Had the best experience at the Concord Volkswagen dealership! Called earlier in the day and I was actually able to speak with a service agent name Jesse within a few seconds and he told me a great price for a new battery/labor (compared to other Volkswagen dealerships in Charlotte). I got there and Jesse was quick to greet me, he got my car tested and told me it was a dead battery and quoted me the same price as earlier on the phone but told me he will try to give me a discount. He gave me a discount and walked me to my car because it was raining and held the umbrella u til I got situated into my vehicle. Amazing customer service and a great experience!!!!! They now have a new customer!

Sales Agent was great, very knowledgeable and tried hard for our deal, that’s the only reason this is getting a two star and not a 1 star.Financing was a joke and should technically sue for running my credit 3 when I specifically asked them to only send to one bank. Went behind my back and submitted to another bank with out my permission, lied to my face about it, showed them my credit alerts and then all of a sudden they were apologizing, refused to provide me the offer letter from the bank, in the end didn’t work the deal as felt to uncomfortable with all that happened and the fact that they weren’t willing to work down the OTD numbers a couple hundred dollars. Will never do business here, and glad I didn’t after some of the reviews I have seen from this place.

I went to Volkswagen of Concord on a whim Saturday afternoon. I knew that it was time to trade in my 2010 Golf but I wasnt sure what would even be in my price range. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Devon. My experience with Devon was a 10 out of 10. There was no beating around the bush. He asked me what I was looking to do, how much I was wanting to spend and immediately went to work showing me a car that fit what I was wanting and exactly in my price range. Let’s be real, car shopping in today’s market is time consuming and downright stressful. By the time you’ve selected a car to view, someone else has already put a down payment on it. This was NOT the case at VW Concord! Not only was the salesperson (RD) phenomenal with his knowledge of the vehicles on the lot but he made sure to not give off that cringy vibe that car salespeople often give off. Their management team worked effectively and efficiently to give us the best deal possible. Even the GM popped in to say hello and made sure we were well taken care of. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I cant say enough about the positive experience we had here. We began looking across the state after a bad experience with Flow. I called Hendrick and asked to speak to a sales manager. Didnt need the middle man at first. I got connected to Joe Watts who was a former Army guy. I liked this because I also am in the Army. We went back and forth a lot and he got us the vehicle we wanted with no hassles. He connected me with a sales associate Rob Nixon, who was completely attentive the rest of the week. Asked me to text when we left home and had vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. Other than the back and forth with the finance guys (I dont typically ever like these guys at dealerships) this was a great experience. I should add its not the people in finance, just dislike the role they have to play, but thats sales. I highly recommend Hendrick VW if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Great staff. I took a star away because they don’t have a beverage station like other dealerships. They do offer shuttle services so I was able to get a ride to Starbucks for my morning coffee.

Our salesman, Jose, did a great job with us. He was not pushy and worked with the desires we had. Being new, he involved the right people at the right time to help close the deal.Hendrick does not pay their people on a commission basis which means the employees are not trying to soak you for every penny. We visited four other VW dealers and spoke to a fifth over the phone in the Charlotte area. The team at Hendrick was top two of the teams we worked with and they had the vehicle we were looking for.The sales managers were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and empowered to take action on the things we needed. It was very clear they take pride in their teams and customer service.The only thing that could have been improved: the pressure sensors on the tires of our new Atlas were not set before we drove away so part way home, the tire alert came on and we had to pull over to check the pressure and set the parameters. We had a great experience at Hendrick VW and with Devon. I have been looking for an electric car for a while and recently heard about the ID.4. Devon showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. After test driving a few other brands, I decided the ID.4 was it. We reached out to a few VW dealers to see who could get us exactly what we wanted and Devon was the most responsive and helpful. We bought through Hendrick and had a smooth process throughout. Devon also stayed in touch after purchase and checks in periodically to make sure any questions we had about owning our first EV are answered. We have been very happy with our experience!

Olga at Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord was the best! I had a flat tire and spoke to Olga to find out what steps I needed to take to have the tire fixed or replaced. Thankfully I have tire coverage with Volkswagen and she told me to just come over to the dealership when I was ready. Without an appointment I drove to the dealership on my spare and service looked at it and determined it needed to be replaced. I returned the next day when they had a replacement tire, again without an appointment, and service changed the tire in a very timely manner with Olga staying in touch with me all the time I was there. Olga and the service department were great to work with and I am so glad I made a decision 2 months ago to buy a VW from Hendrick of Concord.

Overall experience was good. Olga was very friendly and helped to answer any questions I had. I do remember her from another Charlotte VW dealership where she was always above and beyond. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 GTI. Arrived at 9:30 and checked out around 11:30. My only disapponitment was that this location does not have a car wash which surprised me. There are no complimentary drinks or snacks but vending machines are available.

I was happy with the customer service that was offered to me at Hendrick VW. My issues or concerns are with the vehicle itself. The vehicle I purchased a 2020 Tiguan (paid cash) is not what I expect nor could be determined from a 10 minute test drive. I did my research going in and that proved to be useless. The vehicle is horrible on gas and does not even come close to the MPG stated by VW; which I believe is false information and/or false advertisement. Second, the engine is extremely loud just drive period. All of this was determined after getting the feel of the vehicle within a few days of ownership. I feel I made a big mistake in purchasing this make and model.

Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord is top tier. Upon my arrival I was greeted happily by Haley and her team. They took really good care of my 2019 Volkswagen GLI. Turns out that Haley had a tuned GTI so we started talking about our cars and future plans for them while I waited for my vehicle to get finished with its service. I could write a book on how terrible my most recent experience was with the sales department but what they did and how their GM, who goes by JW, treated me was absolutely unbelievable. Flat out screwing someone on the trade value of their vehicle and then talking down to them is beyond disrespectful. They must have thought they were talking to a child rather than a professional whos been around the block a few times. Oh, and the car they were going to sell me at employee price to make up for their mistake I still have yet to hear about. Dont even worry, you can keep it.
