Had two tires mounted and balanced a couple weeks ago & just realized they put one of the two on backwards. Additionally, the tech jacked our suv up using our side steps and not under the frame and told us that’s how he was trained.

Hello Manager Jeff, Id give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a plug. Jeff saw a guy in a wheelchair and not a knowledgeable human about the mechanics of plugging a hole. Simple stuff. Take the tire off the rim, youll see the hole. Make it an even circle and add plug. Remount and balance. Nope. Jeff explained fix a flat makes the tire unsalvageable and that I would have to purchase a new tire. Then tells me a price that was half the price of all four tires mounted and balanced. He saw money when he saw a chair. Dismissed what I just wrote as if I couldnt know what a tire even looked like. Please, when a person is in need of a quick fix dont try to rake them over the coals. Ill be sure to send this to corporate like Ive done before. my advice to the folks who arent familiar with cars is dont go here. Hes not an honest human

The tire warehouse guys are great. Gave me an awesome deal, discounted my alignment and tire disposal. After a month or so my new tires were wearing unevenly and chopping. I brought it back and they gave me a free alignment and offered a discount on new tires if the problem persists. Now a few months later, my tires are worn to the belt, and right now they are putting new tires on and giving me a new alignment. They are doing everything they can to fix the problems. Great service and they usually get me in immediately.

Today was labor day and not a lot of places were open. We were so grateful that this place was open (and thankfully their Concord location was close!) after getting a nail in our tire. The staff was friendly, fast, and kind. We had two kids with us and a long trip ahead of us and their service was exceptional. I highly recommend!

Bought tires from a online tire place. I needed them mounted on to my truck. I call the Fisherville store and the gentleman told me because they were over sized tires they couldn’t be done because of the sensors for the abs and the don’t do oversize tires. So I called up the same company but different location on Manchester st in Concord NH and the gentleman Craig told me that as Long as it’s the same size rims and tires shouldn’t be a problem . The size of my tires are 35x12.5 20R. I was there a hour and half and they had no problem putting them on. Good guys up on Manchester st tire warehouse!

The gentleman helping me at the counter really knew his stuff. He was very polite and informative. I went for 2 tires and ended up with all 4 plus a 2 yr warranty which came with an alignment. The warranty was cheaper than an alignment alone. I was a female alone in there and he didnt try to take advantage of that & try to sell me what I didnt need.

I made an appointment online on July 10 and was called to confirm the appointment almost immediately after making it. I had a question about dropping my car off and the length of time I was able to leave it there while I ran an errand. I was told that I could bring my car in at that exact moment I was on the phone and that I did not need to wait until my appointment later in the afternoon as they had availability to put tires on my car and get an alignment right then and there. I was able to drop my car off and within a couple of hours it was done. The service was exceptional and they answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of like some places like to do. I will be a repeat customer in new future.

Place is a joke, if you don’t mind waiting for an hour or two for service by some hillbilly kid who spits all over the ground you’re in luck. Over $70 to patch a tire. Hire a new manager who knows what they’re doing allready.. no wonder this place is going out of business.

Only drawback was initial tires desired were not in stock, and needing tires quickly had to opt for more expensive set than wanted. Other than that, service was quick, efficient, friendly, and exactly as I expected having bought tires here several times in the past.

This Tire Warehouse in Fisherville is top notch. Store Manager made sure I was attended to immediately and gave me great options for tires. I felt satisfied after his explanation that I got the best value for my hard earned cash. Hopefully everyone goes here and gets the same quality service as I did. This made a tough experience with 2 flat tires about as easy as it gets. They even had a plan to help me pay for it. Wow.. Great deal on an alignment to make sure I dont wear out my new tires right away. Awesome service. Fantastic staff and speedy. Only place Ill go.. Thanks again Fisherville Tire Warehouse. I had a nail in my tire I called another place and they wouldnt even try to fit me in . When I called tire warehouse they were very nice and helpful and told me when I was able to get it to them they would check it and plug it if it could be plugged. It was good to plug and I was on the road again within 40 min.👍

Simple mount and balance of 2 front tires and they try to rotate the old tires to the front and put the new on back of my front wheel drive car.. Front brakes and tires are 80% of your stopping power.. They are willing to make your car unsafe to sell tires you dont need.. Employees are rude and treat your car like a nascar pit crew...

Came in for a mount & balance of tires that I provided. After arguing the tire size was too big for vehicle with the sales rep, he finally pulled out a calculator and confirmed they were fine. (it was 1% difference from factory size).Then I was quoted over $220 for mount / balance / disposal. I laughed and that was that. Got the same tires put on 15 minutes later at TIRE WAREHOUSE --MANCHESTER ST for $90.Insane

Got in and out very quickly considering this busy time of year.I like the fact that I could watch the vehicle on the lift as they worked on it.Lug nuts were put back on with a torch wrench and checked again when they pulled it out front. They told me to bring it back for another check after driving it 25+ miles or 24 hours. Torch wrench used every time.Customer service was top of the line. They want happy customers and they got one here. Jeff was running the show and he is a very active, detail oriented manager. Enjoyed the way he handled the operation, very professional.

Im torn on this location. Been there 4 times now. One of the managers is super helpful and patient. The other manager always has an aura of stress and impatience about him. Rest of staff is nice. Pricing is competitive.

I was on my way to Maine when I blew a tire out. Drove to a competitor and was told it would take three hours. Then drove to tire warehouse and they had me in and out in an hour. Very friendly, fair pricing and quick service.

Pretty disappointed with the amount if effort put in by the staff member to find the tires for my truck. They said they didnt know when theyd be available. I called Town faire, they ordered them and installed them for me. Tire Warehouse used to be my go to for tires. Not any more.

Tire Warehouse on Fisherville Road is very convenient! The employees are nice and helpful. Since its close to home, we drop off the car and within a couple of hours, its ready to pick up. Its our go-to stop for tires!

These guys are great! I was driving up rt93 and a tire blew out on my boat trailer. I had to replace it on the highway. They were the only one in town with a big enough variety to have what I needed and were able to replace the single blow out. After my roadside fix i returned and they replaced the three others in less than 30 minutes I was headed up north. Awesome.

Was scheduled last Monday for 1pm, booked it two weeks in advance. Showed up and they couldn’t do it, so I scheduled another one. Mind you the man was extremely rude even tho I was inconvenienced. Show up to my next appointment with them. Ask the man to please not use latex gloves as I am highly allergic and will go into anaphylactic shock, the man proceeded to tell me because of my allergy I should take my business somewhere else. I’m sorry but that not how you accommodate customers especially since Laconia tire warehouse has no problem using didn’t gloves and not putting their customer life at risk. Highly don’t recommend this place unless you want horrible customer service!!!

I had to unexpectedly replace all 4 tires on my vehicle this week. The manager Geoff went above and beyond to take care of me. The store was very busy however I was not rushed or pushed into buying anything I wasnt comfortable with. He price matched tires I found elsewhere, which is their standard business practice, without any hassle to me. I wasnt thrilled about the unexpected expense but I was more than satisfied with the care and service I received.

They were very professional and gave great information. I told them what I needed and they did not try to talk me into something more expensive so they could make a bigger sale! My only place for tires and great service👍

Great group of guys here! While I was waiting/having atv tires switched rims, two employees went above and beyond to help an older guy out that got a nail in his tire. While fixing they listened to his story about when he was younger he would do this and take care of his stuff but now that he got older he can’t really do as much. To take the time and listen and be very friendly, it really shows you not only care about the businesses but the people you serve. Thank you for the help and being the people you are.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Ive been going here for years and have always had a great experience. And theyre open on Sundays in case youre like me and get a flat at the worst times.

Sudden problem quick solution.

I tried to get tires there on 2 different occasions this week. They never asked me what size tire I needed before my appointment so when I showed, the guy said he didnt have 4 of the same tires in stock in my size. Then he tells me to come back the next day so he could get some in first. Youd think at that point if you had to order tires, you ask the customer what kind they wanted, but not them! I showed-up this morning to drop my car off to have the tires put on and the guy asks if I wanted All-Season or Snow tires......why ask me now??? I thought when I told you I needed 4 new tires because mine have been terrible in the snow that youd have the proper tires to put on my car. Instead, he tells me I have some All-Season tires in-stock I can put on your car but they arent great on snow or wet conditions. He tells me he can order some and get them in this afternoon or tonight and I said Ill just go elsewhere.Tire Warehouse.......what a joke! 1 - they dont ask you what you want, they tell you what they have, and not ahead of time. 2 - why do you answer the phone and say May I ask whos calling? Not one time did the guy use my name back on the phone or in-person for that matter, so dont say its to make the call personal, because you didnt. In my opinion, its uncomfortable because maybe Im just calling to get information and dont want you to know who I am.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Bret (I think, or Brad -nicknamed Toby) when my tire became flat unexpectedly. Luckily I was within 5 miles of this exact tire warehouse because if it werent for Toby and Jeff I wouldve been out hundreds of dollars.They immediately had me pull into the bay, asked what the problem was and before I could finish explaining my problem my tire was off and being inspected. They took my tire and replaced the valve stem and while doing so they noticed a couple stripped bolts. They ensured the re-installation of my tire was safe (I could tell they legitimately cared about our safety) and that the bolts were secure.Jeff and Toby really helped me out and I couldnt thank them more!!! Saved our vacation :)

I ask for a quick quote, the guy then trudges out to my car to check my tires I was supplying myself, tries to upsell me tires to replace the brand new tires I brought in myself and then after asking twice quotes me a price a nascar pit crew would charge. Hopped in the car and got the same job done at a dealerhsip for a fraction of the price.

The workers were high as a kite. Not on marijuana either. The inside of the building smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we (my kids, newborn & I) had to sit outside in 13 degree weather just so we could breath. The guy behind the desk was as rude as possible. We asked for an alignment. His reply, after rolling his eyes, was “Are you leaving it here ALL DAY?” An alignment takes 30 minutes max.Plus we were there to get the tires and alignment under warranty because the other Tire warehouse gave us a “toe & go” instead of an actual alignment! So our tires are SHOWING THREAD after 4 months!!!!Needless to say we had to go to a different tire warehouse. The tire warehouse on Manchester St.! The employees and service we got at the tire warehouse were amazing! If it weren’t for them, we’d have never went to a tire warehouse ever again.

I ordered a set of snow tires in November that I had to come in and ask about 4 times over the course of 3 months and repeatedly got the same answer from the same manager of “they should be on the next truck, we’ll call you”. Surprise they never called so I just gave up. Fast forward 6 months and I come to get a set of summer tires mounted (got them myself this time) only to find out that they crossthreaded probably 4 lugs around my car, something that I had to leave and go to a mechanic to get fixed. Another 250 dollar cost that I did not need after buying tires. I don’t understand why anyone would go here, the staff is clearly untrained and do not care about your vehicle at all.

Had tires replaced on both vehicles for an affordable price.

I was sold on 4 tires with a 50,000 mile warranty and they failed inspection after 19,000. When I talked to Tire Warehouse about getting them replaced under the warranty, they werent able to reach the manufacturer so they could get a kickback from them for replacing my crappy tires. Because Tire Warehouse wasnt willing to honor the warranty I was sold, the solution I was offered was buy a new set of 4 new tires or wait DAYS for them to contact the manufacturer so that they could get their kick back. Tire Warehouse clearly does not care about their customer. Because I needed tires TODAY, I was forced to buy 4 new tires that should have been covered. Would be willing to change my review if problem is resolved.

A no hassle experience. We scheduled our appointment online, received great service, wasnt pressured to buy this or that, and the change took 10 minutes.

Had a tire with a slow leak that I brought in to have plugged. Turned out to be a loose valve stem. Was on my way in 15 minutes. Thanks guys.

Went to have my studded snows put on. They told me all four were damaged and quoted me for new snow tires. Seemed unlikely as they were one season old. Went somewhere else and was told the tires were in good condition. No need to buy new ones. Never again.

I came in at 9 am and they said they had 3 cars ahead of me so waiting time is about 1.5 hour. Okay, fine. I came in at 11.10 am to check on the status and they still didnt get to it as they still have 3 cars ahead of me. I asked them how come there were still 3 cars ahead of me and he said he was working on the appoinemtns. Im like but your shop doesnt do appointments, we called and asked on the phone if we can make and appointment and your staff always says no. APPARENTLY, they make appointments online and they dont tell about ove the phone and they dont tell about to people who come and wait based on first come first serve. I call it a disrespect to my time and dishonesty!

Service, tire rotation, waiting time was good until my tires worn out I had Michelin tires rated at 55000miles. I only made 27000 miles with these tires. TireWarehouse does not stand behind their warranty. Theyll do everything to avoid or find a reason not to honor the warranty. Also, now they were selling the same Michelin tires for 500$ more than Bjs club. After so many time wasted they decided to match the price from Bjs .They said that they are not making any money this way.I was told that the tires would come in Monday and someone would call me and have my tires installed.NOBODY called so I called them at12pm and I was told the tires are in.When I said Im heading in to have them installed I was told they dont have time. So I got mad and never went back.I already made 4 trips there .According to the contract and warranty they should have given 2/5th credit off the price toward new tires.

Never answer the phones. Every time i go there ill have 3 people give me 3 different prices for the same thing.

They never have tires in stock for my car. Last time it took forever to get them in. Then I sat there for 4-5 hours waiting to get them installed.
