Easy buying process at the Chillicothe, Ohio store. No pressure to buy, allowed to spend as much time as I needed to select correct, two sided mattress that I needed. Given delivery date, after mattress was manufactured, and a three hour window of delivery time. Was called when delivery truck arrived, very polite men removed my old mattress and placed my new mattress. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience picking out and purchasing a mattress. Price were much lower than any box store, delivery cost is low ($35) and inventory is in stock. Employees are not pushy sales people.

I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver.Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.

This store makes it so easy to get the mattress you want and the prices are amazing. Its very clear what youre getting, its all their own brand so easy to compare features. I found the regular matress retailers overwhelming and out of our budget. We got in and purchased 2 mattresses in less than 20 minutes but I felt like the sales person would have spent an hour with us if we needed it. Weve purchased here before and next time we need a mattress I just need to remember to go here first.

We were very impressed with the sales team and how they were able to show you how the beds were made. We believed, and still believe, that what they make and sell is superior to what other places offered for a reasonable price. What a difference having a new bed makes on the quality of sleep, and how you body feels when you wake up in the morning.

I bought an AWESOME mattress from this company a few years ago, moved to a new place, and found I needed a new headboard. I didnt want the old one I had that matched my furniture. It typically is not possible most places to buy just a headboard (I dont like footboards). HOWEVER, they were redoing their bed head/foot sets, and the owner told me that I could buy just the headboard and not the rest of it. The delivery guys were nice as well...they even flipped my huge king mattress for me. A win-win all the way.

All around amazing! We had been looking for reviews, sales and researching all of the new mattress terminologies flying around out there. I have learned that so called sales are not sales. The adjectives being used in the descriptions of mattress are a trick to make you feel you are getting something you need or its better! We walked into the Original Mattress Factory with no intentions on buying that day. We wanted to test out a few mattresses to help us determine the style and firmness that would work for us as a couple. The sales associate didnt pressure us at all, and the prices were clearly marked. They also had open samples by each mattress to show you the actual materials used in your mattress and or box springs. Once we decided to buy, he took our information/payment, instructed us where to park and then a super friendly person came out with our order. We both are sleeping so much better. Im so happy with my set. I ordered the Orthopedic firm. This place has wonderful customer services and a great warranty.

The showroom was very nice....but that was the highpoint of our mattress purchasing experience at the Original Mattress Factory.The floor sample they showed us was very nice, we decided to purchase it. The sales staff are not pushy at all, and they teach you exactly why they have good mattresses. They have cut open other brands and explain each part of the mattress.I like the feel of my mattress and they offered to add stiffeners around the outside edges where we would be sitting to get into bed.Their delivery team are friendly and take care not to damage anything.

Seven years ago we bought a king sized orthopedic double pillow top mattress and box spring set from The Original Mattress Factory. Four years ago we moved into our new house and noticed that over time, the mattress deteriorated rapidly. A couple days ago I realized we had a ten year warranty on the mattress so I called them and had someone come out and take a look at it. They said they wanted to take it back to the factory and peel it off layer by layer to see if they could find the issue.They found the issue. The moving company we hired four years ago bent it in half the wrong way (theres a hinge built-in to bend it in half, they chose to do it the other way) which completely bent the entire spring unit and rod assembly inside the mattress. The owner of the factory on Wilson road said well, we didnt do that, but heres what Ill do. and split the raw cost of the spring assembly with me, 50/50. The total cost to me was $57 with tax, and they delivered the mattress back to my house for free too.They also noticed that the frame wed bought from them had two bent wheels in the middle and replaced those, along with leaving me a spare, for free.So I now have, basically, an entirely new mattress since all the padding was still in excellent condition, for $57. They didnt have to do that, but they did. Suffice it to say, they have my business for life now.

We originally bought a mattress online from QVC (big mistake). We went to the Original Mattress Factory after seeing recommendations on FB, very impressed with their showroom, the salesperson was not pushy and let us decide and not hover, the delivery process was super easy and quick. Great experience and would highly recommend!

I was greeted at the door by Jared. He was very informative. He answered any questions that I had. He even took me a tour of the factory. I did not feel any pressure at all to buy. It is this kind of customer service that makes me want to go back again.

The only place to buy a mattress in Columbus. The delivery charge was great and they hauled the old stuff away for a small fee. The delivery was prompt and the delivery men courteous and professional. Low sales pressure only good information. A very pleasant experience.

Greg Thorne did a great job telling us about the different mattresses. Hes a great no-pressure salesman. We ended up buying the Orthopedic Ultra Firm because we already knew we love it. Its what we already own, and Ive told everyone Ive ever talked to about mattresses that Original Mattress Factory is the only way to go.

Had to order a custom sized orthopedic mattress . They not only gave us a tour of the manufacturing process but educated us in the various ways the guts of a mattress are put together. After all that, we not only got just what we needed custom made but it was done in 3 days!!!😀😁 Service was spectacular and the manager Greg was awrsome service when I came to pick it up. They build them. They sell them. No gimmicks and no pressured sales. They show you how mattresses are made and explain how and why their mattresses are different. They were very helpful helping us select the right mattress. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattre.

I did not like the Original Mattress Factory, air mattresses didnt seem to match up to bigger name brands yet they were looking for name brand prices, perhaps even more. They also give a pretty hard sell despite claiming that they dont work on commissions.

When we originally walked in we were not planning on buying today. We were just going to look and see what we thought. Soon enough that plan changed. We walked in the Door And we were greeted by an amazing man named Jim Lett. He took us back to show us where the mattresses were made.He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy at all. We spent a total of 2 and a 1/2 hours looking and trying to decide. Our biggest concern was a bed holding up with a larger person sleeping on it. He put our fears at rest and made sure we got the best type of bed for us. Offered to put in extra supports on the edge of the bed at no charge. I was so pleased. We were treated so wonderfully we will be lifetime customers for sure!!! We are now looking forward to having our new bed delivered and getting some good sleep. I cannot speak highly enough of Jim Lett and how he took such amazing care of us!! Thank you so much!!!!!

The sales experience was nonexistent. I looked up and knew what I wanted so I just grabbed a sales person and had them write up the order. The product is the real problem. Had the mattress 2 years and its been done for a while. Trying to hang in there and get my $ worth but oh God is it uncomfortable. The floor is way better. Advice: go Amazon and go low. If you err, at least youre not out a lot. Gave these guys a grand for very little. OK but not recommended

I have never written reviews before but the sales people here were so good that I couldnt wait to write a good review for them. We are from India and we had very little knowledge about the bed frames and mattresses in United States. (We dont have box springs in India). Jeff was our sales person. He not only educated us about the mattress but also told us how we could care for it to make it last longer.We went there to just buy one mattress but the prices were so reasonable that we bought a bed and another mattress as well! It was one of those moments when I knew I was putting my money to right use.I absolutely loved their service and I will highly recommend this place!
