Fantastic experience with the team at Avondale Premier Collection.
Great experience ordering a new Aston Martin. Thanks to Lee Oden.
Great customer service, Lee and his boss look great where great. If you’re looking for luxury, and service at a great price point this is the place to be.
Aston Martin is the best Joseph kim grate salesmans and he goes above in beyond five stars is not enough they made me feel like I was buying one of there $500.000 cars. Thanks Joseph you made my wife dreams come true she love her Audi A6. Demetrius from Louisiana. 👍
This dealership defines what excellent customer service is, and their salesman Michael Hull is the shining example. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership for new as well as used luxury vehicles.
This was my best car buying experience. I saw the car online (while traveling overseas). Inquired about the details, worked out the deal and dropped in to pick up in Dallas. Best part, the car was pristine as described and I was out of there in under 20 minutes (including test drive). Formidable customer service, attention to detail and readiness. Absolute pleasure to work with Joseph and the team.
I had an amazing experience with this dealership & associate Corey Callahan. I live in FL and from the first time I contacted the dealership through completion of the sale I was extremely impressed with the entire experience! Corey was very responsive to any communication sent and really went out of his way to make this deal happen. After the purchase there were a few follow up items that needed attention and they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. If you’re in the market for a luxury automobile I would HIGHLY recommend Aston Martin of Dallas. I would certainly (and happily) purchase another vechicle from them. Thanks for an awesome car buying experience!
I would like to thank Aston Martin and Joseph in particular for a really pleasant and professional car purchasing experience. My son and I will never forget our purchase with you in Dallas. The Maserati is a dream to drive.
Highly recommended! Chris Johnson did a great job and we left with a great car. Whats really remarkable is the time he spent showing my Wife the differences in the vehicles. After returning to the dealership, we learned the true depth of the experience at the dealership and the quality of the facility, the team and the vehicles. We left with a remarkable car at a great price and above all -- a remarkable experience. I could go on but if youre considering an Aston Martin, youve got to experience it for yourself.
Great cars with great people working there! Highly recommend.
Outstanding dealership! Chris, Kurt and Glen are all experts in Aston Martin and they make the process an absolute delight. The most rewarding, long term dealership I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a new or exceptional high quality Aston Martin, this is the place - and their follow-up service is superb!
The service department at Aston Martin of Dallas is phenomenal! Jacob is one of the finest service managers Ive ever worked with, coming from a history of Jag and Porsche ownership. I recently purchased an Aston Martin and when I needed my first service I went to Aston Martin of Austin...big mistake. They made me feel like I was a burden on their time. The next time I needed a part I decided to try Aston Martin of Dallas. It was definitely worth the drive! For top notch service, Aston Martin of Dallas is the only dealership in TX Ill ever bring my Aston to.
I recently purchased a used Lexus RCF from Aston Martin of Dallas. The whole experience was top notch and first class. I live in Denver so I was a little hesitant making a vehicle purchase without actually seeing and driving the vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with both Seth and Chris Johnson. The car was exactly as described and advertised, they even put it on a lift for me and took extra pictures of the undercarriage and sent them to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and not hesitate working with them again on future vehicle purchases. Once again thank you, and kudos to you for doing such an excellent service!
I always have a great experience at Aston Martin of Dallas! Their showroom is incredible, and the staff always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great customer service, I will definitely be back!
I highly recommend Aston Martin of Dallas. To say that Michael Hull went above and beyond would be a literal understatement. My son and I went to the dealership a couple of months ago to test drive a pre-owned Mercedes AMG G63 (G-Wagon). It was a very busy afternoon at the dealership, but Michael was very courteous and gave us all the time we needed to test drive and thoroughly discuss the Mercedes. My son and I are car people, so it was virtually impossible for us to show up at an Aston Martin dealership and not take a DB11 for a spin. Mr. Hull knew we were serious buyers, but I am pretty sure he sensed that a 50 year old, family man from East Texas wasnt there to purchase a small, 2 door, sports car like a DB11. Nevertheless, he carefully went through all the glorious features and details of the car and took us for a test drive. Long story, short.....I fell in love. I have always been an Aston Martin fan, but I didnt realize my full obsession until Michael put me behind the wheel of that car. We left the dealership that day without a new car, but I knew I would be back.A few weeks later, I noticed a new listing on the AM Dallas website and immediately reached out to Mr. Hull. The dealership had just received a beautiful, very low miles, one owner Rapide......the perfect vehicle for a car guy who loves power but also needs 4 doors and room for the rest of the family. Michael immediately responded and went to work to get me the information I needed. Because I live almost 80 miles away, he even made arrangements to meet me half way so I could test drive. Once again, I was in love....not quite a DB11, but close enough. We put together a deal that afternoon, and they were ready to deliver 2 days later. On the day I was to pick up my new car, I arranged a ride to Dallas and arrived at the dealership early. As my ride pulled away, I felt a strange sensation that I was forgetting something.....then, it hit me. I couldnt find my cell phone! I panicked and started scrambling and searching. Michael Hull arrived at the Dealership about 10 minutes later thinking we were just going to run inside, sign some paperwork, have some coffee, and close our deal. Instead, he dropped everything else he was doing, and joined me on my tireless mission to find my phone. He logged me into his computer, allowed me to use his cell phone, and even called Apple to help walk me through how to track down the missing phone. About an hour into our search, we located it on the find my phone app! It was about a mile away from the dealership in the middle of Lemon Ave. With no hesitation, Michael loaded us into his personal vehicle and drove to phones ping location. We split up and took opposite sides of the road and started searching while carefully dodging crazy drivers. Five minutes later, I heard a joyous, I found it! Michael, picked it up, brushed it off, and jogged back to the car with phone in hand. We arrived back to the dealership feeling very accomplished, signed a couple of forms, and I drove away in the car of my dreams! I left feeling like I had just witnessed some of the best customer service I had ever had…..most decent human beings would probably help in a situation like this, but Michael was literally acting like we were looking for HIS phone. It was impressive to say the least. This is a long review, but I wanted to carefully point out the extra steps that Michael took to make the entire buying experience enjoyable ….even in the face of adversity. From the extra time he took with us on day 1 to the dropping everything to relentlessly help me find my phone, he made this a great experience for us. We definitely recommend Aston Martin Dallas and Michael Hull, and will certainly be back when it’s time for an upgrade.
I was interested in an Aston Martin advertised in Aston Martin of Dallas. I reached the dealer to purchase the car by phone and subsequently drove to Dallas to check out the car and finalize the deal. The dealer sales GM was nothing but a fake person to just talk and no show, He didnt responded to many phone calls and emails after we supposedly reached the deal and he was supposed to revise the sale order and send to us. We drove to Dallas from Houston and spent couple of hours discussing the deal, and he made a lot promises and bashed other dealers. I would not recommend this dealership and I am very happy that he back out from deal, otherwise the after sale services would have been disaster.
Leased a new Vantage and the experience was 5 star! Highly recommend the car and the entire staff.
This dealership is top notch! They always go above and beyond to ensure that you get a VIP experience! I would highly recommend them for sales and service.
I would highly advice anyone buying a car to avoid Aston Martin Dallas, I purchased a 2016 range rover for $55k and had to take it to Land Rover Dallas for a $3,000 repair not even a month after my purchase. The vehicle had multiple issues; no oil change done, front wheel bearings that would not even pass a state inspection and full front and back brake job. When I called to speak to the manager, his response was you bought a used vehicle, deal with it.
Do not recommend this dealership for an out of state sale. It was a nightmare working with Chris Johnson from afar. They collected my state sales tax up front but did not return it for me to pay my state - this required several phone calls and visits to the secretary of state. The care had an oil leak within 4 weeks of delivery, which he admitted was human error by the service department. He promised several things by FedEx, only to send non-working tracking numbers. Ultimately, i never received the copy of the recent oil service the dealer performed (prior to the oil leak) or the small missing part he promised.
The staff at Aston Martin of Dallas are wonderful to work with. Kurt is always very helpful and makes every visit to the dealership a good one.
One of the most professional dealers I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with!Joseph Kim and GSM Jason Wynn are both class acts. They had a beautiful Porsche in their inventory and I was inquiring about it. Even being an unknown quantity over the phone, these guys really treated me kindly, with respect and were 100% accommodating. Joseph even texted me images of a paint gauge reading on the car (came back perfect)Listen I ended up buying another car that was physically closer to me (northern CA) and was one more year newer but the information that Jason shared with me on that short call benefited me greatly. (He suggested a mobile inspection company to me) so THANKS Jason!Even after the fact when I was no longer a great prospect, Jospeh was kind courteous and respectful.I would love the chance to do business with these guys in the future!
My 2nd DB9 from AM of Dallas; awesome dealership; Chris Johnson is awesome and very helpful. The dealership is beautiful.thank you!!!!!!
Chris is the man to talk to. Very informative, knowledgeable and passionate about the product.
Perhaps because I looked young (23) and wore understated clothes (its what you would expect from someone buying a car of whose appeal stems from its understated look, right?), but the first salesman gave me little attention. A second salesman, Kenneth was really rude from beginning to end. From the beginning he was asking me curt questions trying to pick apart my finances, asking what I drove, having a condescending reaction when I said my dad was drove Lexus ES350, asked well what other fun cars does he drive?, asking whos paying for the car, etc. admitting he was trying to find out I wasnt wasting his time as he said he considered it valuable. When he was done but still unimpressed and unsatisfied I was finally able to get him to go through a survey of the models (and he had a curt, cold, dismissive attitude the whole time). As he surveyed for me, I commented on things I liked or didnt from cars in the showroom in order to help the narrowing-down process and since a lot of options and customizations are available that allow one to upgrade or downgrade and not have to throw a car out of consideration altogether for any car brand. About 10 minutes into talking with him, I started asking him about the steering wheel on the Vantage, since I was searching for a luxury interior and this wheel had a sporty (but cheap) feel- the leather was very tough and dry (classically like processed/ground leather), with no napa softness, no punctured pattern anywhere in the leather (if A-M was going for a sporty feel), no chopped bottom. So before I could even get the full question through, my use of the word cheap to describe the wheel turned him really dismissive, scoffing, offended, told me this brand wasnt right for me and to look somewhere else, saying nothing A-M makes is cheap, and that he refused to work with me, and scoffed saying dont sit down when I tried to sit in his office and talk with him because we were through. A hard-leather wheel thats tough and dry and plasticky, thin and unsubstantial, (like from hard processed ground leather), without a needle-puncture pattern for grip or a chopped bottom or chrome (for a sporty wheel) or a soft napa or suede leather like the more expensive DB11 and wood and stitching (for a luxury wheel), and with a thin, unsubstantial grip either way is not a high-end steering wheel. But rather than direct me to other options for *that* car, direct me to other cars like the DB11 which has suede, recommend how a steering wheel can be changed off market, or at least admit that thats all they had to offer and let the customer have a chance to look past the steering wheel, within just 10-15 minutes of having met him and asking him questions he called me a pain in the ass, asked if anyone else ever told me I was one. These are expensive vehicles, so of course a buyer at this price range is going to take more time and be more thorough and make sure its what they wants, otherwise they can get something they dont like at any price range including much lower.- Cheap is relative, especially in a world that ranges between people making pennies and billions a day. If a customer says something seems cheap to them, its about their standards, not about the salesmans: 1. suggest something potentially better, 2. suggest at least an alternative or 3. admit that thats all they have and calmly give the potential buyer a chance to accept the limitations present, but 4. absolutely dont take it personally- the customers just trying to pick your brain to find all the options.-Customers walk into your dealership with respect and good faith, and using the word pain in the ass, cussing, being rude and curt, and disdainful is unacceptable. Disagree, but treat people with respect.-Success required to buy a nice car is typically bred from a pickiness and thoroughness and being a pain in the ass in industry. Interest in an expensive car stems from pickiness. Thats the reality of your customer base.-Being discerning AND interested in your brand was a compliment to that brand.
They were very friendly and welcoming. I thought they were going to say something because I showed up in sweating pants.
Great dealership. Always satisfied with the service department!
These guys are great. I walked in, t-shirt and shorts, a little disheveled, and Im a young guy. (At aston martin austin I was completely ignored.... for about 20 minutes. Austin Aston Martin had no interest in showing me anything, nor did they take me seriously.) Anyway, as soon as I walked in to the Dallas showroom Glen walked right up to me and couldnt have been nicer. Granted I was set on buying a car they had on the lot that day, but the customer service he provided was impeccable. Ive bought Audis, porsches, etc and Ive never been treated better. The car they sold me was a low mileage vantage (separately, this car is just outstanding, dont test drive unless you can pull the trigger because you wont be satisfied with anything else) and it had been kept in excellent shape. If youre looking for a great experience, with an unpretentious sales team, with great cars, go here, and talk to Glen. Dont go to Aston Martin of Austin!
