We had a knowledgeable team member work with us on our new bed. They however pushed a product that doesnt get good ratings from customers. So I did my own research and found the bed with the best ratings and we did purchase it from Mattress Firm. We are happy with the bed we decided on, the Sealy Hybrid mattress with adjustable foundation. We purchased the sheet and pillow set they push, I DO NOT recommend purchasing the set. The mattress cover is very slippery and continually comes off of the mattress and the sheets are so misshapen they dont stay in place .The pillows are nice but at $500 for the set its just not worth the money. You can get nice pillows much better priced.

We had planned to purchase mattresses from a different store we have used in the past. First and foremost, we liked the mattresses we purchased and Sean was a great salesman. My husband and I are both in sales and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Sean. I am visiting from out of town and needed.a platform bed frame to put an air mattress on, and I needed it TODAY due to surgery in the family and a need to avoid climbIng stairs for several weeks. I couldn’t find one available for same day pickup anywhere! I called the Mattress Firm store and the manager looked into stock and found one even though it wasn’t in the store. Within an hour I was picking it up at the warehouse and my Dad has a comfortable bed on which to spend his first night of recovery. Thank you for saving the day! (And I love the frame! Quick and friendly service when I needed a memory foam mattress the same day!

I went in on Saturday looking for a mattress for my kids. David was extremely helpful in answering questions and pointing me the right direction. I brought kids back on Sunday to let them test out the matresses I was looking at. Against worked with David. When my children liked the feel of another bed (that was more expensive and out of my price range since I was purchasing 2) he was very discreet when telling me it was actually on sale and cheaper than the one I had been looking at. I will definitely go back in the future as I will most likely be needing a new mattress for myself soon!!!

Great customer service from David. This store location is a bit off the beaten path so not a lot of traffic in the store when we were mattress shopping. The memory foam mattresses (not T_____pedic) we bought are good quality at a great price. They do sell the T pedic line if thats the way you roll. The Leggett and Platt adjustable base 600 is doing the job so far. It reclines and vibrates. I have been unable to get it to make breakfast. Save yourself some time and shop at this Mattress Firm.

I just bought my bed today from Brittany at the Polaris location. Brittany was fantastic. I went in Saturday to check out what they had after going to every other matress location. All the others want to sell the highest price. Brittany took the time that day and when I came back after making my final choice to show me what was best for me at the best price. Never pushy like others. Very happy wit my experience.

I was greeted by Jermey. Jermey was very straight forward efficient and new the product well enough to really give me the greatest experience. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how easy it was to feel comfortable and truly invest in my sleep. Jermey from the Polaris store did an amazing job from start to finish. Best experience I’ve had in a retail store in 2020.

I went in this morning to find a twin adjustable bed for my mother I had some definite constraints on time and delivery options.Jeremy and his partner were phenomenal in helping make the selection, finding solutions for out of stock alternatives, and making things work within the parameters given. Most knowledgeable and helpful of all the mattress retailers I talked to. Other stores simply showed the inventory, but Mattress Firm in Polaris took the time to explain in detail the features of various mattresses I liked. Something that helped to narrow down the search was him taking notes on my likes and dislikes of each mattress I tested. This prevented wasting time by not looking at mattress that didnt have the features I liked. Going to the other retailers was simply a waste of time.

Went in today just planning on looking, ended up buying! Maurice and Zach were fabulous! They are extremely knowledgeable. They made our shopping experience very enjoyable! Both were very easy to work with and did not pressure us to buy. Will definitely be back when we are in need of a new mattress again! Definitely recommend Maurice and Zach!

I went into Mattress Firm not expecting to buy that day. I had seen a commercial for their Labor Day sale and wanted to see what they were offering. Then he left me alone to try out the mattresses. He answered all the questions I had and actually made this process much less stressful than it could have been. I went into Mattress Firm in Polaris looking for a new bed for an apartment on a Saturday. Steve, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful in finding a fit for me, and was very polite. I had to leave the store and return later, and still he recognized me from earlier and assisted with whatever I needed. At the end, he was able to give me some help with delivery issues I had and went above and beyond to insure that I was happy with my experience shopping there. Purchasing from this Mattress Firm with Steves help definitely would make me recommend this location to others in search of a comfortable bed -- many of which were here at affordable price points, such as the one I bought. Fantastic service and experience. Randy (manager of the other Polaris Mattress Firm location) was the original salesman who helped me. He was personable, and very knowledgeable and patient while I tried out many mattresses. After I purchased one, I ended up finding a similar mattress for a cheaper price elsewhere. I returned to the Mattress Firm store the next day, and explained the situation to Enrique. After he checked the specs on both mattresses and concluded that they were in fact of similar quality, he matched the lower price of the other store and refunded me the difference. I am appreciative of my experience with both salesmen at Mattress Firm, as they made my mattress purchase easy and enjoyable.

I had wonderful service at the store, but the delivery crew came when I was out of town do to a family emergency so a friend of mine was there for the bed to delivered and frame assembled. The delivery men had instructions to deliver the bed and assemble the frame and head board. Instead they left the bed on the floor and frame and headboard unassembled in the box still in my living room. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they told me the earliest someone can come back out to fix their mistake is next week. I’m very disappointed that this could not be corrected sooner.

We shopped here after sleeping in the same bed for 15 years and we were long overdue for a new mattress. This is the first time I have been in the market for a mattress and wasnt really sure what to expect. Steve the sales person was so helpful and gave us really honest feedback on what we thought we were looking for which versus what we probably needed. I have a lot of arm tingling and he said thats common if youre on too firm of a bed. We got a great mattress at a great price that we ship the next day which is amazing because we live an hour and a half away. I cannot recommend Steve or in the store enough. Spent about a week working with the team at the Polaris mall location to lock down the right mattress to help alleviate my chronic back pain. Zack, Cliff, and Maurice were always super friendly and helpful in-person and on the phone throughout the process. We even had a hiccup where my frame turned out to be on back order and they were able to get everything rescheduled and prepared in a quick phone call without any headache.
