The salesman greeted me at the door, I was looking to just outright buy a used car because I honestly didn’t think I could get approved for anything else. He took the time to speak with me, he listened and he was not doing what most salesmen do, which is just make a sale. He wanted to make sure I could afford it, that I would be happy with my choice.

Long story short I totaled my vehicle and needed a new one asap. I was not in the market so I had no idea what I wanted, nevermind all the options. Jamie took the time to sit with me and found me the perfect suv. I love my new Pathfinder, could not be more happy. Thank goodness she sat in the passenger seat and helped me with all of the new functions.

Had a sales agent name mike take care of me he made me feel extremely comfortable and was more than knowledgeable with the vehicle in itself. The gave me free oil changes and tire rotations for the first three years or 35,000 miles and they took great care of me

We went in to buy our lease with an agreed upon price and interest rate. We signed all the paperwork (including purchase agreement contract) and went on our way. Two weeks later we get a call that the interest rate we agreed upon and signed paperwork for wasn’t going to be honored by the bank we had chose, which they are direct writers for. Jared in financing had called us in to resign all the paperwork for a higher interest rate. Due diligence wasn’t done on his part, and tried to reverse the blame on us. Even though the mistake was on his end. Being as you are direct writers for this specific bank, you should know more about their processes and loan requirements. At the end of the day we shouldn’t have had these problems with a 735 and 830 credit score. Next time own up to your mistakes instead of going on the defensive. We will buy our next car somewhere else.

Came in for an inspection and oil change and my check engine light wasn’t on. After the oil change my light was on, I was told it would cost over a hundred just to find out why. Will not be using this garage again, and recommend that you do not either

I regret buying my car here. Lifetime inspections and i get told somethings wrong, take it elsewhere and it passes. Try to find a solution to an issue and they wont even look. Ask for pricing on plastic clips and they try to charge an hours labor for two technicians to install 8 plastic clips... save the hassle buy elsewhere...

I was in the market for a new car and had been doing research. I wanted to do as much as possible remotely as I get fed up sitting hours on end in a dealership. Came across an offering from Concord Nissan and read about the dealership and the claim that they are a different kind of dealership. Well I have heard that before and I have found them all to be the same. Well, much to my surprise...this was a much better experience than I have had buying a car. Worked with Warren and Dennis, who were both great! I got a fair trade and price and all was done over the phone. When it came to signing and taking delivery they had everything set and waiting for me. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes! AMAZING!! I will definitely be looking to Concord Nissan in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a better car buying experience (cliche but true in my experience).

It took over 3 weeks to get my daughters car repaired which was under warranty. Lack of information about statis of car while there. Finally done with repair and was picking it up after hours with no key left under seat which was planned and no paperwork left. I guess the machinic didnt get the memo.

I had gone to 6 different dealerships prior to visiting Concord Nissan. One even being a Nissan dealership where no one even acknowledged my presence after being on the lot for about 15 minutes.Concord Nissan was my “one last stop ana then we are done for the day” dealership. Boy, am I happy I stopped. I was greeted with a friendly smile, even behind the mask, by my Salesmen Rich Boyd. Rich took the time to listen to my needs and wants and spent the time with me, explaining everything about the different models I was looking at. We even discussed all buying options from pre-owned to loans. He was super knowledgeable about all of the features that the different models offered and helped me to narrow down exactly what was important to me and what I could live without and ultimately figuring out that I was looking for the 2020 Rogue. The dealership didn’t have the exact model that I was looking for so they immediately began a search around New England to see if they could find one at another dealership that they could trade for to get me what I wanted, constantly keeping me in the loop as the process went on.Once they found my vehicle, the purchase process began. Rich started the process off with some paperwork, then off to the Finance Dept. I went. They were great to deal with too, providing easy and uncomplicated explanations of all the documents. Before I left I was introduced to a Service Advisor and he helped me set up my free 30 day check up appointment for the vehicle.When I see commercials about dealerships bragging about great customer service I sometimes chuckle. Let me assure those that are reading my review...it 100% is engrained in your experience at Concord Nissan. They truly are customer oriented through every step. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else if customer service is important to you!

Concord Nissan has always taken good care of my family. The service has always been honest and satisfactory. However, the 2018 Pathfinder through no fault of Concord Nissan hasn’t been as great. It leaves me wondering if all current Nissan vehicles are plagued with quirks and issues. For instance, we have a sensor located in the front that assists with front impact. It has since after the first 8 months just been in and out. With COVID and the current situation parts aren’t readily accessible, I get that. I’ve just kind of given up on asking about the issue. It’s been repaired along with other cheaper trim that just breaks. The trim surrounds the button on the rear hatch release on the back of suv. The trim is still fixed, but I’m sure it’ll just break again. The front sensor is out again, and it’s just frustrating where it disables the ABS system when it goes out. We did purchase high quality Weather Guard floor inserts and rain guards that will go back with it, along with the new factory floor protectors. In 6 months this lease is done, this vehicle will go back, and under mileage! Now my current situation has me wondering what to do next. I have a family of 4 that needs to be comfortable. I will be towing a 23’ rv travel trailer @ 7500lbs, and also have a weight distribution hitch. The next vehicle has to be capable of doing this with ease. I believe the Titan XD is capable, I will be open minded to possibly try Nissan again. I’m hoping Concord Nissan can make up for what I believe is a brand experience short fall, the honest part is I’m not upset with Concord Nissan.

Troy and the service department are a joke. I brought my truck in for warranty work. They refused me a rental unless I paid for it, Charged me to diagnose the warranty issue. It took 5 weeks for them to get me my truck back. In that time I was told 4 different times it would be done. First time I got a ride there and it wasnt done. The other three I had to call the day of to see if it was going to be ready. Heaven forbid they go out of their way and call the customer to let them know whats going on.I received my truck back and they chipped the paint on the hood and ruined my rear bumper. They are refusing to fix it. I have time stamped pictures and the service manager (Dave) couldnt even get out of his chair to do his job. Less then a week from getting it back, my starter fried. Now they had to remove it for the warranty work, they blamed it on me saying I tried to start it to many times..... They are a joke and I am taking this complaint as high as I can! Never go there!

The most down to earth car salesmen around. Dare I say I may actually have enjoyed myself while looking for a new car?!I went in pretty nervous. I was 20,000 miles over my mileage limit for my Honda lease. Instead of going to the dealer I got my Honda through, we went to Concord Nissan first because my family has had great experiences with them. I didnt even bother going to the Honda dealer because I was THAT confident that they were giving me the best deal on a car that I love. Rich Boyd and I came up with a down payment and monthly payment I was comfortable with on a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I couldnt be happier! Save your time and try them first!

I cant get over how easy and no pressure everything was with Rich Boyd at Concord Nissan. I figured everyone would try to steer me away from buying a Toyota since it was a Nissan dealer, but they listened to my wants, needs, and concerns, and everything went so smoothly. I never felt that stereotypical car salesman vibe we hope we never have to experience. I went during COVID; everyone was wearing masks, hand sanitizer was readily available; everything looked clean and felt safe. Nissan Concord was able to provide me with a better deal than the dealer near my house thank you for that, but...I sent in all information prior to drive up to 30 miles to make sure the deal would not change.Vin# of trade in was sent with pictures and all the information of the deal was confirmed based ONLY on the conditions of the trade in, they needed to see it in person and I was fine with it, as I knew the trad in was in perfect conditions.When arrived at the dealer AFTER applying for credit and approved I was told I had to pay more cause the TRIM of trade in???That made me upset as they had the Vin# from the start, and they werent upfront about that till I was there in person and after I applied for credit.They quickly realized I was walking away and made it work, but that is the issue that I didnt like about it.

I went in because air in tire (s) of new Nissan ( I bought at a different car dealership ) was low 3 times in first 10 days of purchase. I did not have an appointment however my car was looked at fairly quickly. A nail was found and was removed and I was happy to have to pay only for the price of a patch and not a whole new tire !
