I scheduled an appointment and met with Rob the technician on time. They provided a diagnosis of my check air bag light which by all accounts is very important. Service was professional, unbelievably thorough and timely. Robs attention to detail, competency and honesty is exceptional. I highly recommend the Concord facility for any of your SRS issues. Labor rate and parts costs were very good.
