Concord Honda treated me wonderfully. I asked them to help me do the things I wasnt able to take on myself to keep the car up to date on maintenance. My advisor helped make sure the car was given the appropriate servicing and pointed me to simple repairs I could do in my driveway to save myself some money. I had an appointment and was waited on promptly. My car is new and this visit was for routine maintenance. I was told what would be done and approximately how long it would take. I received a call when my car was ready and the items checked were explained to me. I purchased a Maintenance Plan when I purchased the car so there was no charge to me.I like Concord Honda and will continue to have my car serviced there.
My advisor, Kendrick, was very professional and the service department was super helpful by accommodating me with a same day appointment to program my second car key. Made an appointment online for 8 am and they checked me in right away. Sandra helped me, she was very reassuring that she wouldn’t recommend anything that I don’t need and explained everything in detail and told me that my car would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half and it was done by 9:47! Kenji was very friendly, patient, and professional. I had driven over some rocks on a recent road trip, which resulted in odd rattling noises when the vehicle was moving at low speeds. He was attentive to my concerns, and upon investigating the issue with a diagnostic, he greatly reduced the cost to a brake inspection, since a rock was found near a front brake. I will definitely be returning to Concord Honda to service my vehicle in the future.

Chris was able to take care of us. He was great and efficient. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I will however say waiting until someone was able to see us was quite a bit of a pain. It took almost 30 minutes of waiting. I was a drop in, however when I called 10 minutes before, the lady on the phone said “come on in, we have plenty of slots available. No need for an appointment” . I wonder if she was mad at the service people because she definitely was lying.

Chris was amazing! He was extremely thorough with asking the correct clarifying questions and ensuring that I knew what the next steps entail. Most companies don’t recognize good genuine human beings when they have them as employees, I know this because I have been working for the past 6 years looking for my dream career, with a company who would actually appreciate me for who I am and now I have finally found it! I don’t think it should be this difficult to find a good respectable company. My 2019 Accord’s chrome front grille is bubbing up without any crash or damage. It’s totally a warranty problem because it’s only 8500 miles drives at that time. After a detailed check, the manager still said it might be overheated by the sun and I need to pay 300$ to change it. I said what????? Who put their car in the garage all the time? Then, he put me off and “pretend” to take few photos of my car. After all, he said he would sent the email to confirm with Honda whether this is a warranty problem. It has been a month and I haven’t receive any update information from concord Honda. Very disappointing. Never come again.

Its really hit and miss with Concord Honda as of late. But Im going to give them an E for effort given the pandemic. Jessica my advisor was great! Especially when we had a little snafu on something that shouldnt of been done due to safety concerns but notated on the paperwork after completion. I appreciate the steps taken to credit my acct for my next visit.

My transmission warning codes came on at 65K (5K beyond warrantee). I needed a new torque converter. Concord Honda got the factory to kick in 60% of the repairs, which I greatly appreciated.

OK, so we needed a minivan, our trusty CR-V was getting way too old and reaching 140k miles.So we went around and got the most straightforward and no hassle deal from Concord Honda than other 2 dealer locations we went to.And the pricing was also reasonable for E-XL model, with various other items we wanted for a lowest price out of the three.

Brought my 2016 Honda Odyssey for standard servicing (B1 minder). Cannot say I am satisfied and will not recommend Honda of Concord after this last servicing.I regularly bring my Hondas into this dealership for servicing, brakes, and tires. This time through I had 2 incidents. One was minor, requested in addition to the servicing that a wiper be replaced only to find it had not been. I was not charged and was asked to purchase the wiper from the parts store; it was installed without cost.The second issue was more bothersome; after servicing, the vehicles check engine light illuminated as I was arriving home (Friday afternoon). On Monday I contacted the service department, explained the issue and was scheduled for an appointment. Took time off work on Tuesday to return the vehicle and was informed by the onsite service person that for a $198 fee a diagnostic could be run, should there be no issues discovered the fee would be refunded. I explained to the support person, who had the vehicles service records at his finger tips, that the light appeared immediately after Hondas servicing on Friday, it didnt matter.No thank you. Ill take my business to a local mechanic.
Communication such as text messaging updates, electronic documentation, Jessica - Service advisor, and Rohan - shuttle driver were all awesome. I wasn’t too pleased with the phone receptionist when I called for the first time to make an appointment. She needs to do better in treating first time customers, telling me right off the bat that I should’ve selected a service advisor before making an appointment. She said this even when I said it doesn’t matter who. A terrible person. Not very helpful. The reason I am giving it three stars.
My service provider Felipe Maramba was very well in speaking with me about what was going on with my car and how everything was going down! I had a new battery put in. I had a new passenger side door speaker, I had a A/C recall with new components put in and also a fuel pump recall finally done. He was very informative and very professional.
It took 3 hours to complete an oil change. The advisor did not want to do a price match to a nearby dealership. I had to check in to see if the car was ready after 2.5 hours. She knew I was waiting in the customer waiting area and couldnt bother to come over when it was complete. I received a quote for nearly $6k in critical maintenance work and when I got a second opinion, much of that either was not necessary or could be done at a much lower cost. I will not be returning to this dealership for service nor will I return when Im ready to purchase again. Its unfortunate because I only chose this dealership because its where I bought the vehicle.

Very friend service! Only person that didn’t seem like she wanted to be there was the financial assistant? She didn’t really introduce herself but that’s what she was taking care of on behalf of the financial manager. They were messing up in the paper work but I understand we’re only human. We had to wait a long time to get our car because they were low staff on cleaning.

Its was my first time doing business with them and most likely my last! If I only knew, I should have brought it to other city! I dropped my car last Friday(aug 13) and got a call from them the next day saying that I’m having a problem with the electric brake switch. I was told that they ordered the parts and it should come in on Tuesday. My plan was to pick my car up and drop it of once the parts come but they said it’s not advisable to drive it. I waited till Tuesday and told me the parts didn’t come and they were expecting it to come in on Wednesday. I got a call that day and guess what, they didn’t have the parts still and they have no idea when it’s going to come. I asked for a loner since I had to return my sister car and said they don’t do that anymore. I decided to get my car while still waiting though I have know idea when they’re going to have the parts that I’ve been waiting. I don’t even know if they really order the parts or not. They wasted my time waiting for nothing! I waited 5 days for nothing!!! They asked me to pay $190.00 for the diagnostic and I did and also asked me to pay for the parts but I refused! The parts are nowhere to find and asking me to pay right away?! Are you kidding me?! And guess what, it’s been a week now and they haven’t updated me yet. Ugh! Very disappointing.
I was able to call on a Monday afternoon for a 9am appointment the next day. Very convenient. When I got there at 8:45am I was greeted by my service adviser, Jaeson Leano. He provided excellent customer service. We waited for our car to be serviced and it took a little less than an hour which was much less than he estimated. He explained what was not required at this time and would be changed out on my next service visit. I never experienced any problem with Concord Hondas Service Department from the receptionist to the service people. I would strongly recommend them.

First time to get a service in Honda Concord I did it right to choose this place to get a walk-in oil change I mean when I call the service department right away they answer my question if I can do my oil change right now right on time she scheduled me same day so, I went to service department and they assist me by the name of Chris the advisor I get the right time to be done and what I can say they are helpful all the crew assist me and I give them excellent performance job. Love the service here! I have a Honda Service Center closer to my home but I still drive the extra miles to get the service from this place.
After waiting 20 minutes for a 7am appointment, I was helped by Felipe. He was by far the most apathetic and inattentive employee Ive encountered at Concord Honda. He did not show me any details about my car, but hurriedly told me that they were having problems with their parts department and that, if I were waiting, it would take a few hours. For an oil change. After two hours with no contact, I located Felipe, who was on his phone. To make a long story short, I was eventually helped by Wasif, the manager, who was very nice. But this location, which used to have stellar employees and fantastic customer service, has completely disintegrated in the last two years. Felipe is an example of the shoddy service now provided by Concord Honda.
I bought a new 2020 Pilot Touring edition. It came with the 9-speed transmission. I have had nothing but problems with this transmission.Rough gear changing.A burning smell.Sudden accelerations.Shuddering.When the car was turned off I would get in, turn the car on and it would lunge forward about 6 inches even though the vehicle was in Park. (this has happened twice).I put the car in Drive, release the break and the car automatically puts itself back into Park. This has happened a few times.I took my car to Concord Honda and they did nothing. They told me (and I have this in writing) We recommend for customer to come back when warning lights or drive ability worsens.I spent almost $50,000 for a pile of junk and Honda wont fix it. Their solution? Drive it until it breaks.Horrible service and a horrible product.

Went back to honda spoke with management who said they would talk to the mechanic and get back to me. Called two days later. One week later still waiting on call back. Also my car was left outside with the keys inside.

I had trouble getting service the day before but they made sure i got service the next day with outa problem!
I took my Pilot in for an oil change and to check the refrigerant in the AC. Turns out the refrigerant had a leak and they were able to repair it under its warranty. They also performed a tire rotation since they had the car all day.
