it great experience for my daughters first time buying a car.

Overall great dealership I did not feel harassed, I took my time picking what I needed and wanted, I Changed my mind multiple times and Dino Moore was patient and took care of me from the beginning to the end.
Had my car worked on in the body shop and Jon Crissman and his team made my experience seamless. The entire team at South Toyota were great about communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend the South Toyota team to anyone needing collision repairs.
Horrible service. Please note if your vehicle has an error due to a code they will send you down a rabbit hole. Attempting to fix it. Incompetent and not willing to take ownership when they are at fault. Last year they continuously diagnosed my vehicle from everything from needing new brakes, shocks, catalytic converter etc. Each time I came in with the same complaint: a light on my dash. I told the service tech what I read in the blogs they of course ignored me. This went on from Nov to MAY. In May they took me serious when my vehicle had to be towed to them because I couldn’t stop/brake. Finally they tell me what was really wrong. It’s the same thing I had been telling them. Same thing the blogs had said hell same thing the shade tree mechanics said.Now in addition to all the work I had done to fix the so called problem in the past this dealership wants me to pay them over $4K to fix the problem. I am so seriously thinking about consulting an attorney for their negligence.

Where to begin...short story is DO NOT trust the sales people here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was in agreement with Isaiah Montgomery over a trade in. After initially walking away, he called back and stated that they had agreed to what I had initially asked for. I found out that he had secretly undercut the value of my trade in car by $500 in order to get to my final number for my purchasing car. Being that I had already been in the dealership for a few hours that day, I was tired of arguing for what HE had agreed upon over the phone. He took full advantage of the situation. This only began the TERRIBLE service... I then waited for well over 2 hours just to talk to financial guy on a Friday night as they were closing. They stalled and kept reiterating that I would be helped shortly. Then after saying he would fill the truck up with a tank of gas (One would think this was easy enough), he said he couldnt find the gas key and that he would do it later....did he??? NO. Before driving off the lot my girlfriend noticed a chip to the front windshield about an inch in diameter. When brought to Isaiah and the manager Bens attention they agreed that it would be fixed and taken care of. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I called and they said that someone would be reaching out to me that day. Another week went by and several texts with Isaiah later aI received no phone call. This of course is when Isaiah stopped responding knowing that they had dropped the ball yet again. Little did I know this meant have the local third party glass guy put sealant in it (about $50) and not actually fix it with a new windshield. When I talked to the manager Ben he kept stating that when he said fix it he meant put adhesive on it and that I am some idiot for thinking they would ever do the ethical thing and fix it by replacing it. He then told me it was only the size of a pencil eraser but reminding him he was wrong and that he only looked at it for a quick 5 seconds he quickly changed the subject. I would find a different dealership as they are only after saving themself every penny and not worried about customer service. ABSOLUTE AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It would be worth any amount of time it takes to drive to the next Toyota dealership.
I worked with Mark Johnson to trade in my 2018 Rav 4 for a newer 2021 Corolla and everything went super smooth. I had told Mark prior to my appointment exactly what I was needing the deal to look like and he did exactly that with no issues. No back and forth with the finance manager and not 20 cars I had no business reviewing. I know I got the best deal available for my situation. I later learned that Mark has been the salesman for my family for many many years and I can see why! Dont bother with any other Toyota dealer in the city go to South Toyota and demand to work with Mark Johnson and Mark Johnson only!

South Toyota has been servicing my Toyota Corolla since 2017. Truly they care about the well-being of their cars. Never had an issue or felt haggled for extra services I didn’t truly need. Highly suggest you take your Toyota to this location for any car maintenance needs.
In my recent experience with this dealership they engaged the typical bait and switch shady sales techniques that I had hoped most modern dealerships had abandoned in place of fair dealings in good faith. We recently purchased a car over the phone and were guaranteed that it passed the Certified Pre-owned requirements. When we asked why there was a line item on the sales invoice for recuperation costs, we were told it was to cover the costs of work done to bring the car up to their selling standards. We specifically asked if that included new tires and were told YES! I also asked why this wasnt included in the advertised price rather than being tacked on the back end, and was told thats just how we work here (bait and switch). We proceeded to purchase the car because we really liked it and cars are selling very quickly in the current market. Only 1,000 miles later we found out that the car actually needs all new tires (they were conveniently turned around to hide the wear on the inside) as well as an alignment! We contacted the dealership to see if they would cover the costs to fix it considering we only had the car for 1 month, and they declined. This dealership deals in bad faith and cannot be trusted to provide you with the quality of vehicle they charge you for.For anyone wondering. No one ever reached out to me as it mentions in their response below. It’s just a tactic to get people to think they actually care.
I got the pleasure of purchasing a 4Runner from Mark Johnson yesterday and he was amazing! This was my first time buying a car and I was a little nervous going into the process. Me and my mom went to just look for cars and I ended up leaving with one. Mark was amazing! He was patient, kind, and so easy to work with. I really had a poor experience with another Toyota dealership while inquiring about a used vehicle on their lot. I had looked at many sites on the net and many cars when I recieved a call from a sales rep which we will refer to as Breana #1 who was very nice and once I explained that I had pretty much given up switched gears from sales rep to caring and concerned she explained that she would hate to leave it at a bad memory toward the brand itself because Toyota cars are more than the sale. She offered to give me a few dsys and check back, I thought sure thinking it would be the last time I would hear from her especially since I told her my credit was less than perfect and I wanted an inexpensive used car Toyota preferably. Four days later she called back asked how I was feeling and whether or not I had look at the South Toyota websites used inventory I had and theyre were a few prospective deals I liked so I told her let me call back Monday and set a time to come in. I called Monday and spoke with who we will refer to as Breana #2 who explained Breana#1 was ill. I told her a little about what was up and that I wouldnt think it fair not to buy from Breana#1, Breana#2 said that she could get the ball rolling and Breana#1 would also benifit. I told her what I wanted she found two cars and shot me the deals on both. I chose a 2017 Toyota ia and told her lets do this all on thenphone or through emails and only when we had a deal with financing in place would I come in, no problem she did bbn it got me a deal all ready to sign I then went in and she insisted I test drive the car I asked is it a good car? Sure it was it was low end mileage and the carfax was clean with a full maintenance record and the car appeared to be in great shape so nnnm I gave it a run around the block and there you have it. I have had the car a week and did that test drive I took it to San Antonio for Christmas and 700 miles later am very impressed not only with the the Breanas but the little car is more than I expected it rides nice was comfy and performed with a sporty little feel and being such a small engine that was a concern soon dismissed. I love the interactive screen and bluetooth connectivity for my phone and music so cool even for an old guy like me. I do have to admit that the push button start confused me at first because the first time I got in she had it started so when I went out to take bbn it home no matter how many times I pushed the button it bvb just beeped and didnt start I hated that I was going to have to go in and tell the Breanas I had already broke the new car. Right you see if you put your foot on the brake pedal it starts right up 😂🤣. The whole experience was quick, pleasant and Toyota financial took care of the note so I will buy another car it may be awhile but I already know South Toyota of Dallas is where I will buy it. Terrible experience.it was my biggest mistake to go there. I have requested a warranty cancellation since 6 mouths and I still didn’t get the refund.the request was completed by Ricky chavez and every time I go to see what’s going on with my cancellation he said just give it 2 sessions. I know he never send the request.please stay away from those peoples.

The building was beautiful. Plenty of space to social distance, especially with a toddler. I can say my toddler loved the space. Mr. Christopher Jones was great! I could tell that he was very busy, but was trying his best to help. Slight issue, my car took a little bit to long for an oil change, but will return.

I was at the dealership to check out the difference between Tundra and Tacoma and I was planning to buy a truck in a few weeks. I was taking pics so I can make a decision and one of the employees wearing shorts and a shirt started yelling at me and said no pics. I have been to several dealerships and they wont stop you from taking pics. I told him the reason I was taking pics and he said, I dont care no pics. This happened on 10/08 now management can narrow down who was wearing Grey shorts / Black Cap and a white shirt. I am taking my business to another dealership.For the Record I took Pics at Toyota of Irving on the same day and no Questions / Yelling

I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2021 Toyota Highlander. Deno Moore did above and beyond to help me find this vehicle. I was able to work with him on a previous vehicle before me getting this new one and he truly helped make these car shopping experiences easy. I work crazy hours at my job so I was not the best at responding in timely manner but Deno Moore was so patient and was willing to help me get my dream car. He was able to get this vehicle shipped in from Georgia because there was no Highlander that was black on black in the state of Texas. Deno did above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful. Took car in for service. Very streamline reception and courteous. Gerald is terrific-5 stars for them. End of service return is zero stars-car not cleaned after they took it apart,and mats were rumpled and thrown on back seat-I guess too many years at Park Place Volvo with first place service. I surely settled for second -no, last place car care. The manager apparently does not care about this companys reputation.. Even if the car dealer is so far away,consider the long term effects.

Best experience ever purchasing a car. This is my First time buying a car and Deno Moore was The Guy to help with a great experience it was easy and he was really patient with me ! I highly recommend him.
I bought a 2021 Venza. My sales person was Deno Moore. Deno made me very comfortable through the process. He is a seasoned salesman. I never felt pressured at any point. He allowed me to come test drive the vehicle on my first visit and didnt try to nail me down on any kind of commitment. He simply answered all of my questions. When I was ready to get serious, Deno Moore took me through the process in a matter of fact fashion. I was ordering a car with custom specs, so that was an internet derived process, so there was not any haggling. I traded in a 2009 Honda Accord. After initially giving me a trade-in value that was a low ball, I told them that was too low and I would sell it elsewhere, Deno later called to say they had upped it to a price that was acceptable to me. In the final dealings with their finance guy, the agreed trade-in value was reduced from what Deno had told me by $250. Finance guy said that that was the tax savings so that was the only time I felt a little nickeled and dimed. I chose not to challenge that. The finance guy did sell me on the new tires and windshield 3-year warranty. He wasnt high pressure but modestly persistent. Overall experience very positive. Deno Moore is a good guy, and I would buy a car from him again.

Just bought my new 2021 Toyota Hybrid Rav4 at South Toyota. Deno Moore, the salesman, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Deno listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me what I did not want. The dealership itself is spacious and very nice.
I was looking to buy a Toyota Sienna and called in many dealers, some where very nice - some were just giving a formal response. Latter was a given, as it was a sellers market. I am happy I called South Toyota and got a chance to interact with Deno Moore. Deno was very friendly and on request, was ready to offer me the minimum that can be offered. When I was waiting - must say, little worried after paying a small deposit - Deno even reached out when another similar vehicle was available. That was reassuring - I was sure he is going to make sure I get my Sienna, and he did ! Thank you Deno, for making sure I get a vehicle in these times, and making sure I dont pay too much extra.
Mark Johnson is the salesman every dealership should have! However, the GM there is a different story. Just bought a Tundra (yall know the price of these now a day) and weve asked Mark to ask the GM to throw in an all weather mats but the GM decides that $180 item is not worth to make a customer truly happy especially when we are a returned customer, have referred many family/friends. At this time writing this review, a family member is trying to buy a Highlander from South Toyota. Our family buys Toyota at this dealership for nearly 30 years.
The worst experience ever. They opened 30 minutes late then watched me stand in the lobby another 20 mins while they checked their phones. Finally I asked for a sales person just to have the manager look at me up and down as if he was reading my bank account and credit score thru my flip flops. I have purchased and paid off 3 cars with these folks and it will never happen again. I can do this on line (talk to myself). Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer than this one.

I had a convenient, safe and efficient experience in leasing my new 2021 RAV 4 at South Toyota. We had an appointment to get to which made the process somewhat quick and both our salesperson, Mike Kinsman, and our Financial Assistant were very helpful to get us out the door on time. The showroom floor had a lot of great models to look at as well. The whole experience was great.

I have put off buying a car for months, for fear of the dreaded car buying experience. I gave Deno Moore a tight time frame to work with—I had to be at work by 2:00. He jokingly kept me updated on how many minutes he’d spent with me.This was by far the the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. Deno is pleasant and courteous and well informed on each model. He treated me with respect and never talked down to me, which is a huge pet peeve and why is was dreading car shopping in the first place.If you’re looking for a new car, I cannot recommend Deno Moore enough! I went to test drive 2 vehicles today to decide which one was a better fit for me. After I test drove the first vehicle and wasnt satisfied with the feel of it, I requested to test drive my 2nd choice. Which by the way, the salesman knew I had 2 vehicles I wanted to test drive up front. He then asked me if I was wanting to purchase a car today or just test driving. I replied Im test driving to buy and he tried passing me on to someone else because he had what he assumed were more serious buyers to wait on. That guaranteed that it was only a test drive and wed be purchasing from another dealership.

Professional friendly service! Very hard to come by these days. After searching for a car over many dealerships in Austin, Houston, and Dallas areas for months Im so glad I found South Toyota Dallas! Reasonable prices and willing to go the extra mile. James Mitchell (sales manager) and Michael Kinsman (salesman) were fantastic! Highly recommend giving them a shot when car shopping. Drove 4hrs just to do business with them over other dealerships and it was totally worth it! Offer and trade-in accepted over email so final transaction was smooth and easy. Will definitly start with them in the future when shopping for another vehicle.

Consistently the service at South Toyota has been great. This last visit was an early visit for service and to get Inspection done for yearly license. From the moment I pulled up, the technician was phenomenal in assisting me and then introducing me to my servie adviser, Rafat Habash. Mr. Habash was thorough in his review of my truck and with the assistance of one of the mechanics discovered an allignment issue, of which I was very grateful. In summary, my experience was just the way anyone would want, exceptional. I would give many accolades to Mr. Habash and the technicians that work to ensure good customer service. My next Toyota will definately be from South Toyota.
