Weber Road Auto is so awesome, I keep coming back despite the fact that I moved clear across town. They are super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Ive never had to wait too long and they are very communicative. They dont try to sell me stuff I dont need or over overcharge me for parts. Just last week, I brought it in thinking I needed new brakes due to squeaking and they let me know everything was fine and my pads still had plenty of life. The squeaking was just dust. All I had to pay for was the very fair diagnostic checkup fee. They even offer SNAP financing (to qualifed customers) which allows me to pay off my most costly repairs, interest free for 90 days. I highly recommend this place for any and all car/truck repair.

We had a great experience here. I thought I had a leak, but they took the time to show me and educate me on how a/c condensation is normal. They were prompt, professional and kind. There was another odd issue with my car but they couldn’t replicate it; however, during my oil change they found a sensor had unplugged. When they fixed that it fixed my odd issue at no extra cost. When I went to pay, my daughter tried to pay with her Minnie Mouse dollars. They played along and made her day.These guys are honest and kind. We are big fans.My husband just replaced his brakes here as well. It’s nice to have a family owned and run business who you can trust.

Not happy with your service. Got a second opinion on my car and they fixed it. The frame was not bent. It was the knuckle in the front passenger suspension was bent. You guys charged me for a incorrect diagnosis I was willing to have you fixed the car even gave you the money up front but you took out what you wanted and gave me back my car telling me it was not repairable

I have used Weber Auto Repair for years. I trust them with all my cars and recommended others to them. Only time the service wasnt done in a timely manner was when I had to wait on the parts to be delivered. This has only happened once. I believe that is an awesome record of their commitment to servicing every customer.

Eric was very sweet and explained what else I needed to get done before the problem even start. The Lady up front was very nice and I had a great Convo with her while paying for the work I got done on my truck and they did a good job and it was right & fast. Not too expensive. They have taken great care of my car every time I drop it off. They do a thorough inspection, call and approve any work before completing it (even if you drop it off for that purpose) and try to get you the best deal possible. They are not looking to find problems to charge you for, which has always been a worry of mine at other businesses. They run a great business and always have great customer service.

I go here regularly partly because its within walking distance of my home. But at this point, I also go because they are honest, but wont push repairs on you that you dont ask for. I was very pleased with the service at Weber Road Auto. I believe the lead mechanic is the owner. He explained everything in detail. They were quick, reasonably priced and very friendly. I was able to continue working on my laptop in their waiting room and they have outdoor seating, if you prefer. I had to return a few days later, because my check engine light was on. They accommodated me without an appointment. After checking the sensors, it turns out I did not screw my gas cap on securely. Easy fix for what I thought was a major problem. Weber Road Auto has also installed a new battery in my car on another visit. Weber Road Auto has earned my business!

I cant say enough about Weber Road Auto. I was told by Acura when my AC compressor went out that it was going to cost over $4k to fix. A friend of a friend recommended that I call Weber Road Auto and so I did. They got me in right away and when they called they quoted me $1,228! I went and picked the car up two days later (they had to order parts or it would have only taken one day - theyre fast!). I get home and look at the receipt and their work comes with a 2yr warranty. Parts and labor! Honestly if you need work done call these guys first. Dont waste your time elsewhere.

Weber has completely changed my opinion of repair shops!!! I have never in my career met a group of folks so professional and so customer based that I felt like they were cheating themselves and not me lmao. I rcvd quotes from other reputable shops that were triple the quote from Weber who then notifies us that it would be even less than they originally thought! I mean what auto repair has ever called you back with a lower price versus a higher price saying they found 90 more things wrong!! I also would be amiss if I did not mention the best perk.......family owned and operated by POC!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and accommodating. And honest. Back in 2019 I had replaced a wheel hub myself and one of the big national chains said I needed a wheel alignment after changing the hub, so I asked the national chain to do the alignment but they couldn’t because things where rusted and seized up and they wanted almost $1k to replace the rusted parts and do the alignment. So I went to Weber Road Auto Service and explained the situation to the mechanic. He said I don’t need a wheel alignment after replacing a wheel hub and saved me almost $1k. So when I needed work done on my clutch this year, I went straight to Weber Road Auto Service.

My visit on the 3.28.2020: as usually was great. The family own business is just great. That is what I like about Weber Auto. Eric Sr. always calming me down about my car due to I hate when something is wrong and especially hearing noise but the whole staff is great. Keep up the good work...Well done good and faithful Team.
