A very different experience and info : we went there for our newly born baby’s picture capture service for US passport application. Lady on service was amazing and helped us with really friendly and cooperative gesture. Otherwise it’s not that easy to get baby picture aligned with passport application. In Polaris area, big giants like Walgreens, Drug mart were not doing so it was great and very quick. Thankful to them !!

I came with an odd issue which the Toyota dealership cannot solve. The Toyota charged a lot of money and just made the issue worse. Steve, Eric and his team at AAA took care of the issue very well and the customer service is simply awesome.

We went in looking for passport pictures for my wife and our infant daughter. They helped us and they took their time with our daughter, taking her pictures and going above and beyond to make it happen. They were very nice, friendly and helpful. Great experience and great staff.

I was in from out of town and got a flat tire. I always use AAA shops. My tire size was not in stock so they called a competitor to check their inventory, sent me to them and was able to get me back on the road. I appreciate they took the time to help me out! Thats why Im a long time AAA client!

I am writing this review as I STILL WAIR for AAA to come out. We contacted them and the original ETA was 45 minutes. About 35 minutes into the wait we received a called saying the guy was finishing a job and would be heading our way. They said it would probably be 15ish minutes. We are now going on TWO HOURS OF A WAIT. If I could do a negative star review I would! We contacted AAA and of course, get transferred 5 times, talk to different reps AND were even told that our “reference number did not exist”. Come on AAA, get your **** together and get some people with some good communication skills. I would have been better off pushing my car! If you are able to, call a local company before using AAA.

Had an oil sensor replaced and got an oil change. Called in to get an idea on pricing for the sensor replacement and was able to get a full quote, Most other places wouldn’t even give me a ballpark idea on costs other than super high diagnostic fees even though I had the error codes and it is a known issue on my vehicle. When I finally got to making an appointment they got me in in a couple of days and had it completed in under 24hrs when I was expecting it to take days. Also the oil change for my minivan with full synthetic was only $40, crazy cheap compared to anywhere else. Top notch, I will take all of my future business here. Extra kudos to Rob for being A+.

They are always nice and polite, abs very timely. The guy at the desk even suggested how I could use a coupon I was emailed with a special they had going. I didnt get the feeling they were just doing something to charge me more.

I had my 2010 CR-V repaired on a holiday extended weekend and AAA Car Care Plus/Polaris was efficient, professional, and provided quality service. I knew the minute I drove off the lot that all issues with my car had been addressed. The price was fair for a specialized skill and I received a discount through AAA. OH - Hertz/Polaris will work with you and even pick up the car at Car Care Plus (also AAA discount). Greatly appreciated the professional atmosphere.

We took our Audi Q5 in to have the brakes done. My husband had to have surgery and was unable to do the work himself so we decided to use AAA Car Care Plus since we were so pleased with the work they did on our daughters car. We were able to make an appointment right away and had our car done before end of business. The price was reasonable and they even explained why our car sounded so loud. We feel confident in their work and prices and will use them for any future work needed.

I had a low tire pressuer alert come on my dash and wasnt sure how to put air in, they were incredibly helpful. They explained fully how to help and gave us a tool to put air in our tire later. 10/10

Steve and Rob are great. They are fair, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Work gets done quickly and for a fair price. I take my fleet of work cars here. And I have taken my personal car as well.

We were looking for a tire pump so we could inflate our tire. Our experience is that most AAA shops have free tire pumps but this one does not.

Friendly staff going beyond the service requested. Needed all 4 tire balancing due to vibrations, after balancing car feels great. Service time was fairly quick. They went even reset a service light with no charge. Definitely would go there again for any servicing needs.

I found myself with a dead battery so I got a jump and ran to the local auto zone where they told me they could not install in my car (too difficult).Desperate to be able to get the car started in the morning to go to work I ran next door to AAA auto care and they were able to help me even though they were closing in 3 min. The team stayed extra and got the job done for a very reasonable install fee.This is the kind of “good neighbor” service I love. I had my 2014 Toyota Avalon in for a standard oil change on 9/4/18.While I was there they informed me the battery had failed. I had purchased a new battery at Advanced Auto on 23 in Lewis Center in the past year and explained to them. So I left without them trying to push me into a new battery thinking the current battery is under warranty. I returned to Advance and they ran a test on my battery and the battery exceed industry specs. They were happy I had not replaced my battery since it had not failed they would not have paid for replacement since it was under warranty. The lesson here is been mindful of your warranties.

Bought tires for Black Friday and thought I was getting great deal. Went to have the tires put on a month later only to find out they couldn’t get my old tires off. They instructed me to purchase new tire lock key. After purchasing the lock keyAAA said they still couldn’t do it. I contacted another service company and they were able to get the same 4 tires cheaper and do the service. I won’t recommend

Had an oil change and my breaks done here. Decent prices and close to Auto Zone. Love home they give me a detailed report of how my car is doing. Also if your looking for travel books, it’s in the front area, and has great books to read.

The entire staff of the AAA Polaris Car Care location is wonderful. I was having issues with my car another shop was unable to find, even after three visits and several replacement parts. Greg and his staff kept at it until they figured out what was happening and fixed it for good. They understand how important my car is for my job and work hard to minimize my down time. Peace of mind while on the road is invaluable. I can once again trust my car to get me home when I have to travel for work. There is never any pressure to do more than I need, and they go above and beyond to ensure my car is in top shape. Best customer service ever!

I have had my car, an older Ford, serviced at AAA Polaris Car Plus Explore Store three times now. The first time was following a dead battery episode; the second and third times were for oil changes. Each time I have felt confident that good service was given and I have not felt like I would have to be an auto expert to know whether my car really needed some additional repairs recommended by the staff. For me, trust is a big deal, and I trust AAA to do it right and efficiently.

I love taking my car to AAA Polaris Car Care for all of my repair and maintenance needs. The staff are wonderful, and know me by name. They always make sure my car is repaired properly and get me back on the road so my daughter and I are safe. I would recommend them to everyone! :-D

Slightly on the expensive side but transparent pricing and great communication.

We had talked with a travel agent (Scott Cooper) there earlier about a trip to Canada we were considering. We had more specific aspects of our plans and dropped in to talk to him. We didnt have an appointment, but only waited a couple of minutes while he finished up with another customer. He was helpful and will be working on further details for us. We were pleased with our experience and will return to talk with him about any future trips we plan.

Wow is all I can say! Getting your car fixed is so tricky because of trust. I know I personally read reviews and evaluate the place based upon what others say so I hope youll take my advice on AAA Polaris. In two words; quality and value! I had taken the Jeep to the dealership (no names) and they told me nothing was wrong. To their credit, I dont believe they heard the noise I did so I dont think there was any malice on their part. The location of the dealership is not convenient and when people work, you cant drive your car to a ~30 min away place. I live near the area and saw AAA Polaris. Read some reviews and thought I would test them out; they passed! I called, the tech (wonderful guy!) drove with me and immediately knew what the issue was. I dropped the Jeep off the next day and the price they quoted was very reasonable and in fact I thought was VERY decent for the amount of time they took. However, when the Jeep got picked up, it sounded and drove great! Again, quality and value describe my experience best. The tech even came out and explained what he had done. He took a lot of pride in his work which is not something you see today. Try this place out, theyll provide quality and value in the work they do. Thanks AAA Polaris!

Good service

I have used this facility several times since it opened and have been overall happy with their service, as well as their customer service. However during my last visit (February 2015) to this location, for an oil change and tire rotation, I was surprised when I went to pay my bill that the associate said I would need new rear brakes and new tires fairly soon. He quickly noted my surprise and tried to explain that brakes and tires dont last forever and need replaced and when I tried to explain that it hadnt been that long since I had it done, he said that I may want to check my records...which to that I said this facility completed both services in 2013 and that it hadnt been 25,000 miles since they were both changes, he changed his tune. And as he continued through my overall car evaluation I was surprised again that he didnt even mention my air filter needing changed or the fact that my washer fluid reservoir doesnt spray (motor out I believe), but yet he said they did a complete inspection?I was surprised by this and a little sad, because in the past I felt like this facility took care of my car needs, but now I will be getting a second opinion before I allow them to do any major work.

Worked to find a creative solution to my problem that saved me hundreds compared to another repair business. Pleasant and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I have taken my older SUV to AAA Polaris for the past few years for service. The people are friendly, the prices for service are fair, and the work has always been done properly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Honestly they did the job, and thats great. It was a free tow thanks to being a member, but my actual shop is just down the road and was willing to do the job more thoroughly and cheaper. I expected to learn of what else was needed on my car that needed work, and instead I got a $650 bill for only what was necessary. Now I have to get an oil change, new wipers, and fill my windshield fluid myself because they were too cheap to do it for me. They didnt even tell me that I needed brakes on my fronts along with new hubs and bearings... Its just a little scribble on the receipt.... Thanks for the minimum guys. Never going to you again. Tire discounters help me just by looking at my brakes... They dont even charge!

Happy that AAA has moved to this location. Much easier to get to. I am pleased with the 10% discount, the auto services I have received and all the travel assistance. Such helpful people. On my second visit I really appreciated getting discount tickets, an updated Triptik and the best currency rate in Columbus.

Needed air in our tires while on a long trip. One gas stations air pump wouldnt work, while anothers was out of order. We googled AAA service centers & went to this one. The employees were busy, but very courteous. Showed them our members card, & someone came out in short order & put air in our tires. They were very nice. There are no outdoor air pumps at this facility that I saw.

The atmosphere was welcoming and very pleasant. Love to go there!

I visited Polaris AAA store for the first time. I got to meet Kathy Burgess one of the Travel Consultant at Polaris AAA store as well. Kathy is very nice. She did a wonderful job helping me with my TripTik routing for St. Louis, MO. She even told me that she knows Kristen Cain, Sales Manager at Upper Arlington AAA store. Although, the Polaris AAA store is about 5 minutes away from Worthington AAA store.

Quality tires and installation, could​ have used a better selection. They try and push the tires they have on special.Would not tell us what the specials were going to be the next day.

Had a relatively simple issue as result of encountering a remnant of truck tire on the expressway......seem to have bent a support bracket or something underneath.Mechanic was quickly able to spot the issue & just broke off the piece since it was not structurally important.happy with service, although took longer than necessary.

Great place to book a vacation

The professionals at AAA Polaris really helped me out in a crunch. I discovered a leak in my tire and rushed over to ask the technician repair it, little did i know they were getting ready to close. The technician and the office staff stayed until my tire was fixed. AAA Polaris really puts the customer first.
