Terrible customer service and products. I bought a battery a year ago and it has already died! I called and asked if my battery was still under warranty and they confirmed it was. They checked to see if they had it in stock and they did.I know it can be busy so I asked if they would have time to pull out the old one and put in the new one (as they have done previously in the past). The guy on the phone said that was absolutely fine and that I could head straight to the store. So I had someone jump my car and headed down.Once I arrived, suddenly everything changed. They refused to help me pull out or install my battery. When I told them that wasnt what I was told and that Im now stranded with a dead car I was told you can figure it out and he refused further. I didnt argue anymore because there was a line of people and I didnt want to hold them up.I will never be returning to this autozone due to the faulty products and disregard for the customers they rip off!!! I do not like leaving poor reviews even if I have a bad experience but this is absolutely ridiculous.
I just left the concord auto zone, I have never been so frustrated as I am at this moment, the shift manager Denise V., was not being honest with me and she either thought I was homeless or a transient or maybe even a thief??Take your pick because she treated me like I was one or all, now granted I was in my grubby work clothes, but I was not rude at all.The real upsetting thing is that it was only $30.00 dollars we were talking about.She proceeded to try to lose me in their policy language, (which I am sure was not at all hard for her to do), that was redundant made no sense at all as far as my issue and still ended up with an unhappy customer and management that was not being upfront and truthful with the consumer not cool
Personally, I find their parts of good quality and reasonably priced. Transfer from another store was quick.
Conveniently located off of Monument Blvd, store staff is very helpful and the operating hours make it convenient to shop for auto parts.

Auto Zone has better Technicians and they know their job, also friendly too. Oh, I almost fogot, the prices are excellent, the other day I picked up a quart of Valvoline oil for only $6.59. Now the other guy oreily was almost $10.00.
Normally I do not leave reviews, but after this interaction I get compelled to. I have been a longtime customer of Autozone as I have a jeep that I love to take offroading and am always tinkering with. I called the other day to check if an item was in stock before I drove 20-30min to the store. Oscar picked up and put me on hold, after waiting 22min I was hung up on. I called back asking about the same item only to be sassed and unsurprisingly told that it wasn’t in stock. I wish this store had workers who wanted to help others.

I frequently go to AutoZone for many of my general items. When I need brand specific motor oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid, I go to AutoZone. They usually have it in stock, or shipped next day from another store. Plus their prices are excellent. Since I drive an older European sports car, I will get certain parts, that are not very specific to the car. I want to use the best products available, and AutoZone always comes through. They offer great customer service, and their prices are very competitive. I usually go to their store on Monument in Concord, but Ive gone to some of their other stores, and get the same results. I highly recommend AutoZone.

Had product needed, though not the one website said was in stock at the location. parts book listed my car as not having the part my car required so had to get confirmation from sales clerk. But staff was attentive and helpful.

Store doesn’t offer military discount! Show ID and when paying doesn’t show in receipt. Wouldn’t recommend vets or any military going to this certain autozone even though corporation says it give military discount.

I called autozone about a AVS TRAC and Engine lite on dashscreen. Old car 2006 Camry and they told me they had a device that could help me and theyd loan it to me. They had the device as a loaner to read car codes. Had trouble finding where to install it Due to covid-19 they cant get in our cars. I asked 2x and they helped find the place to put it in and bingo it ran the information. Then took it back in store and machine interrupted it. They even gave me the print out. Relieved allot of my concern. Told me the problem and my options, reassured me my car wouldnt blow up . Not trying to push me to buy anything. Made me aware they had the parts to fix it with. Great service. Clean store. Convenient.
These people are so nice my truck broke down a few block away from them the alternator went out they were nice enough to charge up my battery and would not charge me for it ..I give them all five stars they really saved me

Some people that works there are unprofessional. There is too much chit chatting rather than helping or acknowledging a customer. Asking them if they need help looking for something.

I was waiting in line to pay or ask a question since there was only one person on the counter at this auto zone store on Monument blvd. The guy who came after me was served by the next customer care, but he didnt bother to ask who is next. After waiting long enough, he was unapologetic and start arguments. All I want from this store manger is please respect everyone regardless of anything. We are all human beings.

When in to see if they can look up a part for my car by the phone number I provided so I can make sure its the SAME EXACT one so I dont have to make trips again like I had to before. And they said No we cant do it like that even though I know they can because I done it before. So I ended up calling a different autozone and they quickly was able to help me when I gave them the phone number. Maybe they were new and just didnt know here.

Very helpful. My check engine light came on during a road trip and they provided me with a code reader. After returning it to them, I was given a printout of the codes read on the device and advice on repairs for each.
Staff was helpful on finding the correct oil and oil filter combo. They had the other accessories I needed in stock too.

I like most autozones. THEY have good prices an mainly these customers cards will give you twenty bucks back in store stuff, every hundred you spend if you spend more then twenty at a time. Witch is real easy. Ever store these days has these dam cards most dont do any thig accept clog up your email. Theres really really gives u real money to spend right then an there store no have to pruches oline only. Theres no gemick. No other cards i have do just that no even close.so should be five stsrs just gor that reason. It has to be five transaction over twenty . but it easy for me i usely get small amonts anyway. So if im right under i buy a candy or small fladh light. You see.If you like reveiw pleas review give it a thumbs up. Thats how we get advancement. Thanks James Hope

Its a good store. Not the best prices. Customer service is sub par. Unorganized line to the register. They might have what you need. Eeh, so, so.
When the store clearly states 9 pm is the time when the store is closed, it means 9. When a customer arrives at 8:56pm and tries the door and it is locked, makes eye contact and is seen by the employee at the register, tries the other door, tries the first door and says something to the effect of hey. Its not 9pm yet. You guys are open or what?, Twice, and the employee comes to the door and says, we are closed, to which customer replies, yeah but its 8:58 not 9 the employee says, ya. We lock the door at 8:58 so we can be closed at 9 your store will receive the lowest possible rating. Why? Because you 1) straight up lied. The door was locked, you then took 2 minutes to awknowledge my even being there. 2) after saying this will not get you good reviews, taking a picture, having you mock pose for a picture with cheesy smile, and both thumbs up is mocking. 3) coming out a few minutes later to tell me to plan my day better next time is just lovely. Really. You are why people dislike your company.You then tell me to take a picture of your nametag, and you again. Why? Do you really feel so powerful and above policy? I didnt and wont but have 0 problems identifying you if need be. Then lastly to tell me youve done this hundreds of times before as you reenter the store is just awesome. You are useless.I could have been here earlier sure. But traffic and my map program didnt cooperate. This is all well and good, in fact unnecessary for my narrative, but your handling of the situation is beyond bad. I dont think training can help you buddy. Thanks for the outstanding uselessness. Grade A on fail scale.Edit: I know weed is legal in California now... but smoking a blunt in front of the store door, 15 mins after closing with your buddy then hoping on your motorcycle is a bit flagrant dont you think?

The parts had to get ordered. First time only one part came. Had to reorder two days later my car was down for a week. I got all the parts in about five days later sometimes it gust takes one trip this time it was 4

Terrible! The store opens at 8, the girl didnt show up to work until 830 and still needed more time to open the store. I called corporate and a district manager was supposed to call me back within an hour but that never happened. This was not the first time this store has been opened late. I will never return.
Usually well stocked, well lit, uncrowded and a pleasant staff. One star derating because they only had 3 lug nuts and I needed 4.

BIG AUTOZONE FAN..... just not this autozone. Good location, love that its on its own lot!Unfortunately, the service is slower than molasses, the staff isnt knowledgeable (Ive been given advice that I KNOW is imcorrect), and the selection is a disappointing for such a large (in sq-ft) store.FACT: The Pacheco Autozone is soo much better (re:service, knowledge, etc) that I am not the only person I know willing to go out of their way to avoid this location.
