This is the 6th year and 3rd vehicle Ive bought with Darryl. I wont buy with anyone else. He is the only reason I dont drive down south to get a Lexus from another dealership. His attention to my personal needs is awesome. I would say Ive had about a 4 star experience from the dealership in the last 7 years other than dealing with Darryl whom I would consider a 5. I look forward to coming back to him when Lexus brings in its first generation of electric vehicles.

Came to Lexus of Palm Beach when I moved to Florida 7 years ago and decided it was too far to drive. Been just a few places for service jobs since but after this visit will be coming back regularly. The service manager I dealt with kept me informed of what they encountered and presented options to me promptly and got the work done immediately; his name is Brian Kobus. I would highly recommend him. Everyone I encountered at Lexus was very nice and knowledgeable, in fact, I thought I noticed a great overall improvement at the dealership and it was good originally. I look forward to my future visits.

Joe Chevres did an excellent job coordinating the work that needed to be done on our hybrid Lexus. He said the wait would be about 1 hour and he was correct. The building was not crowded and we found comfortable seating. When we checked in later, he led us out to the car and showed me the new key to the ignition. Joe is friendly, a good listener, and understands the unique qualities of the Lexus. He deserves 5 stars.Talk to Joe.

The crew at Palm Beach Lexus always performs at a very high professional standard, recently took my car in for a slight vibration at high speeds, my service advisor Bill took me in without an appointment. Al Morgan was very attentive and kept me informed on the status of my car, Rich had to do the closeout because Bill had to leave for the day. The establishment and customer service is top tier. The moment I stepped into the building, I was pleasantly greeted. There was little to no wait time, I was even offered beverages for my brief wait. My salesman Micheal was outstanding!! He wasn’t pushy, very attentive, and a great listener. His recommendation and my vision were one in the same. Their finance agent Alex was able to get me affordable monthly payments. And, I was in and out in 2 hours. I appreciate the fact that the entire establishment was clean, sanitized, and following COVID guidelines. I’m a happy customer that would return.

Great experience and delivered on time. One issue, a cover was left in the front seat area of my car which I did not see until arriving home. It is black plastic with a sound absorbing foam on one side, about 12 by 4. I have no idea where it from but if I could be advised I would be more than glad to try to reinstall it

He answered All my messages had All the required work done properly and did some other minor things for me as a courtesy and got me completed and out of the dealership Fast without a wait. ALSO when driving home from the dealership I heard a new creaking coming from under the right front dash as a result of the techs. checking somewhere under the dash. Respectfully the sales associate I dealt with did what they needed to do to sell me an over priced vehicle. Got the car with stains on the seat and they claimed to spray it or remove the stains. Car seat look like trash 🗑. Am I happy with the purchase absolutely not. Would I use this dealership again, that’s a no. Stop selling used cars y’all don’t fully check out before letting the customer leave. Stating it’s a 2020 vehicle doesn’t mean anything. Stop seller other dealers cars if you only specialize in Lexus.

I scheduled a service appointment for 7 am. I decided to leave my car. The car required the 55,000 mile service and I requested it to be detailed. I informed the agent that I had a service discount coupon on my phone. He said he didn’t need it because it would apply automatically, it never did before, but I thought maybe they updated their systems. I was called at 1:45 pm and informed that my car was ready. Fifteen minutes short of 7 hours for a routine service and detail. They didn’t have to change the oil, rotate tires (done somewhere else), change wiper blades, or anything else major. So why did it take seven hours? Not even a courtesy call/text that the service is taking longer than expected. Then when I get to the dealership, the agent didn’t take the service discount off. Then I get my car and leave, saying never again! I get to a traffic light, I lift the side of the floor carpet and it was never vacuumed! But I paid for and was charged for it. I immediately called the representative - didn’t get an answer. I turned around and went back to the dealership. I showed the check in agent the debris in the car. I paid $169.99 for a half done job. As long as they had the car it should have been spotless! Never again!!!

I have bought many vehicles. However this time, we were in and out. Ralph is the best. Easy to talk too. Mark in finance very personable and practical.And the GM Jason went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. But like I said before Ralph.. was our first point of contact and he was with us from start to end. I have three Lexus vehicles and I finally got my picture with the big red bow. Pleasant surprise and it put a big smile on my face. Healthcare is my field. For the couple of hours I was at the dealership I was not thinking about work etc. I left very happy!!

Very professional, patient and always answers any questions that I have. He spends as much time as you need to go over the entire vehicle with you which I appreciate very much. Bought tires (4) 3 yrs ago, very very low mileage !!! Had a BLOW OUT !!! I could stick 2 fingers in the hole nothing was done to replace due to warranty was for 2 yrs.??? They were not WARN DOWN it was a blowout on one tire !!! They expected me to pay for another tire full price ??? Everywhere else the qurantee of a tire is considered according to mileage !!! 2YEARS !!!!! NOT WARN DOWN !!! NO COMPENSATION!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH LEXUS DEALERSHIP !!! and I wanted other work done. Of which one is getting my car repainted since the PAINT STARTED PEELING OFF ??? pictures were taken ??? For some reason, the left front tire on my RX450 was losing air pressure although no damage to the tire could be found. I was many miles away from my home dealership but desperately needed service. I pulled into Lexus of Palm Beachs service department on a Monday morning and although I did not have an appointment and did not purchase the vehicle there, I was treated like royalty by the service advisor Richard Bennis. Tim Piggee was our contact for service and warranty work and the process was perfect. Tim met us promptly at our appointment time, listened to our issues, had a loner car waiting, and we were back out the door in 15 minutes. He called to let us know what work was needed, that it was covered by warranty and gave us a target for when the vehicle would be done. Turns out the car was done sooner than expected. The place looks like a resort! Its so big, with nice ammenities for their waiting customers. What else would you expect in Palm Beach County, though. Id come off of a road trip and needed immediate attention, as something underneath my car was dragging the ground. They were diligent about getting me scheduled right away, and although my final bill stung a little, they repaired (versus replacing) a part, which would have been even more costly. So, I was appreciative of that! They also gave me that professional auto detail with a showroom shine. You pay for it, but you indeed get what you pay for - ultimate quality! I inspected. They got every crack and crevice, and every nook and cranny. That was a couple weeks ago. My car STILL looks great!The representative who took care of me was pleasant to work with, and very conscious of keeping me informed about the status of my repair, since they had to keep it overnight.Last, he knew what I was in need of and provided it without me having to ask - a loaner. I appreciated all of that good customer service, which seems to be a thing of the past.

The service representative I work with gives me detailed information about what is necessary, and what can maybe wait a bit. I love my Lexus, which I bought used, listed with Autonation, Palm Beach, and the sales rep was also fantastic. I had two other family members who got their cars from Lexus Palm Beach... and their experience was so good O felt automatically I could trust this dealership.I have now owned this Lexus for 3 years, and I wont take it anywhere else for service! They use OE parts, and let me know in advance the pricing. They contact me right away if they find something I should deal with... and so many of us are budget conscious... my service rep lets me know what is immediate and important. I know a lot of us [ me included] have had dome negative experiences with dealerships and service... but Lexus Palm Beach stands out as a dependable and great dealership & service center. My family and I had an absolutely amazing experience here! My mom and I were looking for new cars at the same time so we came here to look at a UX and ES Hybrid models. The salesman at the time, Peter, answered all of our questions with the utmost patience and professionalism. We did two test drives, two financing conversations, basically two of everything and he spent all the time needed to cover everything. We didnt end of buying anything that day but my mom was so impressed that when she was ready a few weeks later she wanted to go back so we went back and even though I went with another car she still had top notch service from Gerard, he was so welcoming and really connected with us as customers without oozing shady salesman vibes. We went on a test drive and he covered everything spectacularly and even though we knew a lot of the features from our previous visit he still took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we saw every inch of the car. The finance end of the deal was pretty painless, we got a great value for our trade-in and my mom was very happy with the final number.The only two downsides I can think of is their coffee machine/options were very disappointing and the very first time we went it was actually very difficult to get a salesman. I had to speak with a sales manager who got a rep for us to speak with.

Do not take your Lexus here for service. I brought in my Lexus for a simple oil change at 1pm ahead of a 1:30pm appointment. I got the car back at 4pm! It took them 2.5-3 hours for a simple oil change that they charge Lexus prices? Ive had a regular maintenance service done in half of the time by other Lexus dealers in Winter Park and Orlando. Save your time (and money) getting it changed elsewhere.

Purchase was super fast, Daryl Lewis our salesman was excellent he exceeded my expectations. We got there he had it picked out for us to see it and test drive it, we loved the car . Paper work was fast and the dealership worked with us in getting the payment $$$ that we were wanting . The manager came to greet us, very good customer service and Derek in the financial department was very helpful with all the paperwork. After the purchase, Daryl explained every detail on the vehicle he even paired our phones . We are very pleased with how quickly we were able to drive off with this beautiful car . I am very pleased with the professional service that I received at Lexus West Palm Beach. The Service Manager (William Power) and his team were very professional. When we arrived, the intake person was very courteous and gave precise instructions on leaving the vehicle for service. Within minutes after entering the waiting area, the Service Manager greeted us and walked us back to our vehicle. Before explaining any recommended service, he asked if we had any concerns or if we were having any specific problems with the vehicle. Also, before any work commenced, he printed and explained available service options and provided detailed pricing for each--this is very noteworthy. He gave an estimated time for the service, provided there were no delays. They serviced, cleaned, and sanitized my vehicle, and we were out within the estimated time frame. More importantly, my vehicle received great maintenance, for which my husband and I are well-pleased. I would highly recommend Lexus of Palm Beach for your servicing needs. Thank you.

Ive always been a Lexus fan. (My last four vehicles have been from Lexus of Palm Beach. ) But never more so than last Friday when my battery died in 95 degree weather. I called roadside assistance and Dave arrived not 30 minutes later. He replaced my battery in record time. His expertise, speed, and courtesy got me going and on my way home from what could have been an exasperating roadside experience. Kudos to Lexus and their superior technicians.

I needed an intense inspection of my charging system an appointment was set with Lisa very charming and yes informed. It took 3 hours with a car wash. It all came out excellent. Just about everything I have experienced at this dealership has been top notch. At first we dealt with the sales department but ended up deciding to buy our new car elsewhere, due to the specific model we ended up buying. But since then I have had multiple experiences with the parts and service department, and as I said earlier, everyone who we dealt with was attentive, helpful, and in the end did what they needed to make our experience top notch.

I have had nothing but great service here over the years going back to 1999. However this last weekend i brought my LC 500 (I currently own 3 Lexus vehicles), and was quoted a price of 800.00 just for labor to fix a problem with my drivers side mirror, having replaced a SC motor myself 3 years ago in my driveway i declined. I proceeded to bring the car back home and look at it myself, one of the wires was broken from the door harness and i repaired it properly (solder and shrink tubing) and it works greatIt lately took me 15 minutes to diagnose and repairYou can draw your own conclusions

Didn’t want to make any decisions related to supporting the customer I had to go see another service advisor about a free gas fillip that I was promised and then was not present when the car was finished. On Tuesday I came into the dealership with a low tire. It was determined there was a nail in the tire. Apparently I have run flat tires and no spare. I am certain I was not made aware of this when I first leased the car in October 2020. Imagine my surprise when the valet. come in to the customer lounge and asks me to sign the papers for the 10,000 mile service. Clearly the service attendant did not listen to me when I arrived. I was told it would be at least 90 minutes to fix the flat. There was no water in the customer lounge and there were no USB ports for people who had to charge their phone like myself. The service person who was taking care of my car finally came over to me and told me because my tires are run flats they cannot be repaired and I needed a new tire - $ 350. I asked him to look up my after market warranty I purchase through your dealership which your fiancé manager sold me and I was told it didnt cover tires. Imagine my surprise since that is what I thought it covered. The communication between the sales/lease department and the service department is clearly disjointed.

From the first phone call to the last call, months after my purchase, he was very extremely helpful...getting me all the answers I needed. Very responsive. The deal I got from this dealership was amazing as well, great service overall from finance to out the door. I flew there specifically to purchase from this dealer and drove it many states back home. Had to take my car twice for them to fix the problem. When my husband tried to tell them the 1st time that, it wasnt the tires. He was told an expert mechanic checked everything else and it was the tires. Car came back same issue, had to towed it back to lexus. Very disappointed, nothing was offered to us as far alternative. We had to asked, if we can get a loner car because they kept it another 5days. No costumer service at all, I will have to drive all the way to Pembroke pines next time. First experience and not a good one. 😕

My experience buying my car outweighed the service. I went for my routine 10,000 mile service. Had an appointment at 1030. I guess the service advisor I had an appointment with was super busy so she passed me off to another advisor. No one came to talk to me at all, I came outside at about 1145 to make sure that my car was even being worked on. They brought me to the next advisor who should be assisting me. No one asked if anything was going on beyond routine maintenance. Everyone just kind of looked at each other like oh the other person didn’t talk to you? Never the less, I left about 2.5 hours after I arrived, just to get in my car and it still say maintenance required.I grabbed an advisor outside to help me reset the code. Not super impressed.
