Neat clean store. Well organized. Very friendly and helpful associates.

Usually have what I need at a good price.

There isn’t really much to buy here. The store it kind of crammed with random things. Also the couches are nice, but that’s about it.

This is the kinda store that you never know what you will find. Prices are great on whatever you decide to purchase. I was in the clearance aisle when I saw a pillow without a price. The employee (who I think was the manager) said she would get the price for me. A $3.00 throw pillow! Love deals! So nice of this employee to be so nice and go out of her way to help me! Would recommend this store!

Great selection. Only recommendation is to widen the check out aisle. If someone needs to get to the far register, and there are other people at the first few, it is challenging to go around them with the limited space available.

They are selling off their inventory to move to a new location. Very nice employees very helpful hard to find nowadays. Looking to buy some furniture.

Went in to furniture shop but they like so many others are out of actual stock. Found a couple of things I really wanted but left empty handed. Just have to keep an eye on things and hope they get them soon.

It’s my understanding from the wonderful staff here that they are closing their location today (7/30/20) until they reopen in their new location in a couple of weeks. This discounts were down 70% as they were trying to eliminate the move of merchandise.

Miss the old location ...the new one is hard to navigate with a cart...the furniture should move to one side or the other and not in the middle.

This store always has very good deals, many that arent advertised too. Ive went thru the register with an 8.00 item, only to discover that it rings up cheaper than that. A nice surprise! The workers are always helpful and pleasant too. Very well worth the stop.

Household things we can get here. I v8sited when there was 20 % discount. So i enjoyed shopping. Good variety.. and quality. Good store for beginners who want toset up home.

Hardworking and friendly staff. Even on a busy Saturday after a cold snap, they made sure to help any customer. Store 0814 employees deserve a bump!

Very pleased with my recliner. Got a sectional sofa from here 6 years ago and its held up nicely.

We got a couch and a love seat and the women there loaded it in the truck for us. Very thankful .

This big lots is horrible. Bathroom disgusting. Pallets of merchandise everywhere and could not walk anywhere.

I love that they already had their fall stuff out. This annoys some people, but I love Autumn! Bring on the pumpkin spice candles!

Meh. Too many people milling around aimlessly. Most of the employees, with the exception of Clara ( who is wonderful) seem angry and frustrated. If you dont need customer service, dont mind being jostled a bit, or standing in long lines, you can find great values (sheet sets, towels, snacks). I try to time my trips there for the non-rush hours.

Oh my so much incredible stuff to get and fairly priced. There is a restroom available to the public.

They dont carry mini blinds, but they do have a good selection of curtains & curtain rods.

I like it because it has good prices, only that everything is messy and is not easily found. The bathrooms are disgusting.

Shame on Big Lots in Columbus, IN for slashing furniture before setting it out by the dumpster! I know they do similar with baby clothes, and other essential products. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I can promise you I will never spend one red cent in a Big Lots every again. You are whats wrong with this country. There are charities in Columbus that would have happily took it. San Souci, Horizon House, Turning Point, just to name a few. Deplorable behavior. Absolutely disgusting.

I have only been in this store maybe once or twice, tonight being ruffly the third time. Long story short, I was very very offended by the manager and the cashier that was on the clock at the time. As i was comparing prices for headphones and looking around. They called for security over the inter com in the store so I kept looking around the store as normal. I get approached by an older lady saying can I help you in a very stern rude tone. I said looking at bluetooth headphones she replies there over here. So I continued looking. I get the pair i want, and make my way to the checkout line. To see almost every worker in the entire store in the front. Remind you I havent did anything to make me look like a damn thief so for yall to make people feel like they are thieves, and making it to where they are being starred at by other costumers for no reason. Is to say the least RUDE and unprofessional, and very disrespectful in my opinion. Ill never be back in that store to be treated and harassed like that again! Its ridiculous that its 2018 and that there are still so many small minded folk that wanna treat people like that. Makes me sick!

Prime stay in cashiers are wonderful lady and furniture department very rude complain to manager about her and he said what do you want me to do its big lots and the prices are cheap but there was a lot of stuff sitting in the aisles are blocking the aisles so that you cannot get through

I do really like this store and would have given it 5 stars, but these 2 elderly women at checkout that are always rude, like your taking up their time buy wanting to pay for your items, its bizarre! lol...Always the same 2 old ladies aswell. It really wouldnt stop me from shopping there, you just have to take a couple of deep breaths before paying for your items lol....God forbid you forget your rewards card and they actually have to look up your phone number by typing it in...Whats wrong with you!?...Write down your information so I can type it in!! lol I wouldnt be making light of it if they wasnt old but it costs nothing to be nice to someone who is nice to you ladies :/
