I was looking for a newer Chevy Malibu Lt that had less than 35,000 miles that was in my budget and I found one that was even better for me! Afam was my salesman and he went BEYOND to help me. He is super apologetic, not pushy AT ALL and is one of those salesman that have multiple customers at the same time but makes sure all of them are taken care of in a timely matter! I checked out Hertz since prices are below Kelly Blue Book values on the website. The salesman, Ron, went above and beyond when I decided to purchase a vehicle there. I forgot my checkbook and he drove the vehicle to my house, which is over an hour away. I wrote the check and he took the trade-in vehicle back. There wasnt any pressure at all. He was just offering help as we wouldnt be able to get back there for a while.Awesome customer service! I have been recommending Hertz for a gently used vehicle ever since.

Julie is one of the best car sells women they have at this place. She knew exactly what she was talking about. I had no trouble at buying a car and was in and out of this place. I visited this location to test drive a couple cars a few days ago. I came back a couple days later intending to purchase one of the vehicles that I drove. When I arrived, it seemed that they were extremely unprepared to begin the process considering the fact that I notified them the day before that I planned on coming. Afam was really nice, but when the financial manager came to speak to me I felt like I was being interrogated. He asked me several questions about my current employment and the company that had nothing to do with my purchase. The phone number my company provided ONLINE did not go through, even though it was after hours and we all work remotely (which I mentioned). He made me feel like he felt that I was lying about my current employment status. After he collected the information for my references and another number to contact my HR department, he insisted on me coming back the next day after they finished the seemingly lengthly verification and reference checks. I should not have to beg them to take my money. Needless to say, I left without a car and decided to look elsewhere that will make the process more seamless. Will not be recommending or going back.The day after I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle nor would be making a purchase, I was notified that they proceeded to run my credit for no apparent reason, which created other issues along the way. Just be careful if you decide to shop here.

This was my first car buying experience and all I can say is thank you Ron for making it smooth! He showed my family and I multiple vehicles and was very patient when our insurance was taking a long time to process. The customer service here really went beyond expectations. Ask for Aaron.He helped us from the first phone call all the way through the second car we bought (we returned the first one). He was extremely helpful and friendly, had a great attitude even when we were being difficult, and it never felt like he was pushing us into anything. I just bought my adorable 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage and the entire staff was friendly and amazing.A HUGE shout out to Barb, and a massive recommendation. She made the entire process so easy, and even came in on her day off since I was driving an hour and a half to come meet her and get my car. She stayed there late, and didnt complain about it once. She made the entire process so easy, explained all of my questions with no judgement (and I had a lot of silly newbie questions), and was friendly on a new level. She really put me at ease and there was no pressure at all.I got an amazing deal on my car, 3 different warranties, and still was under my initial budget for a car in total, and they got me $2 higher than my monthly payment I requested, which I can completely live with! . Its so cute, and Ive completely fallen in love with it.Also, it was immediately put to the test on the hour and a half drive back home and handled like a charm. No issues, no weird noises, and everything in proper working order.I highly recommend this dealer, and am completely in love with my tiny little Mirage. I look forward to working with them in the future!

My fiancé and I came in May 26th, after visiting the overcrowded Mesquite location. We called ahead to confirm the availability of a vehicle and Afam (the salesman) confirmed that they had it. When we arrived we were told the vehicle had just sold the day prior and that “his list had not been updated.” This should have been the first indicator that we needed to shop around elsewhere, however, we stayed, as we’d already traveled 12 miles to this location. We stayed maybe two hours doing paperwork and then were told we would need to come back another day to take the vehicle. This should have been another indicator; still, we left and returned.On May 28th, we returned. Afam was off work and we were being assisted by Latrisha. She took his references, his proof of income (that she stated she could not verify, but verified before calling to tell us to come get the vehicle) and his down payment. From there, she gave us keys and we left with his new car.Shortly after, we started receiving calls from the finance manager around June 4th. We have been receiving calls from him, LaTrisha and Afam almost daily. The finance manager is rude and literally yelled at us several times and has hung up the phone. We have let the finance manager know multiple times that we were assisted by Afam and LaTrisha and were told “it does not matter, do you know I’m their boss? They work for me.” He has had to provide proof of income and proof of address several times and each time he provides those things. Still, we are called repeatedly and told that there is some issue with “the bank.” We have spoke with the bank several times and they have confirmed that there is nothing else that they need and that his first payment is due June 27th.Today is June 27th and we have had to travel from Mansfield (45 minutes) to the Hertz location to “sign papers.” We get there and are waiting over an hour and a half before anyone acknowledges us. Then, at the nearly two hour mark, I ask how long it will be and we are told “it is not in your best interest to leave.” As if we have done anything wrong here.I would not recommend this location to anyone at all.The employees are not customer oriented and their senior leadership is lackluster.

Had a great experience purchasing a car through Hertz Car Sales in Dallas and working with Hugo Vasquez.It was nice to not having 4-5 sales people run up to you before you even park your car with their sales pitch.I also enjoyed the fixed no haggle pricing the have since they do have the lowest prices by a far compared to other dealers in the area.The sales process is very straight forward and easy.Highly recommended

Im giving 1 star because there isnt an option of any less. I talked to Julie at Hertz on Mockingbird in Dallas. I told her I wanted the car we discussed! I told her Id be there by 4pm. When I got there at 5 minutes till 4pm she had sold the car to a man 20 minutes ahead of me. No phone call, NOTHING! She just sold it out from under me. I drove from Denton, TX down there to come home with a car! I was supposed to be a gift and I took the person it was for with me EXPECTING TO GET A CAR! Nobody said anything EXCEPT to laugh when we asked for Julie and told them why we were there!!! It wasnt funny at all and completely unprofessional. Julie, is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Dont deal with these people.

I have been to this particular Hertz twice. The first time I bought a Dodge Avenger. We had a wonderful time. It was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences. The staff was awesome 5 stars all the way. However the second visit was way different. The salesman was nice and polite but, he didnt seem to know what he was doing. None of the cars that we were interested in were there or he was trying the old bait and switch. Either way we left frustrated and with no car.

I was allotted a rental by insurance while my car was in repairs. This office across from love field is hard to spot but the employees were nice and the office was run efficiently to be sure. I had to change my pick up date to get my car and they accommodated me nicely. They picked me up at the service center and also arranged for lyft to take me to retrieve my car upon completion. my rental car was in good condition and clean and had no odd smell of cleaners as so many other companies rentals in my experience.

Quick, easy, and relaxed. Worked in the car business for 5 years, at multiple dealerships, have bought several vehicles, and I hate the dog-and-pony show just as much as the next guy. This was totally different than anywhere else Ive ever been or worked at.Erick took really good care of my parents, and I cant recommend this place enough.

We really recommend buying here just because Ronald Gavinski made it a really good experience, he was very responsive, easy to communicate with and helped all along the process, he made us feel very comfortable with the buying of the car.

When I first bought my car I really excited. Now 6 months later I had to get a new battery and my check engine light has come on. I called and spoke with Barb. She had an attitude with me. I was like why are you mad. I just bought this car less than 6 months ago and I am already having problems. They did not offer to fix my car at all. Do not get a car from here. After getting a new battery after having the car for only 6 months I then had to get a tuneup because my car started shaking. After looking under the hood it was alot of black tape. So dont believe it was extensive. I should not have to pay a $250 deductible to use my extended warranty after only having my car for 6 months. I am a person who believes in Jesus and cant believe how rude they are after now being paid in FULL by my bank.

Do your homework before buying any vehicle. They will still try to sell you warranty products at the closing. Know what you can afford, get pre-approved then go to the dealer knowing your budget and knowing the vehicles. The rent-to-purchase program works well for us as we have time to review the vehicle without a pushy sales person constantly interrupting. We take it to the mechanic, we go through the vehicle and drive it longer than a regular test drive.We came away feeling we were treated well by the sales team and got a fair deal.The paperwork was excessive and took too long. Then the staff that processes the paperwork took over a month to do their job causing us stress with our trade-in that they took too long to pay off. Be watchful or it can ding your credit and end up costing you dearly. The processing staff should be replaced and fined breaking breaking Texas state laws for transaction deadlines.

I bougt a 2016 Jeep with less the 40,000 miles. The price was way below comparable vehicles at other lots, and the vehicle is in great shape.

Unfortunately I drove off the lot to go home in my Toyota that as it turns out was illegal to drive as it did not have two license plates.Fast forward a few weeks to today; My driver test that was supposed to be today had to be rescheduled because I showed up without my permanent plates installed on the front because the car did not include screws for both plates locations, whereupon I was told to come back with a legally plated vehicle.On the way home I got pulled over and told by police that I was in violation of Texas Transportation Code because the car they sold me did not have two license plates, which I was sour about having to be reminded of.Fortunately the officer that pulled me over told me that because its not a felony offense hes allowed to let me off with a warning, which he did, and Im very grateful to Officer Bobaneau. However someone else may have given me a misdemeanor on my record and a fine of up to $200 plus court fees. Im a little upset at my experience with my purchase.

Michael was the salesperson at this dealership, he was very courteous and showed us all of the cars we were interested in while it was pouring rain he managed to get us some umbrellas. Eric the financial person fought for us with the bank to get us an excellent interest rate and explained all of the costs on the bill of sale. There was nothing hidden and we enjoyed the car buying process.

Wish Leo was still there. He let me test drive the car on my own. I Wanted to take the car home to show my sister. Because I was buying the car for my sister as a surprise again. Then I keep the 2013 Nissan Altima I bought from here 3 yrs ago.

We had a good experience here and got a good deal on a 2016 Nissan Sentra. Our salesman was John Billingsley and he was excellent - not pushy at all, took his time with us, and got us a great deal. Deducting one star because they only accept money orders/cashiers checks. Would have been much easier if they would have taken my card.

Hopeless service. If I could give a zero star, I would. They dealer promised that as part of the purchase agreement I got 2750 gold reward points and in lieu of that we could rent a car for free for a week. I told him we dont plan to rent a car any time soon, so he said specifically you can utilize it WHENEVER you want, even if its after several years. I contacted them two years later to get a rental car, and the woman said that that promotion is over! I tried to explain to her that you have to honor your commitments to the customer that you promised it to, she said we cant do that. So their promises and promotions are worth nothing. Those 2750 reward points are worth trash to me and to them. Be careful, this company lies! I am never using Hertz and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau too.

Very poor training and service. Be prepared to wait a long time to close a deal. Inefficient and very dull atmosphere. Dont leave them any money down on the car. They dont close deals and they will call you weeks later to bring bar back but tell you to wait on your down payment. Nope I think not, dont buy from them Federal Trade complaint is on them

Huge run around while attempting to call this company regarding something very simple.

Bought a 2-year old Sentra with 39k miles. First day that I had the car major transmission problems arose whenever starting up in the morning (took the test drive in the afternoon after the car had warmed up). Transmission slips out of gear, loud thudding noises, unable to accelerate. Took it to a dealership, who says the whole transmission needs to be replaced. Buyer beware when buying a car that has been used as a rental vehicle. Ive learned my lesson.

Barb is the best if you need a good used car at the right price go see her. This is the second car I have purchased there Barb always takes good care of me.
