Brought a car from there and the check engine light came on the next day. Was told to schedule with service to be looked at. Scheduled with service and dropped my car off for service toSTILL not have my car fixed yet. Keep getting the runaround and service is rude and wont return my calls. Its almost time for me to make my 1st car payment on a car I was only able to drive 1 week. And is STILL claim to be waiting in parts. I will say my salesman Taylor was very nice to work with.

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional service department at a dealership I have ever been to. I had an appointment set a month in advance to have work done. When I get there they keep my truck the entire day then they say they will need to order the parts to do the job that will take a few days to come in. They could have had parts ordered a month prior. Everyone their acts like I have no idea what’s going on and they don’t communicate with each other.
They arent professional and honest. Ive had a terrible experience with them.
I purchased a used 2011 Chevrolet Impala from a different dealer with low mileage, appeared to be in excellent condition, and had some custom work done to it by the previous owner. The vehicle was great until it developed an uncommon but also notorious transmission issue. I scheduled work with the purchase dealership and had to wait while forced to drive with the transmission slipping in first gear. Without warning the vehicle shut down while in a parking lot and eventually I was forced to have the vehicle towed. The engine had seized due to a spun bearing I found out later. The vehicle had a power train warranty I purchased so I started trying to work through that process. My purchase dealer and the warranty company became difficult and showed extreme incompetence facing a vehicle that didnt run and needed expensive repairs. I was forced to have the vehicle taken to the nearest Chevrolet Dealer which was Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet. This is where everything about this situation improved. Ted in the Service Department worked with me to fight through getting the car paid for under the warranty I purchased and was completely open and honest the whole time. I did my part following up to get what I was owed and Ted helped fight for getting the claim covered and tear down paid for. I now have my vehicle back, restored to excellent condition, and with as little cost as possible. I was even provided a loaner vehicle as soon as it became available. Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet was instrumental in the best positive outcome and they are a truly professional and courteous organization. If I need Chevrolet Specific Service again I will definitely return and recommend them highly.

Absolutely horrible service!!! I called ahead of time to inquire about a vehicle and they confirmed it was there and ready to be sold. arrive and they cannot find any of my info and tell me that they cannot sell the van now and it was going to auction. They then proceeded to try and sell me a pickup truck. I will NEVER GO there OR RECOMMEND anyone to them.

Purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse on Saturday, 05/02/20 was told by the salesman that the car was equipped with Bluetooth. I noticed a scratch on the door and told them I was interested in that vehicle because of the scratch, he advised me that they would fix the scratch. When we were given the keys, we received one key with no fob. I didn’t think much about it so signed the paperwork which included in it that the scratch would be fixed. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed that the car alarm would go off every time I would unlock the car door, and when I tried to activate OnStar services I was advised that there was something wrong with the software and it needed to go to the dealer. Monday morning I took the car back and let them know the issues only to be told that I should come back on Friday, 05/08/20 so they can program a remote, fix the OnStar, and fix the scratch. When I took the vehicle back there (1 hr drive) the remote was programmed & all issues were fixed. I was there for almost 2 hours so I figured it was fine. When I get was driving the car home I tried the OnStar and it still didn’t work, I turned around and went back to the dealership. I told that the tech guy is only working part time and he would contact me to set up an appointment. I was looking at the car yesterday and noticed the scratch is still there! The scratch is still noticeable!!! I’m waiting on a a manger to contact me.

Bought a vehicle from them in July. Its November and I STILL do not have the title!! In October it still showed a lien on it form the previous owner!!! Pay your debts Wahlberg and get me a title!
Brought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze in due to issues with stabilitrak and traction control. I was told I needed to get a new engine. My jaw dropped when I saw the cost was going to be more than what my car was worth. I ended up talking to Dave in sales and he was a bright light in my dreadful day. He and Tyler got me set up in another 2014 Chevrolet Cruze which has more features than my old Cruze and got me a warranty with a service contract. I’m absolutely in LOVE with my car, and I love how I don’t have to worry about my car anymore. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Their 3 day buy back guarantee is a LIE! I wanted trade in back after the second day, when it had 4 issues. They promised to take care of everything, thats bull. Still have same code p0300 3 times and they cant seem to figure it out. So why wasnt I allowed to get my old car back after 2 days? SHADY!!!! I got the BBB handling it now, fasle advertising to bring customers in. BEWARE! Mark Wahlburg Chevrolet in Columbus,Ohio. Im a back yard mechanic and its obvious that the coil pack and plugs are bad. Thats right, they dont have equipment to diagnose your vehicle correctly, they quess.
Brandon work well for us. But it took 2 tries to get financing. And our temporary plates expired. We were without a vehicle for 5 days, even though we were told wed get another set of temporary plates 3 days prior
