I just purchased a new vehicle from Modern Nissan of Concord. The entire experience from the greeting through driving off the lot was exceptional! Our salesman Gil was very informative but not pushy. I do not like going into the finance office just because it always seems you walk out not knowing what you added on. But even the finance office was a pleasant experience and Michael went over everything we were purchasing and respected what we didnt want to add on. This is not my first purchase from Modern and most likely will not be my last!

Great to see that they are taking precautions due to covid19 for the customers. They were all wearing masks and had plexiglass barriers up on counters. They also had a staff member spray each seat and surface and put up placards for which seats were sanitized. Great job guys! Got the state inspection done for my car here. Went smoothly although they did make me wait for an hour even though I had made an appointment. If you buy a car from them they do free State inspection for life. Great perk of buying cars from here. I recommend this dealership.

This was a good experience Doug is a great guy, and the manager was very helpful in getting me a deal. However I cant give 5 stars due to the finance guy trying to fast talk me into something not necessary to our deal. Due to this he came off as a very dishonest person.
What a wonderful dealership. This is our second vehicle from Modern Nissan of Concord and both experiences were wonderful. Our most recent vehicle was sold to us by Jon Morales and I highly recommend you go see him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The entire process was wonderful and stress free. We went in to buy out our lease on our Pathfinder and ended up driving out in a brand new fully loaded Titan Pro-4x. We were provided with straight forward information and numbers and not once did we feel pressured. The whole process was enjoyable and Jon did a great job.If you need servicing, ask for Mike Redwine. Mike is great to work with and very knowledgeable and extremely honest. Will not push services not needed and will guide you in the right direction. Went to look at new Pathfinder, was great experience learning about vehicle from Javier the sales consultant, feel bad putting 1 star because he was great. Though as soon as the sales manager Jonathan Cobb came in he was immediately disrespectful and made me and my wife uncomfortable and was very demeaning, we walked out within minutes of speaking to him. Never had an experience like that at a dealership. Will definately be going to different Nissan dealership to purchase a Pathfinder. If you go here and Jonathan Cobb walks in, Id ask for a different sales manager or go to another dealer.

My experience with the Modern Nissan of Concord was excellent. The technicians did an oil change and emission/state inspection. The technicians also did a multi-point inspection and recommended services that my vehicle should have and scheduled a new appointment for the services. The technicians were very professional and called me when they were finished servicing my vehicle.
Everything is good, Parts & Service is Excellent . My next car will be a Nissan for Sure!

I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and had to wait 3 hours. That took entirely too long, especially since I had an appointment.
Hung up on service person because she was being very rude and unwilling to listen to me. She wrote my number down and did a retaliation call. When dealing with Nissan apparently your information can be used by the employees any way they wish. Found out she is a call center worker and not in the physical office.
Jonathan Cobb, Pierre Frankin, and Javier (my salesman) went above and beyond to help me get into something that I love! Javier is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and very pleasant and patient with his Customers. Definitely deserves a raise and a bonus!!

I know I could take my car to an off brand provider and it would be cheaper but I return because of the care and service that they provide.
This buying experience was like no other. Due to Covid restrictions I was a little nervous about the process. The online experience was amazing! I was able to talk with a real person at any point I had questions. They reached out by email and phone. Each person I spoke to was so nice. The dealership I worked with was in Concord, quite a distance from my home. That was a concern, until they told me that there was no issue delivering to car to my door, the next day!!! Eli was a delight to meet. And Staci in the business office was a hoot!! I HIGHLY recommend Modern Auto to anyone.

It was the best car buying experience i ever had. IM 63 years old and am disabled. So being able to buy a car from my living room on the phone was especially nice. The car was delivered same day 3 hours later. Eli Garcia, the salesman, was excellent . He was well mannered, very knowledgeable and just a personable guy. I will definitely go back to Eli Garcia and the staff of Modern Nissan when I buy another car.

They were very nice, but I ONLY asked for an oil change. They told me I needed a tire rotation and alignment and I said I will take care of it but just not today. They said okay just make sure you do, I said I will. Instead of letting me taking care of it they decide to do it anyways. After I told them not to. Bringing my bill up $40. This also is not the first time this is happened, I just caught it the first time because it was taking way longer than it should have.

I came in for an emissions test but I told the serviceman that one of my tires seems to be low on pressure every month or so and he indicated they would check it out. I waited on my car and was told that there was one car ahead of me and I was advised that I did have a nail in my tire that they were able to fix at no cost!
I purchased my 2020 vehicle with no regrets. The communication provided was exemplary particularly after the sale when I had some questions. The dealership in my opinion is one that other dealerships I visited need to emulate. We bought a CPO 2018 Nissan Rogue SL through AAA. It was delivered but had a smoke/musky smell. Modern came and picked the car back up, tried to detail it and bomb the car to rid the car of the smell. It was delivered back to us and ultimately the smell still lingered even after a couple of weeks of driving it. It actually returned to the original smell. Due to this we worked out a deal to where Modern took the car back and we ended up with a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL. Much better car, great improvements on the design and ride quality as well by Nissan. We are grateful for Modern for being understanding and didnt try to rip us off thousands of dollars by taking the car back.

Very friendly staff and competitive pricing on taking care of my SUV issue. Ira was a very helpful and informative in regards to my car needs. My baby is back to normal. Also, the waiting area is very well organized, everyone on their own area and when somone leaves, another staff cleans the area for a new customer to visit.

I was able to to lease a new Nissan Titan with my trade, and very little money down in a matter of within one hour over the phone with help from Tracy. Everyone was very professional, and helpful getting me down to the affordable payment that I was comfortable with. Our salesman Gil Bracy was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about our new truck, really took his time with us, and even helped us with apps and linking our phone with the new truck. I wish i could leave no stars. This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever received when purchasing a car. The finance manager lord throughout the purchase of my vehicle and consistently changed numbers behind my back. He lied about which lending had the best rates so that they could continue to over charge me and tact on services for the vehicle . No congratulations on your purchase when i signed or anything . They made sure to point out the “no cool off period” paperwork though. I walked out of the dealership not getting any dealership no getting any of the deals or finance options i asked for and was lied to and told they were not available. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE . My first brand new car purchase experience was ruined thanks to this dealership.

My car was towed in and it was not worked on immediately even though I had an appointment because the tech apparently had an emergency. After not hearing anything from you I called and that’s what I was told. They had not even looked at my car. Parts needed to be ordered that took a day. So once those parts come in the worked on it sad the next day and I didn’t get it back until the day after that! I also had to call again to ask what was wrong with it, when I would get it back, and how much all of the repairs cost. I was told an amount of 4 something. When I go to pick it up they tried to charge me double!! He figured out whatever and took whatever extra he added into the quote that I was given.

I needed to get an air filter and my car didn’t feel right driving. They told me right away I needed an alignment. Not only we’re they fast they we’re friendly and it didn’t cost too much as what some people would assume. I loved these cars. My first Nissan and I’m enjoying the experience.
