My Service advisor Kaitlyn is a rockstar!! Not only did she get my Audi back into tip top shape after a nasty rock cracked my windshield but she was able to get me to and from work while my car was worked on at Audi Dallas. To my surprise when my car was returned to me she had also replaced a tire I was unaware had a bubble in it!!! To make it even better none of this cost me a dime because she filed it all under the warranties I had bought when I got the car. Thank you for your help Kaitlyn, I would probably be in a ditch with a blown out tire and a cracked windshield if not for you. Thank you π

Very professional and great costumer service. We were on road driving through Dallas and our Q5βs check engine light turned on. I called Audi Dallas and they took the car in for service with a half hour notice and even gave our car priority as we needed to be back on road, that is just impressive! Jordon, our service representative, was extremely accommodating and even booked us a ride so we can go and come back from our lunch. Definitely coming back here for all our car service.

Audi buying made simple!!! This process couldnt of been any easier, faster, or better! From start to finish this car buying experience was great!! I found the car I wanted online, was able to complete the bulk of the process online, received a call from Adam F. to confirm some details and came in an hour later to test drive and get my trade in inspected.Dusty did a great job of pointing out all the amazing features on the car and took me on a test drive. While on a test drive my car was being appraised and done by the time we got back. Depends on the day and who you have to deal with. Overall, parts has been awesome, service is the reason Im getting parts. Im getting a $300 skid plate and fasteners because service didnt tighten the screws after their service. Ive had other issues with them as well, even from the initial rushed closing process when they left a bum tire on the car and I proceeded to have a blowout on the way to Austin on 35. Watch them like a hawk. Very inconsistent organization. Pleased, however, with my Audi overall. Knock on wood?
Everyone was very polite and accommodating down to the shuttle drivers. I wish I wouldβve been consulted easier on my pockets but I know salesmen are taught to upscale. Now I know to go in and not ask for help but to say exactly what I need. Asking for help curated me nearly a $1000 bill. Nevertheless my car is running smoothly and Iβm happy. Thank you Audi Dallas.

All in all whenever it comes to the service advisors and the mechanics I believe that part of the business is good they broke something on my car replaced it everybody was happy but when it comes to the sells part of this dealership itβs very hit or miss. I feel like if youβre purchasing a vehicle especially an Audi or any luxury vehicle you should be able to drive that vehicle on your own understand the vehicle and fall in love with it when you have someone with you telling you what you can and cannot do it kind of takes away that wow factor an experience that you go for in purchasing a vehicle hence why a lot of people are buying vehicles online now and doing the 7 day return policy. But all in all every person that Iβve spoke to you except for a few that I wonβt name drop Iβve been absolutely amazing they have treated me well theyβve treated my vehicle well and I truly think this is one of the best dealerships but they donβt come without their own set of issues.

This is my third time coming to this dealership. I wanted to love this place. Considering how well Volvo in Richardson treated me, I figured this would be even better with a higher class vehicle. NOT! The service and treatment doesnt feel upscale. It feels botched. In addition, it was very difficult to speak with my service guy during the two days they had my vehicle which was nerve wrecking. I left a plethora of messages. No call backs. As a result I decided I to take my car somewhere else to get the repairs done. I didnt feel a certain level of trust with this place.

First off, the car is amazing. However, the buying experience here was the kind of experience that makes you not want to go buy a new car. Annoying sales tactics and a complete disregard for time. We were there for three hours sitting and waiting after agreeing on a car and price. I am regretful I did not drive to Sewell, where I have had an amazing sales experience buying two cars. I hope the ongoing service at this Audi dealer is redeeming in the years to come and I will plan to update my review if so.
Just really appreciate how quick and efficient it was for me to purchase a car. I had my mind set on another car that got sold, but ended up getting some else. Overall Im happy that Naushad Limbada was there to help me and made it easy for me to decide.
The service advisor Alan Cabin was super nice and was waiting for me when I pulled up to drop my vehicle off. I called him about 5 mins. before I got there to order the shuttle to take me to work and by the time I got out of the car and handed him the keys Alto was pulling up and I made it to work on time. Great customer service. Only thing the technician who worked on my car left the cover to the cabin filter part laughing on the floor of the passenger front side with screws in all..I had to turn around and bring it back but the service manager promptly took care of it.

You sent @ 9:21am on Aug 26, 2021I must tell you that the top of my car engine was completely clean the morning I brought to Audi Dallas to have oil leak evaluated and repaired until I spilled oil on valve cover while adding 1 quart of oil without using funnel. Your technician said I needed valve cover gasket, timing chain cover sealer and a few other repairs totaling approximately $8000.00 in cost. He did NOT clean a huge amount of leaked oil off engine before determining that every part of engine with visible oil was in need of repair. Because I KNOW FOR A FACT that valve cover was not leaking, I know that at least part of these very expensive repairs were absolutely unnecessary. I will NEVER come back to Audi Dallas and will never purchase another Audi. I find it quite disillusioning that a dealership would be so greedy to find it necessary to swindle customers like me.
I went to Audi Dallas to program my new key I ordered. Isaac was my service advisor and he was beyond great. He explained the process, had my Q5 run through safety inspection, and even returned my vehicle washed. Isaac went above and beyond explaining the next step for maintenance which occurs at 10k miles. If youβre new to AUDI DALLAS and are looking for an advisor, Isaac is your guy.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end!Yesterday was the end of a two week purchase of a pre-owned car. After searching for several weeks, we found a car worth looking into at Audi Dallas. I contacted Naushad, and he knew all the answers to the questions I asked, so we set up a time to view the car later that night.Once at the dealership, we had nothing but top notch experiences. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Naushad came to greet us and the car was ready for our test drive. When we got back, Naushad introduced us to Michael Redd to handle our purchase. Everything was up front on the price sheet; the price, fees, TTL, etc. Also, anything we questioned was immediately explained, without tension during the sales and finance processes. Thank you Drew Nigo! It was so easy to work with these guys.Being an older vehicle, it needed some TLC and I pointed special areas out to Michael. He, Naushad, and the Sales Manager Michael Bakolias, went above and beyond for us with this car. There was no back and forth with the purchase or interactions with any of these gentlemen. It was heres what we can and cant do, and then its up to the customer from there. Nothing hidden, so simple.Pick up was a breeze too. We were politely greeted by our sales team again to reassure us the car was ready. No pressure to get us off the lot, just superb customer service! We spent about 30 minutes just rechecking everything before driving off, and no one said a word to us about moving or hurrying up. Letβs talk about experience. I walked into this location with CASH to buy a vehicle listed at $14.4K, test drove it twice. The vehicle had a cracked windshield which we knew would be fixed before purchase, however the back leather seats were damaged. Of course a used car comes with wear and tear - not expecting perfection but for that to not be considered in the final price as well as the bumper missing a screw from a hit? Thatβs insane, I offered a number to pay that day to leave with the vehicle thatβs been sitting for a month, and they didnβt even budge to meet me in pricing. Adil our seller was very nice, no complaints about him he was only doing his job. However Audi Dallas only cares about the Audiβs.

This was my first time visiting Audi Dallas and I found the staff and the service very professional. My service representative Katelyn immediately took my car in at the scheduled time and was able to have it serviced in about an hour and a half. During that time I had several questions about maintenance and servicing my Audi. She was able to answer my questions and provide additional information as requested. I also had an opportunity to work with Sergio in the parts department. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Overall experience was excellent and I will be returning for future service.
HORRIBLE! My daughter took her car in because the check engine light was on. They told her they didnβt know why it was on and would have to keep her car for at least a week if not moreβ¦.so they could just try βfixing stuffβ and hope the light would go off. What??? Is this an Audi car issue or the service support ?? AND they told her she had nails in her two back tires and needed new ones. I called and spoke to her service tech who confirmed all of this. I took her car to NTB to check her tires and guess whatβ¦.NO NAILS. Be cautious with these people !!!

This time my car was in for a problem and I got helped by Katelyn and at first I was a frustrated because my car was messed up but Katelyn made me rest assure everything was going to get taken care of. She was quick and really informative in telling me what was wrong and how we could fix it. When her and the team at Audi got a go to fix it, I had my car ready in no time. The worst experience of my entire life. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, yet it was returned in a much worse condition. When asked about the vehicle condition, I was told by a service representative named Eric, they would not look into the issue further. I attempted many times to speak with the manager, but was either placed on holds for over an hour, or the phone magically would disconnect. Eric not only spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner but was not remorseful about his discriminatory language. The worst Audi Ive ever been to. If you are considering visiting this establishment, I advise you to take your business to Audi Plano. If you need further proof that this company is discriminatory against people of color, please google and research their latest lawsuit in 2020 against a Black employee that they labeled their trophy. This Audi should be out of business. These positive reviews are fake.

Finding the car out of state and having it delivered way ahead of our expectation was a plus. Absolutely the worst service ever. Paid $4,000, waited one month the get my car back, and the day after picking it up I have the same problems. And no one ever answers the phone. You have to leave a voicemail, even if you try to speak to the service manager.
Nearly impossible to schedule a routine service. Online platform is down, and when I called I didnβt get an answer. After multiple attempts, finally talked to someone who confirmed my vehicle and then forwarded me to a voicemail? Just awful customer experience.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the salesman Dusty Craig. We negotiated a price and I signed purchase contract papers as I have pictures attached (blurred my info) over email/phone. Had a loan lined up and everything the business day.I had a pre-purchase inspection completed from 3rd party for $280, and drove a 5 hour trip to Dallas *same business day*. All of this was negotiated and done from noon - to 5pm the same day. No issues from Dusty.Took off from work, and everything was good to go. Here I am driving to Dallas. I get a text from Dusty saying car was sold after the pre-purchase inspection came out good and done. Surprise. He blocked my number after the series of text he sent. This happened back in Feb of 2021, but I was on the front-lines of COVID19 as a healthcare provider and did not have the chance to write this review or contact corporate. However, I did call the day after it happened about possible solutions and they could not have cared less.Anyways, no recourse for lost wages since I took the day off. No money for the inspection I did. No money for gas getting to and back from Dallas. I would have been cool with a gas card and apology for recoup. But nope. Now I have to write this review. Time is money Audi. Thanks for wasting mine.Do NOT spend money at this dealership! Warning! Avoid the bait and switch!IN REPONSE TO DEALER REPLY ON REVIEW:Too late to do anything about it? How? .... Navshad helped me a lot with two new audi purchases here. All the details I wanted to know in the deal was presented to me. This was my first car buying experience where I felt I am not being ripped off of my money. He also took care of some detailing on the car to make it look better.
They are very professional and courteous and good at sending a video to show what they see. However, the noise my car was making is still doing it a lot and Iβm going to have to take it back in to figure out what it is. Thatβs frustrating because the dealership is almost two hours from me and I donβt like being without my car. I wish they couldβve figured it out the first time.

The friendly customer service for my experience begun with the valet attendant and extended to the salesman Mr, Chen who was assisting another customer and ask Mr. Kurt to step in. He who was very attentive and hospitable!!! My purchasing journey ended with Mr. Ricardo in financing who ensured that the office was cleaned and sanitized!!! Sales team was fantastic, 5 stars! Zero stars for the tag/title clerk - my 60 day temp tag is going to expire, didnt send Oklahoma paperwork. Sale date 5/6. Tried to get tags last week, said on 6/9 would be here by 6/14. Still not here, tags are going to expire while Im on a work trip. Really wish I hadnt recommended this dealership to several friends looking at out of state options to replace hail damaged vehicles. Sad considering when I bought my last Audi at a different dealership the experience was fantastic so I know they can do better.Update - Received FedEx envelope 6/16 with wrong license plate, left voicemails for Maureen on 6/16 & 6/17. And Ricardo the Finance Director was absolutely amazing, he made the signing process effortless, he was attentive to my personality and paired me with the top notch service and recommended the Service Advisor that would mesh well with me. Great service and they know theyβre stuff. They made my first Audi purchase a great experience and for that I will forever be grateful.
Audi Dallas had my A7 for service. I got a call from the service advisor that there was an incident. One of the technicians damaged the car! When I insisted, they send me some photos that showed extensive damage to the passenger front bumper area. No one from Audi Dallas apologized for the incident or damage - I left multiple messages with the service director to discuss but I didnt even get a call back. They did fix the damage to my car but I was disappointed by the apathy demonstrated, and the lack of basic etiquette.
Never had any complaints with Audi Dallas service. All the representatives are very friendly and helpful to ensure understanding and acknowledgement before anything is done on my car. They are very efficient and the waiting area is very comfortable if you have a longer wait.
Lied to me about the price and parts I was paying for. Ended up costing me 200% more than if they had been honest with me. Violation of consumer laws. Then gave my car back to me with a broken window in that it wouldnβt roll up that they attempted to hazardously fix by breaking my window even more. But hey if you have an Audi I guess you do not have a choice so this is review is pretty worthless because, hey what other option do you have... they seem to know and take advantage of this fully!
Todays experience was AMAZING! Im seriously a picky indecisiveperson when it comes to major purchases. However today was the best car shopping experience Ive ever had! Im forever an Audi Dallas customer going forward. It was haggle free & took about 2 hrs because we did discuss what I was looking for in my next Audi traded in my A4. Naushad made sure he gave me all of the details that each of my selections had. He didnt haggle me & was very upfront with pricing. He made sure I was where I wanted to be payment wise & closed the deal. Im now a proud owner of the Showroom Floor 2020 Q3 =)Sidenote: The staff is very friendly & enjoyable as well lol very welcoming vibe!
The sells guy was outstanding! 5 STARTS βοΈDisappointed that the second key to my Audi was not programmed to my vehicle or was the wrong key. I had to spend over $600 on a second key the next day.Other than that, everyone was great.Coffee is good! :)
Tomas was an awesome help. First time buying a car and Tomas helped make sure it was a great experience. Went smoother than I expected. He helped me over the phone while I was stuck at work. Got my approval and everything. Car was ready by 6pm while I got there at 6:30pm. In and out super quick, Alex in financing was a fun helpful joking guy. Great experience, would recommend.
I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this dealership. My car was originally purchased from a Sewell dealership so I am used to helpful staff and amazing customer service but Audi Dallas was nothing compared to that. My car was towed in on Thursday from a battery shop that claimed my alternator needed to be replaced. Audi Dallas was impossible to get in contact with over the phone. After running diagnostics on it I got a call back the next day saying that nothing was wrong with my car and that the battery place didnβt know what they were doing but I still owed $100 and could come pick it up. When I arrived, I asked my representative why the battery suddenly failed and warning lights were going off if theyβre claiming βnothing is wrongβ and he literally told me that only time will tell if something is wrong since their diagnostic came back fineβ¦.. ok. So I go to check out and the cashier is extremely rude, staring at her phone, not acknowledging me and then wait 30 min in 100 degree weather for my car to be pulled around. While Iβm waiting outside and reading my paperwork on the inspection I see that they marked about 4 things in the red zone (brake fluid, air filters, windshield, etc) that say they need to be immediately fixed but nobody told me about this on any of our phone calls?!!!! So I basically paid $100 to be returned a broken car because they just didnβt want to deal with it AND the inside was filled with trash from the maintenance men. I will never be taking my vehicle here again, this experience was so absurd.

Visited Audi Dallas just looking at vehicles for my daughter when we were approached by Dusty. Even though we had no intensions of purchasing a new Audi, Dusty took his time with us, and he was very informative and knowledgeable of several vehicles in the showroom. We were so impressed with his customer service and courtesy that we ended up driving away with a Q3 that day! I would highly recommend Audi Dallas and their staff for your new car needs. Took my Audi in for a recall issue. Easily made appointment. Took car right in upon my arrival. The intake technician was professional and friendly. They did the work quickly and also performed routine 20K mile check. Great service. Excellent job.
Audi Dallas comes through again! I needed to replace a tire, which they had in stock, and were able to get me in right away. A quick trip down there and less than 2 hours later I had a new tire and a clean car. 2 hours is not bad for squeezing me in and the waiting area is very comfortable!

Every time that I receive service at Audi Dallas it is an incredible experience! They make sure that I am taken care of in a timely fashion or if not, there is a loaner car ready. Katelyn is always spectacular and makes you feel like a real part of the Audi Dallas family!
I have nothing to say good im very disappointed with Audi Dallas my 2016 Audi Q-5 Have been in the shop for 3 months.Ive spent $8,000 and when I put my suv in shop for is still not fixed its been in 1st time 2 months paid $5680. I never made it home 20 mins down the road the pre-problem was still there so Monday morning o gave them another shot they had for a month and half again so now here we go I paid another $2000.. as of Monday I picked up my suv again well guess what same problem happen again 25 minutes leaving dealership she totally Broke down and smoking this is Unprofessional and Radical Crazy my Service advisor Brandon Promised me this time it would not happen π I trusted another shot never again DONE!!!!!!!!!They ask me over and over to them again this Service department just want money,money π° and dont fix the problem Im very Dissatisfied.

I have known him for 3 years now and he always provides a smooth process in helping me find the best deal and the right car. When buying an used car I know there are risk, but when buying a used car over the internet you fully expect a highly rated dealer to be honest with you over the phone! Unfortunately this didnβt happen, $2600.00 in repairs plus a towing bill and the wife and kids on the side of the road on the way to school the car is just now usable. And we just put the first 100 miles on the car a month after receiving it! I should have sent it back when it came off the delivery only by booster pack and had to have a booster pack only to crank and run. Then the next morning heard a horrible noise coming from the car and it was the air suspension not working and the pump completely ruined. When the wrecker arrived to take it to the shop the whole front door panel came off in my hand when I closed it the door to drive it out of the garage. Plus a pet peeve of having 3 different types of tires on the car...2 were good and 2 decent, but all this together and not ONE SINGLE CALL BACK to only help locate parts as they are currently hard to find in stock for a 550 Mercedes. Iβve purchased 23 cars online the past 7 years and this is the first one that came to me in virtual pieces. Definitely marked these guys off my list of places to look for vehicles.
