Absolutely wonderful experience. My sales rep and I agreed on a final walk out the door price on the phone. After an 1.5 hour drive to dealership, they had all the paperwork ready. Took the car for a long test drive.. no pressure. Signed and was out the door in less than an hour. You guys were fast efficient and straight to the point.

It’s always an excellent experience when I bring the A7 in for service. It’s a very nice facility and all the staff are extremely courteous and cordial.My service advisor Chris Mattia is a real pro. He shares the process, time line and takes the time to respond to all of my questions. When the service is complete Chris is very thorough in explaining everything that was done.A new feature is the video sent from the service tech while actually working on your vehicle explaining what he is seeing and doing.I’m glad I chose Audi Fort Myers for purchase and service.

I shopped a few different Audi and BMW dealerships before deciding to buy here. By far they were the most knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not waste a lot of my time unnecessarily. They were able to locate the exact car I needed and I received a fair price after some brief and friendly conversations. Pick up and review of the vehicle, specifically the technology review at my house reaffirmed that I made the right decision to buy here. I hope the service is equally as good and reasonable when that time comes.

Without doubt the Fort Myers Audi dealer goes above and beyond to make it easy to service a vehicle. 5 stars for certain on that front. $600 for an oil change service is a tad much. To be fair it’s called the 30,000 mile service but effectively that’s what it is. The car is great and I’d buy one again. Just offering a little perspective.

So far so good. The salesman Trevor was knowledgeable and helpful. Getting to the deal was the typical new car buying haggling nonsense. In the end I felt the deal was fair and close to what I expected to pay for a 2021 Q5. The waiting around for paperwork was minimal and appreciated. The extra add-on coverage sales pitch was annoying but, effective as we did purchase a prepaid maintenance package. I look forward to maintaining the car with Audi of Fort Myers. I brought my 2009 Audi a4 in for service on my air conditioner which was not working. I had just replaced all of the mechanical parts- compressor, dryer,high pressure valve,dryer and evacuated and charged. It still would not blow cold air. I took it to Audi to have the ac diagnosed. They charged me a $275.00 fee. They then told me that I had put in a aftermarket high pressure switch that their computer could not read and they wanted me to have them put in a Audi high pressure switch for $650.00. I asked if that would solve the problem and they said they didn’t know but unless I did they couldn’t diagnose the problem because it wouldn’t read. I payed the $275.00 diagnostic fee and purchased the Audi high pressure switch for$190.00 and installed it myself. The AC still would not come on. When I was at the dealership I asked a lot of questions and explained that even the fans would not come on but they really didn’t listen. The next day I took it to Tire Choice in Estero and told them what Audi told me and what I had just installed. They told me immediately that I had no power going to the compressor or fan and they checked the fuses. There was a 5 amp fuse that was blown that tells the computer to turn on the ac compressor. Audi experts didn’t even check the fuses after I told them nothing would come on. I got scammed for $275 and $200. I have no recourse because they are a dealership but I feel that they sure could have done a lot better job. I will never go back or recommend them. Edward

My wife had a problem starting her 2018 A3. She called the dealer service and they walker her through starting when the fob battery is low. She then drove by the dealership to thank them, and the service representative changed the fob battery. Great service and great people at a super Audi dealership.

Was on a road trip from Colorado to Florida. Popped a tire in Missouri and there wasn’t an Audi dealer within 500 miles that had my tires in stock so I had a quick fix done to get me to Florida.Spoke to the Service Department the day before I was getting into town and verified that they had my tire in stock…made an appointment for the coming Saturday.Received a phone call on Friday at noon saying that the tire machine would be down on Saturday all day and asked if I could come in. Realized I was just a couple minutes from the dealership and just went right over.Got me right in. Also pointed out that another tire had serious sidewall damage from the trip down and needed to be replaced.I had the wheel and tire package from when I purchased. They handled all contact and confirmed coverage.I think I wound up being there for a total of an hour and fifteen minutes for them to finish both tires.Great service and would definitely recommend.

I have been in the market for an Audi TTRS or RS3. I found one online and emailed them. Austin got back to me almost immediately to discuss the car. I live about two hour away so I planned to go view the car the next day. Austin informed me he had a scheduled day off but would be happy to come in and show me the car. So we set an appointment and when I arrived they had the car pulled out of the showroom ready for me to test drive. After a short drive we went back to the dealer, negotiated a price, sat down with the finance department and an hour and a half later I was driving home with my new TT RS. Thanks to Austin for coming in on his day off the Friday of fourth of July weekend and thanks to Audi for building a great car.

I did their EZ Purchase off the website. After getting the offer emailed to me I talked to a sales rep and he explained that they are not affiliated with Kelly Blue Book for the value that this is just a bench mark and that this is usually not the value given. (this is before they saw the car and where discounting the offer) They offered $4700 less than the website offer. I feel like this is a bait and switch, they have no intentions no matter the vehicle to honor what they sell off of their website.

Could not have had a better experience at Audi Fort Myers! Staff is beyond expectational, no one is pushy, they will give you their devoted time and get you exactly what you want. I love my Audi and the Audi company.

Buying from Audi fort Myers was a pleasant experience, My salesman Tim was pleasant and well informed. I was not turned over to different people trying the make the sale. Car buying is usually a very stressful purchase but it was just the opposite here. It will be my first stop for my next car purchase.

Purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5 from this dealership, Armando was my sales person. Just like every other dealership they make all these promises at the time of the sale. After the sale I left multiple messages for my sales person and for James Frost, the finance person. Calls were not returned. They also told me that they were going to wholesale my trade (2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited) and then I look at their website and there it is for sale on their lot. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything and I suggest you dont either. I would go to a different dealership when you consider the amount of money that I spent, the customer service that was provided after the sale and the lies by their staff.

Misleading Advertised Prices. This dealer uses “Service Fees” of $800 and “non service” fees of $450 to hide non negotiable price mark up. Plan on adding $1250 on top of advertised used car prices.

2 years ago when we purchased this vehicle my review was still at 5 stars. However now that we have owned this for 2 years I have to reconsider and correct it to a one star rating. Within the 2 years of servicing it at this location we are beyond disappointed. Within 2 years we did have to replace the timing chain on our own expenses at 69000 miles only (cost a fortune) but not enough with that. The glue holding the roof fabric came loose (cost to repair US$2,000.) The fuel door wouldnt open (cost to repair US$600.00 just for the part labor not included) Light went out once but came back by itsself luckily did not have to repair this so far but now with six years of age only the paint is peeling off at the roof. This car is a 2013 Q5. The worst part is that nobody is really there to help you and make suggestions or find solutions. Just open up your wallet and pay the bills. That is all you need to do. I dont expect anything for free but I do expect customer service and building a trust. This is definately not the case here. I also own an Audi overseas but they are more interested in building a relationship with you. It is sad and I was seeking help and support here also contacted our sales person there asking for help. He reads the emails I can see that but never responds as if we are invisible. It only needed to drop that low significantly.

Excellent Customer Service, had 40K service, received a loaner vehicle, and the work was completed earlier then they indicated. They keep you advised thru the process. This is now my go to place for servicing me Audi. Just moved to FL from NJ and very happy with Audi Fort Myers.
