Pretty painless and good experience overall. I found out they do not budge on pricing even after pointing out a few minor problems with the car. It was sort of acknowledged but no offer to either fix it or drop the price a penny. The only other problem I had was just my personal opinion that the dealer should not only clean the car up really good before handing over the keys but they should ALWAYS fill up the tank. It had less than a quarter tank and he only agreed to fill it halfway. Not exactly a big concession on their part but again, the salesman was nice and professional. Process was probably the easiest Ive ever had while buying a car. We are satisfied for the most part.

What a pleasant surprise ! This dealership is perfect for someone looking for a great luxury Brand Name vehicle - for half the price of a brand new vehicle. Their business plan is simple - they purchase Brands like MB, BMW and others (from the original Brand dealership) that have come back as Lease cars (leases are usually 2-3 years and the cars are well maintained - well optioned and usually have low miles on them - mostly from CA or FL) and they have them shipped in - checked out and put up for sale at very fair and low prices. They do not haggle as they want to move the cars quickly and they are priced to go. Sales people are not on commission and are only there to help you shop and handle the sales paperwork. Another plus - All the cars are kept inside their large warehouse so you dont have to be outside in the elements while looking at the cars. And, no one follows you around trying to push a car on you.I bought a MB E400 convertible and am super happy. I tried for 4 days to get photos of a vehicle sent to us that we were very interested in. I could not get two different salesmen to send me a photo before we committed to drive from 5 hours away to see it. I’m not sure if this is a sales tactic or what but I’ve never encountered a dealership like this. I was actually told to “call a 3rd party that charges $300 to take photos and send them to you”. Obviously we took our business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 in December 2020. After arriving home, I noticed a stench coming from the air conditioner system. I thought a simple change of the cabin air filter would fix the problem. However, it did not. After doing a quick Google search I unfortunately learned that this vehicle is part of an extensive list of Mercedes Benz vehicles that have the same faulty air conditioner system that grows mold and mildew and it’s practically impossible to eradicate. I know that MB dealers and resellers of vehicles know this but won’t tell you, as you would never buy a MB on this list. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and check this list before purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from any seller. I gave this business one star because I believe there’s no way they could not have known about this Nationwide class action lawsuit against Mercedes Benz which has already settled. They did not disclose this to me before I purchased the vehicle which I believe is very unethical. Do NOT make the same mistake I made. Do your homework.

This dealership is by far the best dealership for used BMW and Mercedes. Their inventory does not last so decide quickly. I missed out on the best color combo Range Rover Sport but got another elsewhere for same price but 20k miles more. Their line also seems to have gone up in price but thats because they have way newer model cars. Makes you step your game up.

Because the car I was interested in is 10 years old, TCD don’t do complete check on the car. But they allowed my own auto critics to check out the car. Transaction was simple.

Highly recommended if youre looking to buy a used Mercedes. Without a doubt, they have the best selection of anyone in the Metroplex. The prices are not negotiable (a plus for me) and quite fair. They certainly beat any MB dealership in town and although you can probably find a slightly lower price point at a place like Echopark or Carvana if you really are a penny pincher, they have a selection of cars that is unmatched at those other places and that was worth it to me. My car also had a slight imperfection and they fixed it promptly so overall the process was great. If you have a trade-in, you should definitely negotiate. They initially tried to lowball me but the only thing I can say is ... know the value of your car and what you can or cannot get somewhere else. They are very reasonable to work with and we agreed on a fair price fairly quickly but its their job to try and make money so you shouldnt expect them to do your homework for you. I didnt finance so I cant comment on that. Overall, its been a pleasure and I highly recommend this place and I will certainly visit them again in a few years when Im ready for the next car. Now, if it turns out several months from now that they sold me a lemon, Ill make sure to come back and update this post but I have no reason to thinks thatsthe case and until then I have only positive things to say.

They keep their promises. This means a lot to me. Oh, I had everything in writing; but, contracts set the parameters for lawsuits, when someone breaches the terms of the contract. Finding a good car is one thing. Experiencing integrity in a business deal is awesome!I bought a beautiful MB S550 at a really nice price. Their no haggle price was fair and the trade in value on my car was more than fair. The S550 was in pristine condition inside and out. Prior to purchase, we found the sunroof switch needed to be replaced. MB took about 2 weeks to deliver the part and when it came in TCD replaced it for me very quickly while I waited.

I went online to find a car. The picture of the car I bought looked very nice. It was a Mercedes and expensive. When I went to look at it, I was excited and very nice. The lighting was bad because it was raining and cloudy. Also, the car was inside the garage and, foolishly, I didnt ask to test drive it and they didnt offer. The financing they offered was at a high interest rate, even though I have excellent credit. (After I returned it, Mercedes gave me an interest rate of 3 percent.) When I picked the car up the next day, I noticed it was filthy and asked if they would detail it. She responded that they could not do anything. I had looked at the floor mats only. When I got home in brighter lights, I saw the entire interior was a mess - on all the floor mats, seat belts, and the dashboard was badly scratched. I liked the car, so I took a floor mat and washed it by hand, then the washing machine. Even the seat belts were filthy and the convertible back window material was coming loose. I went back the next day and asked for the manager. He picked up the phone and tried to act busy to avoid me, as though he didnt want to talk to me. I didnt feel comfortable with them. I felt they acted weird towards me the manager he was racist even I am white European because I have Accent, Only one guy there he was very nice I cant remember his name he Make me coffee He was polite and another woman worked in accounting department i think she was very nice! But VERY BAD customer service !!!!Overall, I guess all the good reviews are fake.GABRIELLA.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. I went there to see a specific vehicle, a 2011 Odyssey EX minivan, which is a little out of their normal wheelhouse, but was priced really well. They pulled it out front and I was driving it in minutes, no sales pitch, no rigmarole. I called and Mike held it for me overnight, came back the next day, and took it to a mechanic for an inspection. They found the car in excellent condition with NO call-outs on their report; a 9 year old vehicle in near perfect condition, I couldnt believe it. Closing the deal took 20 minutes as Mike had everything ready before I arrived, and I was on my way home with a great value on our much needed family car. We had been searching for a particular Mercedes model for a while and found this dealer on the web. They were 200 miles away but had what we were looking for. We had a relative local to the dealer check things out and the report was positive. We drove up to Dallas and found the location easily. The dealer has a large warehouse full of late model high end cars, all appeared to be in like new condition.We found the car we were interested in and decided to buy. We were very pleased with Adam and Amy at the dealer and their cars are great. My wife likes her gently used, low mileage, 2019 Mercedes.

Easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had! The inventory of pre-owned, low-mileage vehicles (mostly Mercedes-Benz) offered us many options. We ended up buying a C 300 that had more upgrade features than we originally anticipated would be available at our price point.We worked with Ami, who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, but applied zero pressure to us. She is awesome! She got us everything we wanted, nothing we didn’t, valued/accepted our trade, and we were out the door in one hour!!! We will be back!

Actually this was the best buying experience Ive ever had. Our promise we were in-and-out with what we wanted at the price we wanted traded in our vehicle and got what we wanted as well. The whole haggle and stress free process had to have been maybe an hour an 1.5hr but if it was1.5hrs it felt like an hour. Things moved very well and efficiently and we were out of there with our new vehicle extremely fast. I definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle with them and will highly recommend them as well.

Adam was very helpful and honest. Since I am located in Austin, I had him send me pictures of the car and look it over before I made the 3 hour plus ride to Dallas. Ami, went above and beyond to help me locate the ideal car to replace my totaled C350. It was hard letting go of the memories but Ami assured me she would help and boy did she keep her word. As I prepared to take ownership of my E300, I was diagnosed with COVID, she walked me through the process of obtaining the car. Once I was released from the hospital, I called her on October 1, and she said no worries, we are going to help you by delivering the car and paperwork to sign. Now I was in quarantine but my car was delivered on October 2, 2020. Great experience from an exceptional person. Bravo Zulu!
