This place has gone down the tubes since the old days! Lousy customer service stand around waiting to get service. Then walk out with wrong parts NEVER FAILS KN THIS PLACE!

Patients is the key word. It seems everyone is sort handed and patients is important. After two customer ahead I f me then four phone calls I was finally serviced.

The last real parts store in the region with the last real parts guys. Fortunately the corporate world and shareholder profits have not reached them yet.

Just recently bought a battery for my Jeep there. They didnt bother charging me a core charge as I changed it out right there on the side of S. Main St.

The gentleman I believed named Dave, very helpful easy to work with and was able to get the parts I needed at a timely matter

Machine shop is A1. Great turn around. Dropped off cylinder head at 3pm. Was ready next morning. Head was clean and true flat .

The slowest customer service. Two people working the counter and the phones on a Saturday. You wait in line for half an hour then get attitude from them. I’ve learned to go strait to Autozone down the road.

Josh is so helpful and great at mixing paints. Really everyone there is helpful and nice.

We have been customers of sanel auto parts for 30 years, buying paint, auto parts & heavy truck parts. It is very frustrating to have this generation of management and owners take the way of the autozones and such. No longer can we get the parts we need without spending hours to find out they have to order it or only a store 2 hrs away has the part. Its such a shame. Even the counter help is frustrated.

Well Ive been going to sanel auto parts since I was a little kid My dad was a mechanic for over 40 years he fixed cars and worked on heavy equipment when he worked on his car and he needed parts he would allways tag me along and bring me into sanels he allways liked getting his parts there because of good friendly service and they allways had what he needed. know who would know as a mature woman I now am employed by sanels I love being in the auto parts industry have been for over 20 years sanel auto parts is a great place to work and a great place to by parts.
