We had the best experience here today at Ashley furniture! Martin did an amazing job answering all of our questions and helping us find some great pieces within our price range. He walked us through the process from start to finish and was extremely friendly and helpful. Also the employee that did our paperwork and delivery scheduling was wonderful to work with as well. She completed all of our payment and delivery tasks in a very timely manner. We will be returning for future purchases, and we recommend this location highly!

This was possibly the worst experience i have ever had in a retail setting. I will be contacting both the better business bureau and the state attorney generals office after posting this review for breach of contract.I purchased a sofa and two recliners the first week in February. I was told it would take 6 weeks for the delivery to come in due to covid. Fine.I had one recliner get delivered in late May; 12 weeks later. In late August, I got 2/3 of a sofa delivered. I was informed about the partial delivery aka unusable furniture until about an hour before the delivery truck arrived.Fast forward another month, and I stayed home from work to get the last piece of the couch. I have a high profile job and taking off work is extremely difficult. The installers NEVER SHOWED UP. I did not get a call, I did not get an email. I did not get a text.After waiting 2.5 hours on hold for customer care, I had to call the store 3x before I got a response. I had briefly spoken to **JORDAN** who stated he had no idea what happened to my order, but he would follow up. Well, he never followed up. After me leaving another voicemail, he called me back and stated that he still doesnt know what happened to my PROMISED FURNITURE that was scheduled to be delivered, but if we are lucky I might get it before Christmas.I have enclosed a picture of my partial couch and the transcript of the voicemail he left me. There were no apologies for my missing a day of work or my partial sofa which was never delivered. Legal action will ensue next for breach of contract.

My daughter paid for a sectional here in August. Was supposed to be delivered in the middle of September. She called after no one contacted her in September and then they said it would not come until late December due to Covid. She spoke with them again today and now it is the middle of January possibly. It you don’t have the products then you should not be able to sell them in your store. Can’t blame everything on Covid forever. They will let you pay in full for your furniture and then they are under no time obligation to deliver it. Poor business practices.

I had a GREAT experience with my furniture purchase. Both my daughter and I purchased furniture. My positive experience was due to our salesman Tim! He was very helpful not pushy. I had some issues with delivery dates he was promptly responsive to my emails. Got everything in order and followed through till the end! I would highly recommend anyone who shops at this Ashley to request Tim as their salesperson for a positive and professional experience!!

Terrible place to buy furniture. Unreasonable wait times for deliveries, terrible customer services, horrible delivery team, damages delivered furniture, half items are missing other all items damaged, my house became a warehouse for there damaged goods. Told me all items would be delivered which was a lie and called me the morning of delivery saying bed was dmged, and I had already moved all my furniture out of the master bedroom, now dont have a place to sleep. wont even call back or pick up their phones at Polaris or call center. Managers do not get back to you and your are a slave to there timings. Overpriced garbage furniture and service, will never buy from them again. I went to their store 3 times to talk to managers waiting for 1 hr while I was 1st in line as they helped other ppl who were buying stuff instead for the commission. Managers lie and not call back. If they dont remove this damaged furniture out of my home in 2 days I am throwing it out to the curb on Mondays trash and bulk pickup.8k+$ order and they dont care about anything, so why should I, do not buy this garbage furniture. Completely useless over priced cheap furniture company.

The worst customer service. I understand delivery dates are being pushed back all over the industry. I have been extremely patient waiting for my couch to arrive that I ordered back in April. Ive asked for updates and no one has returned my calls. Most of the time I cant even get someone in the store to pick up the phone. Like I said, Ive been extremely patient, but my couch being late should not have any effect on the customer service. I would not recommend to anyone

If you decide to go to Ashley furniture, ask for Eston! He is so sweet and compassionate. When I first came in the store I was not 100% sure that I was going to buy because of the long furniture wait times however he knew my urgency to find furniture for two bedrooms and my living room. He asked questions about my style and what kind of timeframe I needed, he looked through the system for all of the items that I liked and told me estimated wait times! He was not pushy and was very compassionate of my situation. Each and every time I go to Ashley I will be shopping with him!

From a 5 star to a 1 star. I know there is a back log of delivery times, Ive used up my vacation time waiting for the actual delivery truck to arrive. I even remodeled three rooms in my house just for the furniture that I bought. Ill be canceling my order if the furniture is not delivered two days after this review is posted. Ive contacted customer care twice only for them to tell me they know nothing about the order. Further, the misuse of marginalized labor at the Gemini Pl location is insulting.

I went to Ashley Furniture at Polaris to purchase a sofa I had identified online, spent about 15 minutes in the store looking at it and browsing other furniture. The 2 salesmen chatting at the counter did not bother to come to ask me if I needed any help. I notice a white couple walk in the door and without hesitation, one of the salesmen immediately approached them and started helping them.I decided to leave.... and headed to Value City Furniture across the street.I have spent several thousands in that store before... not going back to Ashley Furniture..------------------------------------------------------------Contrast with great experience at Value City Furniture... Chuck at the store treated me with courtesy and respect, he answered all my questions and did not tire to show me what was around the store. Made my purchase and the delivery was done by Gordon and Eric, great guys! courteous and professional.

If I could give them a 0 I would, horrible service, ordered a mattress and frame. They said it would be two weeks; they kept moving it every week. Finally after 6 weeks I cancelled my orders and had to return the mattress pad they made me buy in store in my new store card I applied for and take it that day. When finally returning it this week l. I walked in no one could return except for a manager and he was busy. I asked for a confirmation call to let me know that the charges had been reversed and was told it was sitting in the managers to do folder two days later. I asked for a manager but one was not there. Only the managers can do returns and they are never available. So I now have to call back to talk to the store manager at 2pm to get a simple return completed. Horrible service, don’t buy from them you won’t receive your merchandise and have to do all the work to get them to help you get fully refunded. They say it Covid but I went to Sleep Outfitters and and mattress in two days - comparable in price and quality. They also do not use a third party for deliveries!

Is the first time we buy a furniture in this store and never again, we was agree to receive part of the order but when the delivery came they left the bed with out the rails for the bed we wasn’t able to put the box spring because the size of the rails was wrong size and the other bed they just said one part was broken and the costumer service was supposed to contact us, so they leave a big box in the room doing nothing just taking room we not even able to put the old bed back to the room because of this they was supposed to contact us but they never did we went to the store and the person said he’s going to leave a message for them contact us but nothing, is so bad how the costumer service works, we was almost 1 hour in the phone and they never respond to as.no communication with the costumer is so rude.We always buy furniture at value city we never had this problem anything happens with our order we have someone to help but this store is so wrong 😑

Order fulfillment is an absolute disaster. There is nothing that has gone right with our order. There is a piece of our sectional that hasnt come after 3 months, and seems to have disappeared from their tracking system the day after it was scheduled to be delivered. I would never urge anyone to shop here.Follow-up: after calling their offices, the order was marked as fulfilled, and nobody knows where it is

Ben is fantastic. Asks probing questions to get to what youre looking for. Very easy to work with and exceptional customer service. 5/5 for service. 3/5 for communication after the sale (the company not Ben) Our sofas have been delayed 7 times since we bought them, going well past the original expected date with zero communication on why or when to expect them. Very frustrating for someone who is expecting to move soon and stuck in limbo on where my order is.

If they tell you an item is in stock, don’t believe them. We were made to believe the item was in stock for our move in date but then we’re told it was out of stock a fewDays later. The item has been pushed back multiple months. They lied to us to get the purchase and continue to deceive when we will get the furniture. Knowing this up front would have been helpful.

We ordered a kitchen table from Ashley HomeStore. Paid in full, including fees to have the table delivered and assembled. When delivery day came the contractors unwrapped the table but they did not have any hardware (screws/washers) to actually assemble the new table. They left the disassembled table in our dining space. No idea when we will have hardware to assemble ourselves...Customer service has been hard to work with so far.

Initially worked with Vic and purchased my first proper furniture set in February 2021. Unfortunately we live in the current world where everything is back ordered and timelines keep extending. It’s been over 3 months and only 1 piece showed up. Fast forward to today. I called and worked with Amber, who without skipping a beat rather than admitting defeat or just giving me my money back, adapted to the situation and found a solution of helping me get something similar, in stock and delivered to me by the deadline I set for her. Great service and would work with them again.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a sofa. Originally we talked with Nick, the manager in the store and then called back and placed the order over the phone with Amber. Nick was very accomodating and answered all of our questions. Both of them were amazing to work with. Amber was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting our order processed efficiently. They also matched the price online, which was slightly lower. Delivery will be Thursday!

The worst buying experience I have EVER had. I will NEVER shop at Ashley HomeStore or recommend them to anyone. They are big on sales, sales, sales, and no delivery. We were over promised when we ordered our outdoor patio set. We were told delivery would take 2-4 weeks. We received 1 of 3 pieces after 6 weeks of waiting and have been waiting an additional 6 months for the other 2 pieces. Tried calling and emailing to cancel the remainder of the order and get a refund and can never get ahold of anyone. I am still trying to get ahold of someone at this store to help and no one will answer any communications. It is a real shame their lack of customer service. Do not purchase from this store.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the assistant manager I spoke with yesterday afternoon. I purchased two pieces in March, one to be delivered the following week and the other was on back order. First piece, got a call the delivery driver was on his way then never showed up. Somehow my delivery date was changed and no one consulted me on that change. The new delivery date was after I needed the mattress for my guest room, so we had to go pick it up! Back ordered item was promised in April, just arrived on Friday (end of June, 2.5 months after promised) with zero updates from my salesman. When the delivery driver arrived with it, I could see the box was damaged. I asked him to wait 1 minute while I opened the box to which he refused and told me he didn’t have time to stand around while I inspected the piece and walked out of my house. I called customer service and waited on hold for 40 minutes. The customer service guy couldn’t tell me how I could get my refund and told me to call the store. They don’t answer their phone! His next response was to drive down there and talk to someone. I expressed my displeasure with his response and he hung up on me! So I did get in the car and drive to the store only to find out the refund is in process!This store is a mess! If you want your furniture on time and in good quality, don’t shop here. If you want a salesperson who will actually provide any level of service, don’t buy from John Baroni.Looking forward to getting this busted piece of furniture and Ashley Homestore out of my life on Wednesday!

Compare to other furniture stores it has more collection and designer products. Staff is friendly and supportive.Saw some nice living room suits, chaise lounges, ottomans, dining room tables and a number of recliners and lift chairs.Cons: Could have little more spacious and have low budget items. Also, i feel like they should improve product delivery service by reducing the transportation and installation costs which may help with sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The positive - Amber, the sales person at the Ashley store has been outstanding. Extremely helpful, very positive, very friendly. She helped us picked out an entire bedroom and living room set and assisted in getting everything to match. She has also been extremely responsive and helpful in keeping us updated on the delivery of our furniture. This is important because customer support is non existent. Call all you want, no one will answer. Same goes for calling the store. Thank god Amber gave us her cell phone #. Also, you can’t track your shipping online. They say u can but u can’t. If it wasn’t for Amber, we would so so angry because we would have had no idea when our furniture was going to ship. Thanks Amber for all your help.

Worked with Amber via Facebook and my experience was really really good. Amber was very quick in responding to questions and super accommodating in helping us find the right piece that we were looking for. We had a small issue when the furniture was delivered but they made it right immediately and got us fixed up before the holidays. The price was in line with their competitors and they even did a price match to ace me a few bucks. I would shop there again for sure and would highly recommend you to ask for Amber.

It is very nice store for shooping only for delivery it is like........ we ordered dining table at the month of September 2020 it is may 2021 till now we received only chairs didn’t received dining table. customer service is very bad and we went to store directly several times but no use. we waited to meet manager for 3hr with 2yr old baby while meeting manager also no use. we contact customer service several times but no use we don’t know is we get our dining table at this end of the year or not is they are planting trees to make my dining table please use good fertilizer so In my experience Ashley is good store for window shooping only(waste of time and money) very very worst experience with Ashley.....

****UPDATE****Was told our order was in and they didn’t call to set a delivery date as we were told they decided that themselves. I called to reschedule and lady said to call back with the date and as long as it was paid in full they would hold it. Called to set delivery and they said the table was on back order til September! And they delivered my table to someone else. Employee was so rude and said if you set delivery for the bench and reschedule it she would allow it to be delivered in someone else order - but couldn’t tell me why they decided to send my table some where and now I have to wait 2 months. WORSE STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Went in store and purchased a table. Week later my account showed a refund and no one from store ever called. Called the store the associate answered and he checked my account and said purchase was voided the next day and no notes were on the order for why. He advised he would have a manager get back with me to figure out what’s going on. No one called, I called store several times and no one answered. After being on hold for almost 15min another associate said no managers were in and some should get back with me on Monday. I asked is there any one that could help or look up my account and she said there were other people she was helping before me and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the customer service of this store. And still have no clue why my purchase was voided out on a table I purchased. Can anyone from customer service help???

Got a great deal on a table set and worked a delivery in the deal, however the delivery men were horrible and careless. We moved into our brand new newly built home and day two of being in there they dented and damaged the outdoor siding, frame and our trim in three different rooms. The entry is very open so there werent any big obstacles. Id never buy another item from here just because of their carelsssness no matter how good the deal is. Now we need to deal with the delivery manager who we havent heard from in now three weeks. the store didnt even care andbhad no interest after we paid for the table just another sale to them . Now we are waiting on contractor estimates from the delivery center again three weeks later. We have to stay on top of finding contractors on our own along with the center finding contractors too, stay on top of them to keep our house a priority and take time eventually off work when they eventually do fix it. Just a lot of stress and work for something that should of been avoided. Its interesting we had value City also deliver a week later..a bed, entertainment center and mattress and had no issues. So really it shows who cares about doing a good job and cares about the customers. The table we bought also the paint keeps chipping and the table extension they cracked in half so we had to throw away the leaf.NEVER EVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I will NEVER buy from Ashley Homestore ever again. I bought a bed in Sept. and it took 2 months for the delivery. Two months after that the bed completely broke while we were sleeping in it. It took them a week to come out and determine they needed to replace the side rail which needed to be ordered. That was nearly 2 months ago, I called to get a status update since there has been no word from them and they only JUST NOW ordered the side rail which can take up to 3 weeks to get in. So by the time we get the bed fixed, it will be 7 months AFTER the initial call of it breaking. They will not refund me at this point, and there is no guarantee when it will be fixed. Meanwhile, every time we sit on the bed or move around the least bit, it breaks even more.Moral of my story, BEWARE OF BUYING ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have a really bad experience, I bought furniture worth 12000$ in September 2020 and havent received my complete order, sales representatives at the store asks me to call the customer service and the customer service wont respond or tells you lies about the delivery dates, if you want to buy something from this store it will take more than 6 months for delivery, all the estimated delivery dates given by sales representatives are just lies to sell their furniture.I still havent received my entire order, and no one helps me.

Do not buy from here! Purchased my furniture in December and was told that it would be here in February then March now maybe May!Horrible place. You can’t call anyone in customer care because they don’t pick up their phones. Read reviews on this company. Some people have been waiting almost a year for their furniture. **!!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!**I left the review below 2 months ago and nothing has changed since. I still haven’t received my furniture after paying Ashley’s furniture on Gemini place $1300 plus cash. My order was placed initially on 12/30/20.My entire experience has HORRIBLE. As you may notice a trend of reviews prior/after mine, the store doesn’t help. And customer service doesn’t want to help because the order wasn’t done with them.“So this was probably one of the worst sale experiences I’ve had to date. I worked with a sales representative by the name of Tara. She was not forthcoming at all throughout the sales process and I do not recommend her if you decide to visit this particular Ashley’s furniture store. I asked about payment options regarding the purchase of a sectional. She proceeded to give me finance options which would effect my credit score and have interest included. If it weren’t for my own prior knowledge of there progressive program(interest free payments if you are able to pay off item within 90 day period and no credit check involved), I highly doubt she would’ve ever mentioned it. We then proceed to go through the application process for progressive and Tara advised me that I would not have to do automatic payments. That wasn’t true. Lo and behold, I needed to do automatic payments in order to qualify for the progressive program. Which I wasn’t comfortable with. On top of this, Tara added $200 insurance on the sectional without my knowledge(IT PAYS TO READ PEOPLE). I immediately asked her to remove this. Tara then agreed to throw in two display pillows with the purchase of this sectional. She proceeded to grab the pillows and bring them to me. Causing me excitement. She then put on the phone with progressive to speak to a representative about the option of doing automatic payment. The progressive representative advised me that this would unfortunately not be an option at that time, but I could call after the furniture has been delivered to switch this apparently. This all became too much of a headache for me at this point and I advised Tara that I would rather just pay in cash and be done. Tara then walks over to her desk and for about 30 min I wonder the stir waiting for her to “finish up paperwork”-her words not mine. After waiting an half an hour I approach the desk to finalize my purchase and I noticed that the cost is higher than I had originally anticipated/calculated. Tara was now charging me for both pillows. This was extremely infuriating. More than another because Tara had not been forthcoming with anything at this point. I had to ask her about every single detail of the order in order for her to even give me the details. Things such as, total cost, delivery date time frame, delivery options, etc. I felt like I was the one selling me a couch at this point. It was clear to me at this moment that Tara was just in it for the sale. Which hey, I respect the hustle. But I could never respect the dishonesty and poor character traits displayed during our interaction. And to top all of this all. After paying for my item, and walking towards the exit door. I hear Tara and a fellow employee I’m assuming high five each other in celebration of a sale closed. And to make things worse, I asked Tara when should I expect to have this item delivered and she advised me that it will be delivered late January 2021 to mid February 2021. I just got off the phone with Ashley/Morris furniture and they have advised me that the item won’t even in stock until AFTER 2/26/21. And I still do not have a delivery date. The representative then advise me that this information isn’t new and that my sales rep(Tara) should’ve known and disclosed this information to at the time of the purchase. Which she clearly did not.This was by far the worst experience I have had in a very very very long time. Disappointed would an understatement for this experience and your sales team should be ashamed for such poor business practices. I do not recommend this Ashley furniture store. Nor do I recommend anyone to work with Tara.”

We are extremely disappointed at the service we got. We ordered furniture 4 months ago and still didn’t get everything. It’s so frustrating to even get hold of anyone at customer service and delivery. Our dinning table came missing parts and it’s taking them a long time to address this issue. On multiple occasions, I was on hold for over an hour without getting any resolution. Unfortunately they don’t even notate the issue so the following customer service agent can properly help. We have been an Ashley customer fo a while but after this horrible encounter, I will not be shopping there again.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture company in my life. The delivery guys arrived off the bat with regular street clothing on, did not identify themselves, and were not even wearing masks. When I opened the door to see who it was he just said “I got your furniture.” Which was very strange and threw me off quite a bit. He then shoved past me and began walking into my house with a piece of furniture I had already canceled 2 days prior over the phone, yelling “Where you want this?!” And I tried to explain that I had already canceled that order. All while this is happening, this guy is walking around my house without even the first word from me in dirty shoes, mind you this is a rental property that just had new WHITE carpet installed, and he did not even put shoe covers on. I do not even wear shoes in that house. He tracked dirt, debris, and leaves all throughout the house. I was also very upset that they would not put on a mask. My family was there helping me and my father is extremely high risk with several co-morbidites that could result in him being very vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. We are still in the midst of a pandemic and I was even wearing my mask in my own home, whereas they would not even offer to do so. After this, they were very careless about bringing furniture in and even slammed pieces against my walls and ceiling. I just had this house painted last month for the new tenants and now there are marks everywhere and even a crack in the ceiling where they hit it so hard with the corner of the couch. Once the furniture was placed inside the home, and somewhat assembled the men just started walking towards their truck. They did not even say they were finished and I ran out to ask if they were going to finish putting the bed together because I noticed missing pieces as well as the slats not being bolted down. One man responded “those parts weren’t in the box. Call up Ashley furniture.” Then he pulled out before I could even ask where other entire furniture pieces were. I was still missing furniture from the order that was also scheduled to arrive that day. No one once asked if I was satisfied with my order, if everything looked okay, or if I had any questions or concerns. They also did not even inform me when they were leaving, they just got up and left. They left garbage and trash all throughout my yard and debris were blowing all across my neighborhood. No one cleaned up after themselves inside or outside of the home, they damaged my home, they did not deliver entire pieces of furniture, and did not even complete the setup of certain pieces, they tore a hole in the top of the couch while sliding it across my front door trim, and put the cushions in the ground outside resulting in permanent dark brown stains in a white couch. They were rude, unprofessional, and worst of all, they may have potentially exposed myself and my family to the deadly COVID-19 virus. I will never EVER shop at Ashley or Morris furniture again. This left me more upset that to have no furniture at all. I would rather deal with a more professional company or assemble the furniture myself in the future. When calling customer service they put you on hold for 90 minutes at a time, then make you call back just to go through it all over again. I also had extreme difficulty canceling items that were not delivered. I still am not sure if they were properly canceled or not, mind you, I ordered 10 pieces of furniture from this store and only successfully received 4. One person in this whole experience was helpful and her name was Brandy in customer service, and I say that because she called me back when she said she would to arrange the delivery of missing pieces for the bed. Which is going to now arrive 3 weeks after expected.

Took a YEAR, yesterday we just got the furniture. we ordered early June, OF LAST YEAR! service was bad, they came 5 times, 1. brought a mirror and parts of the bed and wrong nails. 2. wrong nails 3. WRONG NAILS AGAIN! 4. all furniture except bed, 3 months later the came with the bed. BUT HALF OF THE PARTS WERE GONE!!!! We are pleased with our purchase from Ashley Furniture Polaris. Our salesman, Tim, made the selection process fun and kept in touch with us about delivery updates. Our initial delivery date was delayed, but Tim warned us that would likely happen as the initial date seemed unrealistic. The actual delivery date was one month out, and the furniture arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered. I would advise customers to get your sales person’s contact info and deal with him/her directly to avoid the experiences others have had with poor customer service from the company directly.

Update 9-8-2021 Still no furniture. I have stopped receiving the biweekly delivery update emails because they’re not able to give me a delivery date because they filled more orders than they could handle and do not want to admit it. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. There are multiple other complaints with the exact same issue. They only have a week or so left to respond to my complaint. If they fail to respond I will be seeking legal counsel.Update 7-10-2021 Ashley Furniture is now unable to provide an estimated delivery date on my order. I was given a typical corporate response citing Covid as an excuse even though Ive purchased furniture from Big Sandys and Havertys and received both orders within 3 weeks as promised. I requested that my order be refunded. I purchased this order during their Free Furniture Election Promotion. I shouldve read the contract closer because it states no refunds are allowed. Its criminal that during a global pandemic, a large corporation can hold onto your money interest free and give you no real timeframe of when you can expect the product that you paid for in full 7 months prior. My order currently states it will be ready May 26, 2021. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. This is a Class Action Lawsuit waiting to happen, and I cannot wait to join in on it. Ashley Furniture/Morris Home has lost a customer for life.

He worked at our pace as we were thoughtful about the options (i.e., didnt rush us in making decisions), he honored our preferences and budget (i.e., didnt try to upsell us), and he ensured that the pieces we bought worked well together and with our aesthetic. The salesperson is only responsible for selling. After the sale is over, they don’t care about you at all. There is no service, no phone calls, no emails. There is no protection during the delivery of your beloved things. They don’t know what causes scratches, bumps, etc. The delivery staff doesnt care, the sales staff cant find it and dont know what to do now. The delivery staff did not have any epidemic prevention measures, even the shoe covers that should be available when entering someones home. Things dont need to be moved, they just roll around in your house because he feels effortless. Even if it is the matching small box parts for large items, they actually let you go out to get them, instead of sending you home. The delivery time is arbitrary and does not arrive at the agreed time at all. It is simply an intolerable insult. When you are ready to buy your beloved items to make your warm home more cozy, I would never recommend you to buy any items from their company, it may be the beginning of a disaster .

Their sales team was knowledgeable and very helpful. That was a positive experience. The delivery plans, on the other hand, have been painful to say the least. Our new bed and base were supposed to arrive tomorrow. After getting both an email and text confirmation earlier today, we’re just now learning our mattress isn’t in stock for shipment tomorrow. The voicemail was curt and they really didn’t seem to care we had to rearrange our work schedules around them since they only offer delivery in our area Wednesdays. What are the chances that our rescheduled delivery date next week will be the same outcome? More vacation time wasted. Also, I was never able to talk to a customer service representative from the Polaris store. Three separate times I tried to get through and when the call reached 12 minutes the hold music ceased and the call dropped. We won’t purchase from here again.

DO NOT purchase products from Ashley or Morris furniture! I purchased a rocker recliner from Ashley furniture. I waited a month and a half for the chair to be made. It delivered August 6th, it’s September 15th, and the springs are already falling out of the chair. There’s only a 3 day in home manufacturing warranty. Nice warranty Ashley, you obviously understand your product is junk. When you call the customer service line, you’ll be on hold for an hour just to speak to someone. Then, they’ll tell you it’ll be 2 days before a technician can come out. That technician will just do an inspection and may have to come back out to fix the chair. What a joke! Who’s the customer here, Ashley or the consumer? DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEY! Over priced product, if you select to call it that, for junk freight. Go somewhere else and buy quality made furniture. I would’ve gave zero stars! The sales guys, Haughn included, argued over the sale. Should’ve just left without making a purchase.

We were blatantly lied to about pricing and delivery time by the salesmen (particularly Khan, I believe was his name.) We agreed on a price of the multiple furniture sets we were buying but when we saw our credit card, the prices didn’t match the receipt we had been given before we left. We went back in and he was magically with a customer for over 45 minutes (did not see him on the floor at all). We had to leave so we called asked for a call back from him several times and he never returned our call. We went to the store to see him and the girl with the false eyelashes said he’d be with us soon and he never showed up. Also, our delivery date got pushed back three times. The last time we weren’t even informed. We called corporate and the woman was less than helpful and couldn’t even issue a refund. We returned to the store and returned and canceled every piece of furniture we bought from them and will not ever return. Shame on this company and especially Khan who is a scam artist.

They deliver you defective product and the delivery people dont care how to handle the furnitures.To exchange the item of the defective sofa, they sent replacement again with some damages.When we call customer support they are saying they can do one time exchange only and they said if we notice any damages during the time of delivery we should refuse at that time itself before delivery person leave the house. Disappointing and unprofessional. The level of customer service is completely low. They dont care about delivering your furniture on time and sense of commitment is underwhelmed. I ordered my furniture way back in March (Before covid-19) and not delivered till date. Long wait for customer care calls (More than 2 hours). No proper follow ups on emails and no reply on time. I doubt that the upper management such as Supervisors, Store Manager does not know how to do their jobs. I am still struggling to have my Queen size bed at home and I am not sure, when its going to happen. Gave me a compensation offer on my order. But, no action taken on that. Ashleys always finds a way to let me down. After having sworn them off over 3 years ago, against my better judgment, I decided to give them my business because my wife and I saw a few items we REALLY liked. The in-store rep scheduled our delivery date 3 weeks out from the date of purchase. In classic Ashleys fashion, DAYS before our scheduled delivery date, they email us stating there will be a 6 week delivery delay. Well when I first purchased my furniture set they gave me a date that it would be in but when the time came for me to receive it apparantly it ended up being on back order for another 6 months which I already been waiting 2months for..so the manager informed me that I Could wait or just come in and pick something else out . So I chose to pick a new furniture set. When I came in the store I was greeted as soon as I came in. And my sales associate Amber was very helpful and knowledgeable abt what I wanted. She was very pleasant and kind and didnt try to rush me and made me feel at ease when I was already a little upset. So gave me the best option on which sets would be in the fastest and really up front with me. The furniture came exactly when she said and it was very similar to the set I picked out and it was a little cheaper. She followed up on my delivery which she didnt have to do to see if I was happy. Most places after they get the commission you wont hear from them again. So I would def recommend shopping at the Polaris store again if you are looking for some furniture and be sure to ask for Amber.

Worst experience. Do not buy from Ashley. Manager incompetent and has zero empathy. We ordered over 2k worth of furniture as we moved Into our new home. Every piece was delivered late and in an incorrect delivery schedule. one piece at a time and over a 2 month period which was unacceptable. Once items started being delivered, a piece would show up without the other piece that was promised. another would show up without the proper components or shelving; and every time this required a 4 hr window for delivery over our weekend. I was glad to have purchased our furniture on Black Friday and had no problem waiting on it due to the pandemic. But the delivery process and customer care department is terrible. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered Saturday, and we were told to make sure we have things prepared -- so we did, we removed our old furniture, cleared out our entire living room in preparation for the furniture to arrive. At this point, no furniture in my living room, and house is a disaster since didnt want to move everything again in to the living room and out. I got a little nervous Tuesday night because I stil had not received notification about delivery like we did last week. Call Wednesday morning when they open, wait on hold for another 40 minutes maybe, ask for status. What!? My delivery was never scheduled!? Are you kidding me!? Now I have to wait until Friday this week and guess what, no one will be home on Friday. Can they re-arrange someone elses delivery possiibly since Ive been inconviencneced TWICE now and had our house a disaster all weekend till now? Nope, were very sorry, but were already booked -- ok, thanks a lot for terrible customer service. At this point Im scheduled for Friday, but Im not holding my breath. If I could give this store zero stars I would. We purchased a sectional, 9 weeks ago, and the sales person made a mistake. We only received 3 of 4 pieces of the sectional. The store manager, Fatima, avoided talking to me for two full days by refusing to get on the phone when I called and not returning my call. Customer care apparently is “unable” to place orders or solve any problems. I was passed between the store and customer care for 72 hours without resolution. The same couch, from Ashley, is now being sold for $1000 less by a 3rd party retailer. When Fatima finally called me back, she refused to price match and insisted that they were “giving” me the fourth piece of the sectional couch that I paid for and ordered “for free”. It was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. We told them to come pick up the (unusable 3 pieces of a 4 piece) couch. Absolutely ridiculous.

They will push back the time you can get your furniture at least 3 times before you actually receive it. If you want furniture from Ashley you ought to order it at least 6 months earlier than you wish to see it in your home. I have had the absolute worst experience with Ashley Furniture. The table top delivered to me had a stain defect. One of the chairs I purchased also had damage. I went to the store for help returning and exchanging my table top in the 90 day exchange time frame, as I was told by the sales associate there, and the store is unable to help - you have to deal with customer service directly via phone. I’ve called, had a new table set to deliver, and when it arrived it was also visibly damaged. I had a reschedule for a new table top again, had to reschedule my delivery date, spoke with a representative online who said they would contact my delivery drivers, they would be in touch to coordinate a new date - and did not. They still showed up when I was not home and have not tried contacting me to reschedule. Someone from corporate called and said they do not “service Ohio” tried finding me in the system and nothing popped up - which is concerning because I also purchased a warranty protection and there seems to be no record of me.

The bed was delivered and did not come with hardware to make the trundle drawers functional. The drawers are sitting on the floor. Do NOT go to Ashley furniture. They sell you a product, tell you it will be delivered on a specific date, and then they ghost you for months and your furniture is never delivered. We have tried calling our sales representative and calling the store and they all direct you to a generic call center that tells you that Your call will be answered in 20 minutes for three hours - only for them to tell you that you need to speak directly to your sales rep .... a sales rep whose contact information just re-directs you to the call center. Weve had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review avoids this business. We have no idea when we will ever (if ever) receive our couch.

I try to cancel my order and purchase at another Ashley store because I was already in the area doing errands and second guessing my original purchase. The GM at Polaris by the name of “Fatima” REFUSED me to cancel and kept hanging up on me and the other Ashley store GM. Horrible experience. Ordered a sectional in store, was called a few days later by our salesman that one of the pieces was discontinued and we couldn’t get it, even though we were able to order it. After asking for a refund, since we didn’t have a backup option, he called back later that day to say they can get the pieces we needed for our order and we rescheduled our delivery for 7 weeks later. 5 days before our scheduled delivery, we get another call asking if we were going to come in and pick something else out since they don’t have the piece we need. This was all dealing with our salesman who seemed to completely forget our previous conversation where he told us we could in fact get our order. I wish there were zero stars. It was my mistake that I ordered from them even after reading all these comments about bad service, worst quality and never ending wait of furniture to arrive. Those comments are true.So here’s the story:We were looking looking for furniture for our entire house we just moved into and unfortunately we ended up visiting Morris/Ashley. Our order was worth around ~8500 including multiple items for living room, 2 bedroom setups, wine pantry and we other smaller items. While we didn’t have much issue picking smaller items from the store like wall decor, there was major issues with the furniture delivery.First part of our order arrived within couple of weeks(living room setup). The TV console was chipped from the top(Pretty visible damage), end table was out of balance with one shorter leg, visible cracks and chips in one of the books cases. Decker chest also got delivered with this first delivery which had bubbles in the paint. I was more than willing to return the entire batch but I called the sales guy and he insisted that we keep the furniture on the promise that he will get it replaced. So unaware about how this company works, we kept the items and I believe that was the biggest mistake we made.Now we got a call from customer service and they scheduled a technician visit to review/fix the damaged items. He agreed end table has a manufacturing defect and hence I was not willing for him to do the patch work or padding to make it look balanced. That is not why I ordered everything brand new. He also agreed for the replacement of decker chest due to bubbles in paint. So we were like OK till this point.Now starts the wait for the exchange of existing damaged items and delivery of pending items. They never called us regarding the technician visit or what were the next steps. But on 14Nov we got a delivery confirmation for decker bedroom set up and the delivery guy checked the furniture in truck itself and said 2-3 items are damaged so we refused the delivery. Sales guy was still asking us to keep it but whats the point of keeping it now, and keep following up for the replacement.So same day customer service calls to confirm on why refused the delivery and answer was pretty simple “Damaged furniture”. I started telling her all my frustration for so many weeks and how we are wasting our time trying to follow up/ stay home for delivery and ended up not getting anything in the right order. She was resisting at first and then said why did you even accepted the delivery for living room if it was damaged. I was like because my sales guy told me to. Finally she agreed to replace the delivered and damaged items. I was again hopeful that things are falling in place as she said multiple items are now schedule for 11/20 including end table and replacement for chest.Now comes 11/20 and no prize for guessing but the bed set up was again damaged. And there was no replacement chest or end table. They did send the decker mirror but without dresser :) with a 2 yr old in house I don’t want to keep a stand alone mirror on the floor. Delivery guy was helpful as he himself spotted the damage and called customer service to report the return. So the entire delivery again was sent back due to damaged delivery and missing items.I tried calling the store and was unable to reach any of the sales guy. And one person listened to our situation on 11/20 evening but eventually hung up on us may be because it was almost 7pm and thats when they close. But still is it justified? May be not.Only 11/21 I again called the customer service named Patty and she said there are no notes from your last call and that the delivery was not scheduled for end table and chest but it was promised on 11/14 call. So I had to again explain the whole story to her and she didnt sounded much concerned. But said she will talk to her boss and call me back for these 2 items. To be honest I dont think I will ever receive a call or get this whole mess sorted. It may take months based on my current experience with how this company works.
