Just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Hendricks Jeep in Concord, NC and had the best experience Ive ever been involved in as far as purchasing a new car. Worked with Jeff Stark in the Sales Dept and he was an absolute joy to work with. Do not believe what you hear in the news about car dealers in this present climate not willing to work with you on pricing or model availability. It certainly wasnt true in my situation.When my wife and I, initially, did not see the jeep we wanted on the Hendricks lot, Jeff offered to order us one. We checked first with 2 other dealers to get their best price for ordering one and Jeff was able to beat them both and gave me an out the door price that I thought was very fair.We ordered the car and 6 weeks later, it was here. During that time, Jeff dutifully called us several times to report the progress of the order.When we went to pick the car up, I was expecting some push- back from the dealer on the quoted price after hearing news that some car dealers were going up on prices and not honoring deals that had been made, but to my amazement, the folks at Hendricks were true to their word and the price was exactly what they had quoted.I must also mention Scott in the Finance Dept. The Finance part of the deal was one of the things I was dreading most after hearing horror stories about the length of time required to sign all the documents and the pressure to buy accessories, extended warranties & svc contracts. To my surprise, Scott was extremely courteous and went over all the additional offerings from the dealership in a forward, but not pushy or demanding manner and we were able to complete all the paperwork promptly in a little over 30 minutes.Again, I can not over-estimate the ease with working with someone as professional, courteous and just plain comfortable to do business with as Jeff Stark. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car and it was a pleasure doing business with the Hendricks organization.

Great dealership and customer service. This is my second time buying a car from this dealership and I highly recommend them. The sales associate, Tyler Grantham, was wonderful to work with. At no time there was any pressure to try to sell me the car. We test drove the car and I told Tyler that I liked it but was not ready to buy it, he said that he understood and hoped that I will be back. A week later I was back and we bought the car. The process took about 2 hours, the finance manager was also great to work with. I know some dealerships could be overbearing and sometimes shady, but this one is different. I did my homework and compared this one to others, they were the best. At least they did not try to charge me thousands of dollars for a chip shortage “fee”.

This was the most streamlined purchase I’ve ever made. I was able to get most of my documentation done ahead of my visit and when I arrived the next day my car had already been prepped. We were out of there in under 2 hrs. My salesman Tyler was great to work with. This review is in regards to service department. Must make an appointment for express service but they dont not honor your appointment very well. Took 1hr 30mins before my jeep was even pulled into the garage. Not sure why an appointment is necessary if they wont honor the time booked. Staff was friendly but could have communicated that there would be a major delay so customers can plan accordingly. Plan to spend way too much time for a simple oil change here. Even with an appointment!

You know what’s awesome? How when you call the parts department, and they tell you that they are going to place an order for you, and tell you it will be in in about two weeks? And then your wife calls the place for four days straight after the two weeks because we haven’t gotten any word from you? And leaves multiple voicemails asking for a call back, but nothing. Then, having to call another department only to have them tell us that they can literally see people in parts not picking up a ringing phone? More than once? Clown show. By the time we finally got through to parts, we were sent to a random salesperson who we have never interacted with. Absolutely bonkers. Buy a car elsewhere. Still don’t have the part. Turns out, it was never ordered.

Intake part was very efficient and customer service during that part was awesome. Actual technician wasn’t friendly at all. He actually was sarcastic when I asked him how something could happen. He replied, I don’t know it’s your car, it’s 9 years old. He further said we’ve only repaired this and one other on my car. It was like he didn’t want to even take a moment to see things from my perspective and help me get a better understanding of the repair. I wouldn’t want to be assigned to him again unless I just wanted him I pay and not be really clear on anything regarding the repair.

Austin did a great job helping me weigh my options on purchasing a new car. Even though I didn’t purchase that day, I will most definitely come back here and see him when I’m ready to pull the trigger.

Great work done without an appointment!After realizing the cause of the check engine light was beyond my abilities I took my Grand Cherokee to Hendrick Jeep Service. I had great service there and at Hendrick Toyota and Hendrick Honda in the past. The technician advised there was more wrong than the light indicated and I was able to get all of the work done for less than I was thinking. I was also pleasantly surprised to get the work done for $100 less than the price I was quoted.

Visited this dealership service department on 10/22 and received subpar service. When I made the appt I was quoted one price for the oil change and a higher price when it was time to pay. The person checking me out asked me who quoted me that and that the price wasn’t in the system after the person on the phone told me she was placing notes for the price she had given me. I was told when you call in to make the appt that you speaking with someone in a call center. They should all be on the same page and the link is broken somewhere. The service people weren’t friendly either compared to other dealerships.

Jeff Dumbaugh is the service advisor I always go too and he is excellent. Professional, friendly and always very considerate of my time as far as making sure if it won’t be a quick service that he gets me transportation to and back from work. Highly recommend.

After waiting for 2hrs with an appointment for an oil change, we had to find our Service Advisor only to find out our vehicle had been done for half an hour.No one told us, didnt get a text, nothing. I feel like appointments & customer service are no longer priorities at this dealership.

Interest in a 2021 Jeep Renegade shown on the website prompted me to contact this dealership. After several failed attempts to secure a test drive, I was contacted by and later met with Tom Boyer. Never in my life have I met a more unscrupulous, condescending, antagonizing individual. Such a narcissist, he completely expected that I would commit to the purchase without knowing the actual purchase price, trade in value or APR on the financing. He showed me a payment amount and whispered in my ear that his favorite bank had rejected me. Turns out, I would have rejected them and had no problem rejecting him. I have moved forward with another salesman and dealership where my purchase is being treated with respect. And if you test drive a vehicle here, be sure to get your drivers license back. I did not and gladly paid DMV for a duplicate rather than wasting my time returning to this dealership.

Visited here on 09/26/21 and Austin Cillo was my sales representative. He quickly worked with me to show me the vehicle I wanted and take it for a test drive. I was helped with the financing for the vehicle and was able to take it home that same day. Also note that I traded in another vehicle and was able to get a fair offer for it. Overall it was a great experience working with Austin who ultimately got me in the vehicle I wanted and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to either upgrade or get a new vehicle to visit Hendrick of Concord and ask for Austin Cillo.

Highly recommend taking a car you might purchase here to a mechanic and away from their lot. The salesmen did not detail the whole history of the car I bought and didnt let me bring another mechanic because they indicated their mechanics were going tell me anything major about this car. Took him at his word. Later I go to find the upper control arms needed to be replaced, there is rust within the wheels, struts and other things that are costing me thousands of dollars.

I recently bought a Jeep at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge of Concord. My experience in the process was outstanding. My salesman was Mr. Jeffrey Stark. Jeff was very helpful to all my questions along with the ordering process of the jeep. Jeep arrived in a few weeks. Went to take delivery and Jeff went over the whole vehicle with me. Its a lot to know about these new jeep wranglers.All the other staff I delt with were very nice.I highly recommend Mr. Jeff Stark and Hendrick Jeep of Concord. Its a great experience driving a jeep.

Took my jeep to the dealership to fix a cylinder misfire on a Thursday. They couldn’t find a misfire but changed the seal and switched parts on cylinder 4 to 5 to see if that would find the source of the problem. I appreciate the time they took to explain to me what they did. But when I got the jeep back on the road the engine overheat coolant light kept flashing on and heard fluid moving while driving. I called the next day to tell them what I was experiencing with the vehicle and they rescheduled me for Monday to come back in.I give 4 stars for the customer service put 1 star for the job of fixing the vehicle being that I spent nearly a grand on parts and labor because they had to take everything out of the jeep to get to the cylinders only to have my vehicle back in the shop on what can be a faulty reinstallation of the engine components by the mechanic. The vehicle never had an overheating problem before. On top of that, My weekend was shot not having transportation that weekend.I’d be happy to give another review after I get my car back from the service shop for the second time

The service was awesome, this was my second visit and the service was identical. The staff was welcoming and Thomas who helped me was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and made sure i was informed throughout the whole process. You guys rock and i cant thank you enough.
