Mark took the time to describe the features of the each mattress. I have a latex allergy, Mark made sure to point out to me the mattresses that I could not use because of my allergy. He was patient and never condescending as he answered my questions. I can highly recommend Mattress Firm.

We worked with Jennifer at the Morse road location, who was an excellent consultant. She helped us think through our options and compare choices without pushing us in any direction. Would highly recommend asking for her if you’re in the market.

Store personnel are very good and helpful, It is the corporation they work for that can not be trusted to deliver on time. This is not the stores fault as they can only go by what corporate says is available. Ordered a mattress that was supposed to be delivered 8/9. Not available. Rescheduled for 9/16.Notified 9/15 once again not available. Rescheduled for 8/30. NOTE: your credit card will be hit immediately. Three weeks paying for something that is on its way (maybe). Corporation uses COVID as an excuse. Hopefully it will be delivered by Christmas.

Chad H. found me a great Stearns and Foster bed and an adjustable base, I even bought two cooling pillows. I was experiencing #junksleep and needed to upgrade my bed- Chad was the best.

I called another Mattress Firm location to ask if they had a king bed frame we could pick up today, and was basically just told “no”. I thought I’d try calling this location, and I’m SO glad I did! Jeremy told me that although they didn’t have them in the store, I could order one through him and pick it up at the warehouse! Perfect solution! He did extra searching in the system to get us the right products (we also got a box spring at his suggestion, which was on sale and would work even better than what we thought we wanted), and we completed the purchase online and drove right to the warehouse, where some helpful people loaded everything up very quickly! Great experience!

I went to Mattress firm just looking and wanting to see if I would actually like a memory foam mattress instead of the traditional spring mattress. My sales associate Steven was amazing! He made sure to explain the difference between each mattress and asked me questions. That helped him better understand what type of mattress I would actually. He made sure that my mom and I didn’t just sit on the memory foams but that we laid on them as well. That way we could see how they form to your body and to see if I would want it to be firm, medium or plush. It made my experience faster and so much easier when deciding on which mattress I wanted. I will definitely be going to this Mattress Mart again. Thanks again Steven!

Went to Mattress Firm yesterday and have not purchased a new mattress in 8 years. We met an Associate there named Steve and he was incredible. He took so much time in showing my wife and I each different type of mattress and thoroughly explained the difference with each type. When we told him the type of mattress we really like, his 2 recommendations were spot on and not the highest priced ones he had. My wife will be having a Kidney removed and he took the extra time of showing us a retractable frame that works with our mattress. Steve was awesome and I’m telling all my friends and family to go see him!

This was my first time buying a new mattress and was blown away by how kind, helpful, and efficient Steven was. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. He made whats generally a pretty dull experience, sort of fun. I went into Mattress Firm to buy a mattress for my mother. Steve was the sales person on duty. I told him what I wanted and he showed me. Steve said there was a 20% store discount and that made the price competitive with online so I bought it. I went to the warehouse and picked it up. It was quick. Steve was pleasant and helpful.

Easy to do business with and professional with quality products

I had a great experience today at Mattress Firm. I went in to return a bed that I had purchased because after trying it for 60 days I just wasn’t happy. I asked for help finding a bed within my budget that was good for a side sleeper, not mentioning that I had already purchased a bed.The manager on duty, Ryan, took me through a series of tests on 4-5 different mattresses, spending time analyzing my responses and really trying to find the best solution. He wasn’t driving me towards higher-priced items or anything that I wasn’t asking for. I ended up buying two memory foam pillows that I hadn’t planned on getting because of his help.I finally explained what had happened with the original sale and how unhappy I was with the bed, and his demeanor didn’t change. I actually saved money on the bed I got today, even with the pillows, and I think it will be a great fit. Thanks Ryan for the exceptional service.
