Attempted to call beforehand and got no answer.So I drove up to get my headlight bulbs replaced... the bay was empty besides one other car... the “mechanic” asks me to pop the hood and he glances for 3 seconds and says “we can’t do it”. At least answer the phone so ppl and know the stipulations for fixing headlights. I’m not a mechanic and I’ve done it via Google in the past but I didn’t have tools available. Will not be back.

Had to get a new set of tires, staff were very polite and knowledgeable about the service I needed.

It is bad. I had a flat tire and asked them to check. They refused because it was not installed by Walmart, then they changed a new one but the tire is still flat without any reason.

Was over charged for incorrect tires that was put on my car when I specifically ordered a 83 dollar a tire set ended up spending 95 a tire because employees pulled the incorrect tire and made me pay the difference instead of giving me what I ordered.

Had oil change and tire rotation done. Was early(7am) and out fast. Good price and quick service.

I went to have my oil changed and was told that my entire oil pan needed to be replaced because it was stripped and they couldnt get the plug out. Prior to this I had been doing my own oil changes with no problem and only tightened the plug with a ratchet. They suggested I get a new plug to see if that would help, I did and no go. When I left they didnt give me back the new part I purchased at autozone that wasnt even necessary!!

Inexpensive, fair prices & quality parts. Good work on oil changes, tires, & batteries, etc. Very fast service, most of the time. Open 7am to 7pm, busy in afternoon and Sat morning. Excellent price on synthetic oil changes. Definitely recommend.

Wont pickup phone to find out about tires that I ordered online and need them to install. I am now on my 3rd day trying to get someone to pickup the phone in the auto center department. As I write this I am on hold for a store manager. We will see if they will pickup the phone. My order says they will only hold it for 7 days hate to drive all the way there to find out I will have to wait the 3 to 4 hours for tire change that everyone else said they do.

Sign stuck in gravel at main entrance says Auto Care center open. Ive been there twice this week, closed. No answer of phone line. Very poor customer consideration.

Arrived at 1311 on a Tuesday with only two cars had of me. Only required an oil change and tire rotation and over waited three hours. Extremely slow service. Service was completed but no one at the register for quite some time. Worth noting: they lost the keys for the two cars ahead of me.

I arrived at 645am to be first. Waited about 30 minutes only to be told there arent any techs and no one would be arriving until 1030am.... A few weeks later, I try again. I was second in line, waited another 30 minutes before anyone even approached my car.

I purchased a set of tires online. No problem. Took them to the auto center today to get mounted and they have no weights to mount tires. Really? Could not tell me when they would get some. Some manager at some level asleep at the wheel on this one. What a joke!

Saved $150 on 5 Trailer tires, needed them mounted on a 34 ft travel trailer. Tire shop had me out of there in 45 minutes. Great service, satisfied customer.

Just had a bad experience overall. Took them 15 minutes to get me at door after I called twice, I was first customer and everything locked up. When trying to check out I waited 10 minutes for cashier to go get their drawer. Just think they were unorganized and not prepared. Should not have been there for an hour and 15 mins being first and only customer for a simple oil change.

Dont waste your time. I sat around for two hours for no reason because they said they could do the repair i needed only to be told they couldnt do it and it could have easily been avoided had they known how to do their job

If i could rate zero stars i would. Waited four hours for them to tell me they couldnt change my tires because they didnt possess the right equipment. I wouldnt recommend my dead grandmother in law to get her tires change there.

These guys saved my a$$. For $330, 4 brand new tires purchased and installed, balanced and inflated. They also put my spare back in its proper location and fixed my brake light which i hadnt even been able to figure out why it was one

Ive been getting my oil changed here for the past year or more & today was the first time I was disappointed. Jaylen was my technician & he made a mistake not putting my reminder sticker in my window but it was nothing that couldnt be corrected by the dept manager. My issue is the dept made a decision to upgrade the oil change I asked for without talking with me. The dept manager corrected everything but it was disappointing to have to go through the hassle. Ill return but Ill be on top of everything.

Two ports for tire work but one slow employee at 7:30 am. An hour and a half later he tells me it is going to be another 2 hours to put new tires I bought from them

I showed up well within their hours, have them my info and got my ticket. I was told it was going to be about 45 minutes and to check back then. I came back and they told me their technician had to go home because the manager told him to, and that I would have to wait one and a half to probably two full hours more before I could get my oil changed. Ridiculous.

Waited for 20 minutes til anybody walked after they opened,only one person changing oil,they didnt have certain oils but didnt bother to tell anybody that while we were waiting,Ill gave a extra star bc things happen,somebody could if called in

Pick up the phone. Ive been calling this number several times a week and no one answers.

Half the price of what I would pay anywhere else for my oil change. Mechanics leave marks on the interior or do not complete the full service. If it was not for the price I would not be here.

I found it up many of the shopping carts for poorly-maintained Wheels drag or event and you couldnt roll them and had a hard time finding a handicap motorized cart one was broken fact I didnt find one

When an early one morning to have tires rotated and the guy told me that he was the only one there working and he would not be able to rotate my tires

I didnt like that no one told me where my car was done when everyone clearly saw me in the waiting room waiting and they were told to text my phone and said that they would none of this happened.
