Drove to Cortland from Syracuse and had my current vehicle appraised in person. I was given an offer after it was inspected and test driven. I made plans to return the next day with the vehicle and title to purchase my new car. I completed the finance application and prepared my vehicle ready to bring down. I received a phone call the next morning advising me that the offer made on my current vehicle was revised and was $6k lower than what was appraised the night before in person. Completely unprofessional and certainly not the no haggle, straight forward business model explained the day before.

Great interaction.....until you buy the car and pull out of the lot. Then forget customer service. I have tried 3 times to get an issue resolved since I bought my car in April 2021 but no one returns my call. So as long as you dont have any issues with your car after you leave, then I do recommend them for their prices.

Arrived at the Syracuse location on a whim to checkout a used SUV. Kylie helped us out and was super helpful but we just didnt love what we drove. Excellent all around!Rolled in on Labor Day to drive a 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve and to have my vehicle (2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Custom Trail Boss) valued for trade-in. First, absolutely everyone was friendly and helpful. But, my salesperson, Katrina Hart, rocked it. Shes so easy to work and talk with - professional, yet it seems like youve known her forever. She explains things thoroughly and answers questions effortlessly. Zero pressure.So while I was test driving the MKX, they took my truck in for valuation. When I returned, the valuation was finished. They offered more than expected, way more than two other offers I received AND more than I actually paid for it 18 months ago. My loan on the truck was wiped clean. The MKX was priced very fairly, so no negotiation was needed. The vehicle was very clean - almost new looking. The financing was quick. DONE DEAL.Even though I hadnt planned to buy a vehicle that day, I did. The only reason I didnt drive off with it was because my insurance company was closed and we couldnt do a vehicle change so I could get an ID card.Now, heres the kicker. I live about 90 minutes away and it wouldve been a HUGE pain to drive back up to get it after getting the ID card. So, guess what they did? They brought the vehicle to me at my office the next day 90 minutes away. Katrina and Greg (floor mgr) dropped off the MKX and picked up my truck.Hows that for service? Not many places will take care of their customers that way anymore. I was rightly impressed.Go see Katrina Hart. You wont be disappointed.

Viewed a car online Saturday morning and emailed for them to contact me about its availability. The car I wanted was such a great price with great features that I didnt wait for a response and began my credit app. I got a call almost instantly on the credit app submission. They ran it with one bank and told me the rate. Brian also confirmed the car was available and suggested we make an appointment. I gave him a ballpark time of when we might arrive since wed need to drive 1.5 hours to get there.I asked him to try one more bank to give us something to compare.I told him we were very interested in the vehicle and would just need to test drive but otherwise were ready to buy today.Brian never called back with the 2nd bank quote but we were able to leave sooner than expected so i called and had to leave a message on Robins voicemail. Still no call by the time we arrived (about 1:30pm)We walked into an empty showroom - no customers in the parking lot either. One office was occupied with a customer.Brian came out to tell us the vehicle had JUST sold and he was sorry.Not sorry enough to call us. Also, he never ran my credit with the 2nd bank. He seemed confused on me having asked him to do that.I find it very odd that the only other customer they had was there for the exact same vehicle we wanted.We left and purchased from Candy Cars in Cicero, instead.Worst customer service ever at Echo Park Cortland!
