I can’t even begin to explain how upset and frustrated I am. When I went in to get my oil changed I sat in the lobby area and you can see everything that is going on in the shop. While I was waiting I witnessed three different employees smoking in the shop. The guy underneath my car that is responsible for unscrewing and screwing everything in was having a conversation the entire time he was down there. I don’t know if it’s just me but if I was doing something that important you’d think you’d pay some kind of attention to what’s going on. The guy that was filling something with the hose that hangs from the ceiling when finished proceeded to throw said hose bouncing off of the railing hitting the side of my car and leaking fluid all over the side of it. Overall experience there was horrible and I don’t recommend going there and I’ll never be returning myself. Plus it gets worse cause the next day when I go to leave I end up leaking oil from my car without even realizing for a total of 4 blocks. My car is now saying low oil pressure and my check engine light is on. Pulled over and checked the dip stick and there was legit nothing in there anymore. I immediately call Jiffy Lube and they said well if you can’t get here by 6 then you’ll have to wait until Monday for us to fix it. Just so you know I’m not just making this up I’ll upload the pictures that was taken of all my oil that leaked out onto the road. I’ll leave another review on Monday when and if they fix this gigantic mistake.

I have used the Jiffy lube in Columbus several times. Never really had a complaint. I have been having a hard time getting there before they close because of work. I made it with 20 minutes to spare. The man inside got another man who was very vocal about his anger over me having the audacity to pull up that late. So I left. Ill take my business someplace that wants it.

Great service, friendly staff. Oil change was a little high but the service made up for it. Took about 25 minutes to do both my wifes and my vehicle. Checked all fluids, filters, greased up my jeep, checked both diffs, cleaned windows and the list goes on. Great service and we will be returning for our next oil changes........

The employees were friendly and there wasnt much of a wait but I didnt want to pay almost $60 for an oil change so I left.

We were visiting my daughter and grandkids. Before heading back home to florida my husband decided to get a oil change. Jiffy Lube was the closes place. I had found a coupon but I didnt know that each store had it own promotion. This coupon didnt belong to the store I had called but the travis or trevor( not sure the name) told me to come down and hell honor 7.00 off. ( the coupon was for 7.50) he didnt have to do that but he did. The employees customer service was great. All with a smile. Thank you guys.

I took my fleet vehicle (company car) to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I’ve done this a million times at other oil changing companies (shout-out to Valvoline, so easy to work with).This place was not easy to work with. What I typically do is hand the person my vehicle card that carries all the information, and they type it into their system. When I gave it to the guy at this place, it took him forever to type in the information. When he finally did so, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but he tried to haggle with me on the maintenance of my company vehicle.The conversation was like so: “Well your card says the max for the account is $75 without having to call them to get permission, and if I do the oil change and the tire rotation, that puts you over the limit, and I would have to call them to get permission. So how about we just don’t do the rotation?”Dude, that car isn’t my property. I can’t haggle for what is clearly stated on the card as required maintenance. I still can’t believe it. Of course, I told him to call, I would wait. The call took just a few minutes. I can’t believe he tried to haggle just to get out of talking on the phone. Oh, and the tire pressure on one of my tires was too low after they rotated them. Now I have to go somewhere to have them correct it.

I bought a 2014 Chrysler 300 c on May 21st 2017. Jiffy lube is the only place Ive ever taken it to get my oil changed. Come this year, they tell me that my oil housing unit has been put on to tight and they cant change my oil until I find someone to loosen it. Mind you, they are the ones that changed my oil for 2 years. They should correct this problem, not me trying to find someone to fix what their supposed employees messed up. I will never go back there again. They tighten the nuts, bolts and everything else something stupid.

The manager & staff have always done a great job for me and are competent. Sadly you pay for it...as with all Jiffy Lubes their prices are pretty high but at least at this location I feel you get your moneys worth.

They will not drain all of the old engine oil may just 1/4th. That explains how they collect the old engine oil in a common tray for all the cars.Also, they will charge double the price compared to Authorized service center.

The guy that greeted me and showed me to the waiting area was rather rude and short with me. They did a good job other than that!

Always good for an oil change and great customer service. I once only needed a low beam light replaced, I came in and was out in a few minutes and they didnt even charge me!

This place takes to long and really pushes additional items that they charge 4 times the amount for. Also they over torque the drain plug on the oil pan every time. I have only used them if I have a situation where I can change my own oil. This time I broke a socket, snapped a T-40 bit, and spun out the socket. Its not a lug nut or a head bolt it does not need to be torqued to 150 ft-lbs. I honestly believe Wal-Mart might be better in a pinch situation.Also I ran my car to temp for 10inuets and tried to remove it and it still would not budge even using my impact wrench on it.

Not bad but not impressive either, average place and service. The price is higher than I expected, I can say it is quite expensive for just changing oil and some services not really needed.

I went for a oil change around 6 month ago. during the oil change one of the bottom bolt was stripped. Jiffy Lube technician tide it with a wire and handed over the car to me. I didnt realize it was not fixed properly. In my recent travel on interstate, i noticed a strange sound from the bottom of my vehicle. I noticed the wire is broken and the bottom shield is rubbing on the road. It could have landed me in a serious trouble. I didnt find this place with the professionals.
