Store was a little shorthanded like every else. Found some things to be a little pricey (my own opinion) but I did find a few deals.

Found a life-changing rack to neatly put my new bags, and all my bath and body works candles, sprays and such upon. It worked for me!

My husband bought me this really cool 3D book frame, when we got to the register we noticed some slight chipping. The cashier gave us 10% off. When we got home and opened it we noticed a lot more damage, to the point it needed returned. We drove 20 min to exchange it. The only other ones they had were also damaged. After looking over each one, we selected the best one with minimal damage, but still damage. At the register they returned our original, then rang up the new one, now for a higher price. We asked if we could still get the 10% because it was still slightly damaged. The cashier said no, but got the manager. The manager listened to us for 30 seconds and told us no. We explained it was still slightly damaged, but not as bad as original and we had to drive 20 minutes to come back. Instead of giving us the 10% she was rude and treated us like we were trying to cheat the system. We decided against buying the new one and even though we planned to return for future items, we will no longer shop at this store. Instead of selling us a slightly damaged item at a 10% discount, they would rather lose the sale all together.

I love at home! My Mom and I scored some really great deals. I decided to buy a jasmine candle for $9.99, My mom bought a rug for her bedroom for $24.99 and I brought grey organization baskets to put under my vanity.

I love this place! Especially at Christmas time!

I couldn’t help it, with COVID going on I was pretty mortified at the women’s bathroom wall. The bathroom smelled good.. but below the blow dryer has built up thick brown scum. The employees at the register were sweet. I guess I have to be understanding since everyone is under staffed. So enjoy your shopping, but go potty before you leave. And points to whoever has to clean this! I hope 100% they pay you a living wage.

Always a fun place to shop! They were setting out Christmas items the day I was there. And they had sold off most of their Halloween items. Beyond the holiday displays, though, At Home has a huge inventory of chairs, stools, end tables, coffee tables, dishes, vases, lamps... The list goes on and on. Their options in pillows and bedding are great, too!

This store is so refreshing. I visit regularly and the associates are always so pleasant and helpful. Not to mention the inventory is like no other. Its a designers dream.

Very disappointing. Prices much higher then Home Goods and many many empty shelves. Would not waste time going there.

Love this place. If youre looking for household goods and nick knacks you will love it also. Prices are reasonable but some items do appear a bit high.

Selection is low for summer items, especially furniture, but we found containers for large flower boxes/containers. (It is late July so wasnt surprised that summer items were almost gone. )

Super. Impressed! I dont say that often. They have tons of stuff that seems to be at good or great prices. Not everything. Some of their furniture I felt was over priced. However, many of the smaller things needed to decorate were 100% on point here. Selection and price are great. Spent way more money here than Ill admit to. Recommend stopping in to decorate inside or outside!

Best place ever for home goods! Found the perfect umbrella ($4.49) and chair cushions (b1g1 1/2 off) with of one of the best workers there! I didnt get her name but I will visit again and look for her!

Absolutely awful customer service.They do not answer phones, and if they do Associates act burdened by asking simple questions.The store itself is also located in a fairly unsafe area of town.

I like At Home stores for displays and fixtures for a retail store. Recently visited this location and they seemed really short on inventory. Lots of empty shelves. Still a good selection just about any and everything.

Great stuff good price

I am only giving this place 3 stars because this particular location is always empty. I also bought a mirror from here and when I went to hang it up the hook that was screwed into the mirror broke immediately. The mirror was poorly/cheaply made. I know this store had nothing to do with that. (They did refund me with no issue which was great.) However this location like I said never seems stocked up enough. So I will continue to go to the one in Polaris.

Always find something neat for your home. Cool little gifts for friends. Just had a good, friendly, experience with the staff and the store in general. The prices were really reasonable. Good place to shop for your household needs.

If you like home decorating, this is a place you can easily spend a couple of hours if you have the time to walk and browse every aisle like I did. Not long ago I signed up for their customer rewards program, and was delighted to receive a 10% off coupon via email. Would be even nicer if it was 20% off like the coupons from Bed Bath & Beyond, but in my opinion At Home is far more reasonable, so any savings you get is an added bonus.

Good place to shop for home goods

Looking pretty empty on a lot of shelves, disappointing.

One of my favorite places for home goods and decor! I also love how they have little scenes that are staged throughout the store with items for sale. Really shows off how their products can look and work in a space. Patio furniture, curtains, mattresses, wall art (really wonderful selection), picture frames, kitchen utensils, lamps, rugs, dog beds and toys, small furniture, bar stools (large variety), and so much more. They have it all!

Must be between seasons, their were quite a few empty shelves.

First time in an At Home. I was impressed. Loved their clearance table...lots of good deals on nice merchandise. Here you can find just about anything you need for inside and outside your home. Store was very well organized and clean. The cashier that checked me out was so nice, efficient and friendly. I would recommend people visit At Home... I will be back.

Was not happy with my shopping experience. Got my purchase and standing in line and there was only one cashier and there was a long line so I just left. Was not happy.

First time being here At Home, saw it from street as we drove by headed to a different store. Thought it might be a furniture store but its not. Its a home and housewares store which includes small furniture items like bar stools and chairs, things like that. Its warehouse si,e and style with a very wide variety of items, decor and more. Not what we were looking for but we will be back when we are looking for nic-nacs, pictures or other decor items and ideas.

Great place to find furniture and decorations for your home. Everytime you go there is always something new.

This location compared to the others is why its a 3 star. Not nearly as big so a lot less selection.

Customer service isn’t that good!! I overheard a WORKER speaking about another worker to CUSTOMERS totally not ok!! Management needs to get it together.

I bought a patio chair for $50.00 rocker and asked to have the chair taken to my car. The store manager agreed to take it for meHe was not nice at all, very impatient and snotty with me. It would not go in the backseat so I needed to put it in my hatchback which took a minute. He stormed back into the store with my paid chair and told me When you get it together come back to the store and pull your car to the door. I did this.I would not buy the rest of my patio furniture from that store. I went and bought my patio table elsewhere because of the poor quality treatment by that store manager.He is better off with no education working in some garage or warehouse job so he does not deal with customer.The female supervisor brought my chair out to me and was nice and helpful. Fire him and make her the store manager.He was awful.Concerned resident of Reynolds. Please reply

I spend way to much time in this store. Love the array of accents and artifacts. Furniture is okay, good for staging not the best for everyday use. Love the rugs selection, mirrors and wall art.Very hard to go into this store and come out empty handed l.

SO much to choose from! If you cannot find decor in this place you arent trying. Great deals especially on clearance! The rug selection and the prices of rugs alone is a reason to go. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Decent selection but with the spring season I was looking for small planters (around 4). Not enough that have drain holes. Its great if youre shopping for fake plants, otherwise I recommend shopping elsewhere.In other categories it has an interesting selection, and the store is very spacious. Prices range from great to slightly overpriced, depending on the item.

It was my first time at this store. We went to look at their Christmas Trees. They have a very nice selection and the prices are low. We found a tree we liked and brought it home!

This store is extremely large it has just about everything you could think of to decorate your house and outside oh, every year they always have excellence sales on their Christmas items after the holidays and is one of those stores you have to walk through to experience. It is extremely deceiving from the outside, Once you walk in you will see how large the store truly is and how many items they truly have and itll take a few hours to walk through to see everything they do have.

Excellent shopping store for everything that you need to decorate your home. I was amazed at the vast selection of items I could spend hours here looking at all the items.

First, we tried calling to see if they had what we needed in store. After navigating through the automated system, no one picked up, it went straight to another recording saying to speak to someone we must leave a name and number. Once it sent us to the voicemail, however, it said the voice box was full..We drove there and when we couldnt find what we were looking for, we tried finding a worker. The first and only employee I found ignored me and proceeded to the back. We waited 15 minutes while searching and could not find a single employee.Just as well, because while we were leaving, there was only one cashier with 8 people waiting in line. This was at 4:30 pm.We got in our car and called Value City, and they picked up within 10 seconds. Once we walked in, we were greeted immediately and asked if we needed help.

They usually have things I like that’s why I go there. There’s never an associate available to help. They’re always at the entrance and never go in the back to help when I ask for assistance to find something so I stopped asking whenever I’m in there. Need some friendly faces in there too.
