Had the passenger exhaust manifold and gasket replaced on my truck. With my truck being from central new york. They wanted to make sure I knew what could be involved and can be expensive. (because of the rust) They were very patient with me and my questions. They gave me a worse case quote and came well under that. Being newer to the area and looking for a good trustworthy mechanic, they definitely earned my business.

These guys are great!I’ve been here twice, and both times they were easy to make an appointment with, efficient, and friendly. The first visit was for an inspection and oil change. They started working on my car as soon as I arrived, and were done within a half hour.The second visit was for a check engine light - Rob took a look at it and got it in the garage right then, fixed the issue (and explained what caused it), and I was on my way in 5 minutes.I recommend them for their great service. If/when I need car service in the future, they’ll be my first choice.

Rob called me and told me the battery was dead. He informed me he had a battery ready to install, and quoted the price, which was also VERY reasonable. Beware if you aren’t mechanically proficient. Nice guys but they offered me $25-$75 for my broken down truck. Said $4k-$8k to repair.The junker that paid me $300 cash said that sounds off, my friend who is an amateur mechanic said that also sounds a bit weird but could be right. Anyways, if I didn’t know better I’d potentially have given it to them but I know scrap metal and parts are worth more than $75 by themselves

He was so kind and explained that they would do my back brakes and take a look and see if there was anything else that was needed. Turns out, my front brakes needed some maintenance. Sat down and explained everything to me. I needed to go back home to work, so he had Sam (who was working on my car that day) take me home and then pick me up when they were done!!! So accommodating!!! Made me feel like I had been a customer for many years.The shop is clean and comfortable if you choose to wait for your service.I highly recommend Brian and his team! Outstanding service. We had a broken axle and Hendricks down the road where the car was disabled wanted nearly 1000 for the part alone. Brian provided a great recommendation on towing and and a good aftermarket part at a fraction of the cost and got it all sorted in a day. This is a really great shop to know about. She was shocked at how much this other local shop was telling it would cost and how extensive the repair was going to be. She called me and ask me who I use. Simple. Concord Auto Service. Ive been using them for years and never, ever, questioned the price or quality. I sought them out via Angies list, which, by the way, has never, ever steered me wrong. I followed my friend over and we explained the dilemma. These guys jumped on it at the first available slot and, sure enough, the repair was less troublesome than portrayed originally. My friend was relieved and grateful I turned her and her family on to Concord Auto. I look like a hero for simply recommending the obvious. Wow. I have an old car so easily anything could be wrong and the fix could cost more than I could afford. But I went to the shop and got honest answers. I got great advice. I was able to make an informed decision about the next step for my vehicle and how to drive safely for the least amount of payout. My parents have always taught me to find MY mechanic and on my first try I found em.

Service here is excellent. I dont recall the guys name who I talked with- but I felt I got really honest, unbiased advice. The service person seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best solution under a budget that made sense- even when it meant not getting service there. Ill definitely be back.

I have had multiple great experiences here. The most recent was a slow leaking tire. They fit me in immediately and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. They truly value customer service and I completely trust their judgment on suggestions for work needing to be done. It’s nice to have a hometown feel auto service center to be able to rely on!

Concord Auto Service Center did the work that others were afraid to do. I have an older car and the boys here worked with me on pricing and getting the correct parts for my older car. I will continue to go to them for any future repair needed on my high mileage vehicle.

Dropped my truck off while my family enjoyed a day at the great wolf lodge. Bryan treated me right and replaced my front rotors and brake pads the same day and at a reasonable price. I am always wary of mechanics i dont know but i never felt like an out of towner here.

On Friday, June 21st..I called to get my flat tire plugged the man who answer phone said they charge $39 I said for a plug he said no we patch...well he still 2as too high a patch usually run like $25..anyway he refer me to Pitts Auto Repair up the street from him which I went and had a excellent experience...I also left a review...but ladies beware shop around Im not saying dont go there but just know there is some who will take advantage of your knowledge..I was going to give one star but gave 2 because he answered the phone on the 2nd ring and told me he good luck and sympathize with me about my flat tire..I thank him for for that.

I found these guys on Angies list and I took one of our family vehicles for some engine work, around 2013. They seemed to do good work at a good price and seemed fairly honest and competent. About 6 months later, in 2014 I took my other car there for a brake job, because of a noise I was hearing from one of the wheels when turning. I thought it to be a wheel bearing but I wasnt sure, so I asked them to check it out. Their analysis was that it was coins in the change cup rattling, so they thoughtfully took the coins out of the change cup- and the noise was still there.I brought it back several months later because this noise was just driving me nuts and it had gotten a bit worse. This time I took the change out and asked them to please find this problem and fix it. Their expert diagnosis was that I need a new water pump, which they tested by running the engine without the serpentine belt installed for a short time (Important note I had not experienced any overheating or bearing noise from the original water pump). I still had faith in them, so what the heck Ill give it a shot, and the noise was really getting to me. So 700 DOLLARS LATER AND THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE. By this point I had enough of these clowns and took it to a garage near my house, where they diagnosed it as surprisingly A BAD WHEEL BEARING. They fixed it in about 2 hours flat, and now the noise is gone.I had read good reviews on this place previously, which highly influenced my decision to take my car here. However its clear that something significant in either the ownership, or operation of this garage has changed. While my initial visit was very good, every subsequent experience has been much less so. Dont make a $700 mistake like I did. Look at the date of any reviews in making your decision.

My daughters car broke down out of state and I had no ideas on whom to call. I Googled local repair shops and found Concord Auto Service Center. Thank goodness, Brian answered the phone and helped us through this ordeal. What a kind and honest young man Brian is. Good service. State inspection took about 15 min. They even let me know the date I had to pay my registration by so I wasnt hit with a late fee.

Went to Concord Auto Service Center this weekend for yearly maintenance/oil change and inspection and received not only a welcome fit for a prince but a car that ran like I just bought it new again. These guys are the best!!

I take all my vehicles to Concord auto service. They treat me like a personal friend, explain all repairs needed and in order of whats needed first. I tell all my friends and neighbors to go see these guys. They do top quality work at a good price. I always went to the dealer because I thought they were the best to work on my car, after my first visit to Concord auto, they informed me on some needed repairs which I just paid the dealer to do, they took me back and showed me what was needed and what the dealer did not do but charged me for it. Never again will I trust anyone else on my vehicles. Even my relatives see them when they need service from out of town.

These are honest and trustworthy people who know their business. They have serviced and/or repaired my 20 year old truck a number of times since Ive owned it (3 years) and I couldnt ask for better results.

When I called you or whoevers was at the desk was rude as hell as if they had a bad day so no Im not fake just bad business but I had it taken care of by someone who wanted to actually fix it thanks.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my work truck to this place with a slow leaking tire. Service rep took it around back for around 20 to 30 mins, didnt even remove the tire from the truck and used a bottle of soap with water to check the tire for leaks SOMETHING I DID IN MY DRIVEWAY. He came back and told me my Monday routine would be to get a cup of joe and reinflate my tire with a sarcastic chuckle. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional and he supposedly the manager, smh. I thought this was a repair shop not a stand up at the Apollo. So i waited a few weeks and the tire eventually got worse. I went back to the same shop needing an oil change and the same tire still needing repaired. When I brought up the tire with out even a second look at it he said it was not fixable and need to be replaced. My company had a standing account with this company up until this date. Today we signed up with a new Auto Repair Shop because of how unprofessional the manager was and my personal experiences with customer service and repair service at this shop. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone and for goodness sakes please dont pay to get your vehical repair and only wind up with a comedy show.

They were more then accommodating to help me with everything I needed Brian stayed in contact with updates and all work performed was great at a reasonable price!

My 2005 Equinox was slapped by a tractor trailer during an ice storm in PA. I couldnt consider it a safe vehicle again until after the guys at Concord Auto gave it the green light. I trust their work to the extent of getting the vehicle towed 500+ miles.

Is there anything worse than someone who only looks out for themselves? Brian told me a story about breaking a rule that he didnt want to follow - a rule that has high safety concerns, and breaking it put other people in jeopardy. Then he proceeded to fail my vehicle inspection for something that other inspection shops have passed for years. He only follows the rules when it suits HIM. And both my inspection and reinspection took more than an hour, which is pretty ridiculous.
