If youve bought a vehicle or tried in the last few months you know that its tough with all the add ons and just insane costs. I did not purchase a vehicle here, but today I almost got my dream truck, at the last minute I just decided I couldnt because of the payment. But my salesman Chris and the team here really did offer me a great deal, there was no sales pressure and they were extremely transparent with me. When I am ready for my dream truck it will be here because during these insane times with chip shortages and high prices this dealer genuinely worked hard to give me a great deal. It was honestly a breath of fresh air dealing with them vs all the others. If your looking at getting a vehicle call these guys or go see them they are great.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!! I bought a2021 truck LESS THAN A MONTH ago, I havent even made the first payment and here I am having it towed. Called the dealership and Adrian tells me that the new 2021 trucks are having issues (no one mentioned that when they sold it to me) but Im stuck with no car until they figure out whats wrong with it and that could take weeks

Awful experience of making an appointment, explaining that I had a GMC competitors ad for an oil change/tire rotation for $39.95 ... would they honor it? Yes, she said. Went to Gateway only to have them charge $99.95 plus tax after saying theyd honor the competitors ad, which I had with me. Service manager deducted $33 from the tab so I ended up paying $74. Then drove off and the service personnel had forgotten to attach the NEW oil change sticker. Mind you, I had been once before on the same type of ad and they honored it. Was told the price went up recently but this is synthetic oil. So disappointed to be told one thing, then get charged a higher price. Gateway is 10 miles roundtrip from my home, the other dealer is 80 miles roundtrip. But Gateway killed it for me.

Made an appointment and took my new Buick Enclave in for my first oil change and service. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, everything was very efficient and organized. There is a nice waiting area, and my car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I was surprised when I went to pay and was told no charge, that my first oil change was free, and also a free car wash, plus they even vacuumed the inside. Great dealership!

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I am always prepared to fight with car dealerships because about half of the time they are sneaky and switch things around on my paperwork. I have to go back and forth over what we already agreed to!This did not happen here. Marco and the finance manager were both amazing and no non-sense. I asked all of my questions and they answered them right away. I was in and out in probably about an hour which is pretty good compared to my past experiences at other dealerships. Marco even helped me bring my rental car back to my home. He went above and beyond.

Nice salesman to deal with. Just know they are doing the $5,000 “market adjustment” markup. Was easily able to find several GM dealers in the metroplex not doing this. Ended up getting a Yukon Denali in Rockwall where we received more for trade-in and didn’t have the unnecessary $5,000 markup.

Nice facility. Service Tech was courteous. Customer service was average. Vehicle delivery was not good. Drivers side window and mirror were smeared,as if they used a dirty rag to wipe it off. Obviously no consideration for driver safety, Or for the product they represent.

Worst experience. Went to get oil change. They told me I could leave the truck since it was going to be a 2 hour wait and that they would call me once it was ready. 2 hours passed and never got a call so We headed over there. Once there they still hadn’t done anything to the truck!Obviously they forgot! Still had to wait 1 extra hour. Plus I ask for a car wash and they left the truck worse than how it was before(with stains)Unfortunately its the closest location to us. FYI Left the truck with Mario Montante and that was my experience.

This is the only dealership that is close to my home. They have been doing my oil changes since 2013. The service staff is still nice, however the perks are no longer there....the gentleman in front of me received a courtesy car wash while I did not. There is now a limit on how far they will take you in the courtesy vehicle. Upon my arrival, I waited for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence and I had an appointment. During this time of Covid-19, I waited in the lobby for my car....in over an hour span I did not see anyone disinfectant high touch surfaces. Did I mention I had an appointment and I still had to wait almost an hour and half for an oil change.

This dealership has a very interesting 🤔 concept. They permit drive up with no appointments from 10 AM - 3 PM during the week. They say they will squeeze you in. I arrived on a Tuesday slightly before 10 AM. I needed an oil change and state inspection for my parents car. The service adviser said it would take 1 1/2 & they were done in an hour 20 minutes including a complimentary car wash

Mario my service manager was honest and forthright with the expectation of repairs. When parts were available he had them. Promptly installed and on my way. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I found my own lender and financing. I found the vehicle on the dealer website. I spoke with Larry Muller, salesman, with whom I had previous purchased vehicles. I was comfortable purchasing online because the vehicle was GMC Certified Pre-Owned with a Warranty. He helped narrow down the final numbers before I arrived. I test drove. I found a couple small details that were placed on the we owe list. Pretty simple. The best part of the experience was streamlining so I wouldnt be spending time waiting at the dealer. Also the followup for the we owe list is important. The we owe list items were completed efficiently. Thanks for a good experience again.

Ive been having the worst experience with the dealership in Killeen with providing quality service and communication on what the status of my vehicle is during service. I had a really good experience with Gateway Buick. Came to purchase a car for my in-laws and Marwan got us the exact car we were looking for. Additionally, he made sure we got the best price for our Buick Encore. Mark the finance manager was also a great help for us. He explained to us the assurance that we added on to know my in-laws will be taken care of. We surprised my in-laws with this car and they absolutely fell in love with it. My father in law received a new kidney and my mother in law takes care of him and their old car was just not cutting it for them. We felt happy we could share this blessing with them. They love it and this couldn’t have been possible without Mark and Marwan!

I visited this place on 5.28.2021 because someone referred me. Spoke highly about their salesman. The salesman i requested was no longer there. Kelly Covington assist me. I was very unsatisfied. He is not true to his job and should not be representing this place. To make this review short. He asked me how much will i put down. He go run numbers with 2000.00 he leaves and come back and said you denied. He said If you put down a little bit more money we might can work the deal. So i said 5000.00. he calls the guy in financing told him to run numbers with 5000.00 down as we wait 5 minutes he leaves go to financing come right back and said you denied didnt give me a reason. I went right to CAR MAX and was approved got what i wanted. you cant judge the book by the cover This place missed out on a sale.

Don & David were both outstanding! Their patience even when we initially were only test driving but were interested in a used car elsewhere all the way up to somehow buying a new vehicle from them was amazing. Even after we nearly bought one from them the night before Thanksgiving (but held up cause we wanted an additional feature) & ended up the day after the Holiday on our way to another dealer. While on our way David called us to verify the exact features we wanted. He called back 20 minutes later to let us know hed located & obtained one! We were able to literally turn around immediately. They were aggressive & fair on our trade in allowances & matched another dealers price on the one they had to obtain! Just phenomenal service & were thrilled we were able to purchase from them. Left vehicle for transmission flush and a mini tune up for a hesitation when idling.The hesitation is still there and was not fixed. Will need to schedule appointment to takeback and try again! It only shows up while stopped at intersections waiting for light or traffic.it is not major now but, would like to have it addressed before it becomes major!

This could be true, but then they remove their Gateway Special $5k discount on the vehicle from their site. I know dealers are shady, but this.....wow.

Brought my car I bought from them a few months ago 3 different times because of a really rough idle. Was told 3 times it was normal, even changed the valve cover because oil was leaking. Mind you, the car only had 40k miles when i bought it. Take the car to another mechanic, in less than 10 mins they told me engine mounts were bad, problem fixed. Maybe next time listen to what your customers are saying and quit acting like they are dumb.

The vehicle didn’t have any of the new features on it, when we were told it did. We were also told that they’d fix the crack on the windshield.. we went back the next day to have it fixed and they told us to fix it ourselves. I told them that I wanted to back out of the deal and take my trade back, but they apparently sold it within a day? I’m extremely disappointed in this dealership and will never recommend it.

The experience was not good. It was extremely adversarial because I work for a company that provides Supplier Pricing benefit. The salesman wanted to negotiate my trade in value in exchange for accepting my supplier pricing benefit and in fact denied me the opportunity of getting a GM rebate for using GM financial alleging that the dealership did not do business with them anymore.

Shortly after I arrived at Gateway I was greeted in the parking lot by Chris Kown. Chris was very knowledgable about the Buick line of SUVs and was able to quickly show me vehicles I had researched on line. Overall the buying process was reasonably quick and professional. No drawn out haggling over details (this was a real annoyance at other dealerships). Chris later the delivered the vehicle I had purchased and went over all of the electronic set up details with me. Definitely 5 star service!
