It’s one of the famous JCPENNEY store here in Polaris area. This is located in Polaris fashion mall. This store has two floors and accessible outside the mall and inside the mall as well. This is pretty big store and has all the departments. This store is accessible from wheelchair. Store is clean, neat and Friendly staff.

The wife, daughter and I came to this location at Polaris Mall to shop for clothes for my daughters Easter. We were really impressed with how clean, neat and stocked the store was. The cashiers and customer service was very great. The selection of clothes was plentiful with many different brands. We really enjoyed shopping in this location. We will definitely be back. The shopping experience was excellent.

We are very disappointed with this friggin place….we bought a bunch of jewelry during their last blow out jewelry sale. Some pieces I knew what we were getting and most of them appraised in my favor….however one piece, a 14k 24” solid gold chain that retailed for over $5600 and we paid,with warranty just over $1900 and it only appraised for $950…..yes I am well aware of gold prices change but never that much. I am seriously thinking of taking legal action….DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A RIP OFF

Limited employees, limited stock on hand. But went after a couple pairs of good socks, found them. Priced well, and on sale. Win, win.

2/27/21...Stopped by here while in town for the weekend with my family. I found a couple of really cute dressy shirts on clearance for myself, some clearance leggings for my daughter & my fiance found some dress pants he needed for work. The cashier was very pleasant & accommodating. Wish Id gotten her name.

Went looking for dresses with my daughter. She found several fairly quickly, we look and find an employee to show us to the fitting room, she tries them on, and finds one that fits that she likes. Only downside was that we couldnt easily find a checkout.

Nice store with a variety of collection across all departments. Staff is very friendly and store is pretty clean. Ordered items for home and some clothing as well as store pick up.. Two levels of store gives ample amount of good atmosphere.

Good department store after losing few department stores (SEARS). I shop there when I need like belt. Proud of this store.

They are trying. Never been a Pennys shopper, but last 3 times I walk thru, I bought...

They offer good deals frequently. But you need to wait in queue so long to pay. If you shop 30min, you might end up waiting 10-15min in queue. Slow service.

The staff is nice but the store closed all fitting rooms except one for all men, women, boys, and girls. There is no staff nearby to watch the dressing room. The opened dressing room is in the womens section on the upper level. I hope they would open a fitting room on the lower level.

Except for a couple of designers, you need to buy 1 or 2 sizes bigger. Dont have that problem anywhere else except cheep merchandise, then you expect it.

Simple...I love Penneys! I grew up shopping there and now my kids love shopping there too! Always one of our favorites...nice athletic, casual, and even fancy dresses for kids...they sell up to size 20 for kids which is awesome cus most places stop at 16/18

One and Done! I needed a dress for my sons upcoming wedding. After searching online, I decided to visit Penneys because I liked many of the styles they carried. At the store, I was happy to find the dress that was pretty much my favorite. It fit perfectly, just needs to be hemmed. Bonus: It was also on sale! The associates were helpful and friendly. One visit, one dress tried on, mission accomplished! Hallelujah! Just an all around great shopping trip!

Terrible experience today. Chyllis, employee was rude to my granddaughter, scolding her when I was trying on shoes. She didnt know I was nearby. My granddaughter was upset and so was I!

Where are your employees on the mens lower level?Couldnt find any help or a register open to check out.Good way to keep loosing business and sales.Not good.

My husband purchased a pair of shoes. The shoes were on sale. Price was fair and in our budget. Shoe dept needed attention. Boxes were open, shelves were in disaray and gave the appearance that dept was ignored. First impressions are important. Other parts of the store looked great. Lois checked us out. Good customer service.

Love this store. Perfect place to buy age appropriate clothing for mature wen. Also has quite a nice selection of fashion for younger wen. Prices are great and theres always good sales.

My daughter and I stopped here on New Year’s Day. We were return-exchanging some Xmas items. It wasn’t very busy that morning yet didn’t really get a lot of help. (Hung over?) The last time I was here was during back to school.. At that time it was like a bomb went off in there. I’ll give 3/5 due to unhelpful staff.

Still a favorite. Merchandise quality has improved and the pricing is awesome.

I havent been in a JCPenneys in a very long time. The store was nice and clean. Which to me is a big plus. But the staff acted like you were bothering then. So I just left without purchasing anything.

Im usually very satisfied shopping at jc Penney. But today found a table with toddler pants and shirts with no price sign above. Used my jc Penney app on my phone to scan prices to see if on sale. Showed really cheap so was purchasing quite a few items for my grandson and great grandson. Got to register and rang up full price. They said they couldnt honor what jc Penney app showed. Very disappointed.

Some really good sales available. Super inconvenient they were only operating one changing room upstairs and the escalator was not operating and the elevator was not well marked.

I bought a Liz Claiborne purse, that was really overpriced considering the material its made of. Clearance racks were pretty good. Nice items for fraction of original price. The staff at the counters were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the stock

Overpriced with jewelry. Service was decent. A 300.00 10k necklace will cost you 1k. I get mark up, but 600.00 is a little ridiculous. My advice on gold buyers. Go to pawn shops where the pricing is fair.

Had almost everything that I needed. Had to order dress shirts online. Was told it would be delivered between Oct 24-28. I needed it for Oct 31. Wasnt shipped out until Oct 30. Received Nov 2.

I had a simple even exchange and had to go all the way down to the 1st floor. I was told returns and even exchanges were being done differently due to cov-19. Nothing was different they scanned the return shirt and the one I was getting. That could have been done at the misses register. No other retailer is putting their customers through these hoops. Have no desire in the near future or will recommend jcp.

No customer service available. One open register in entire store, with a cashier who was overwemled with two customers. When he could not scan my purchase he handed it back to me. Not my fault or my responsibility. I left without my intended purchases .

Good selection, but the store is slightly crowded and chaotic because of the amount of items. There’s usually some sort of sale going on which is very helpful. Registers tend to get backed up which causes some “animated” customers. Wouldn’t expect any less out of a department store.

Great service and prices. I like being able to try on clothes, see the real colors, and feel the fabric before purchasing. I can pick up /return online orders easily!

Curbside pickup doesnt work. I followed the instructions on the confirmation email but noone showed up. I called the store and I was put on hold for over 25 minutes and noone came back to the phone.

We went to JC Penneys portrait department and loved the professional photos of our kids. The photographers were very patient while waiting for our kids to settle down! Great photos...we have been using them for nearly five years.

We went to the photo studio. Our photographer was amazing. Our two year old was moving around and she still got good ones. Only downside was it was like mine million degrees there. The rest of the store was laid out nicely. Got a lot of shopping done.
