Used vehicles were dirty. The owner acted is if I had inconvenienced him. Tint was coming off windows of vehicle I was interested in. The price was right. Cant say the same thing about the vehicle or the dealer. Besides, who wants to purchase a dirty car. Only positive was the vehicle was on site.It was a waste of my time and gas. I cant in good faith recommend this establishment.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVERGot a Mercedes E ClassSatisfying sales experience We live 300 miles from Dallas and did most of the dealing by email with ZAAD several days.He was very knowledgeably about the car and took the time to go over all the features and operation. We never felt rushed or pressured. I will recommend U.S. Auto Financial in general and ZAAD in particular.

Well let me put it this way. The dealer was pretty cool at first with helping me out the best way he could, Ill give him that. The problems I had were when I purchased my car(while still in the shop), I was guaranteed a working engine and tranny with no issue granite it was a buy as is. The first issues I started noticing mind you I only had 52k miles on it were, Service Engine Soon light, Service systems light, check coolant, ABS and Traction Control light. Also the car would constantly rough idle when driving and sometimes shut off completely at stop lights. The dealer told me the rough idle is nothing but he will have his mechanic(uncle) check it out. I felt pretty good at that point because he seemed genuine and set on helping me. After getting my car back the second time I was just told to drive it for a while and everything should be good and as far as the lights go they just needed to reset them using their hand held device. Hours later the lights returned but I decided I will return in a few days for all the issues if they do not subside. So I gave it 1-2 weeks and still nothing changed. The rough idle got worst than I start to smell gas thru my vents which at that point I started to panic. So I took it to a different mechanic I was told that day I had 2 bad coils and my fuel injection rail w bar and needed to be replaced asap. So I had no choice but to get the work done. It end up costing me $938 total, which at the time was a tough pill to and swallow and made me very hurt that the dealer I nought it from could not see any of this both times before he gave the car back to me. Or maybe they did see it and didnt want to put The effort and money into fixing it. Im not writing this review to scare people away, just telling people my experience. Just be mindful and careful.
