I had an amazing experience at this Sephora. Jolie, the GM, helped me frantically pick out everything I needed to do my best friends makeup for her wedding. I am a procrastinator and waited until the literal last minute and she helped me grab everything within their last 30 minutes of closing. Leanne was very sweet and helpful as well as Ashlynn when I had to come back and exchange a few products. They were very friendly and not standoffish at all. I am a makeup pro but even if I wasn’t; this Sephora did not make me feel intimidated in the slightest. That is not something you can say about all of them. Highly recommend! I even want to get a part time job here 😊

Rihanna is the best ever! Very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service! The Prince Urban Decay collection is not yet available at this location. A lot more foundation options are available for POC.

This sephora has such nice staff and it really sets it apart from other locations in colorado!! i’ve had bad experiences with sephora employees at other locations but never at this one, and now i love going into sephora again. pretty well stocked everytime ive gone in too and the store is very neat. thanks guys for being kind and welcoming to everyone in your store, it really makes a difference :)

Sephora associates were really helpful making realistic recommendations for me and my sisters needs! At ulta across the way they were more trying to up sell us and their recommendations were not as good. Really happy with my experience here!

I cant believe I have lived down the street from the Prominade Shops and been to these shops many times and havent seen this store. I usually purchase my Sephora skin care products online but after realizing I had an actual brick and mortar store to visit close by, naturally I had to check it out. I was nervous about coming in because of the prejudice other guests have recieved according to to reviews, but I think they may have gotten rid of those associates because everyone was super kind and helpful, especially Zee. She helped me get everything I needed and explained each product and their uses. They immediately greeted me and other guest and helped us around the store. Rude people, if you go in and you are Hispanic, they act like you’re going to steal. But at the same time, they ignore you, it’s very uncomfortable. There is a guy there that dresses like a girl and he watches and never talks to anyone, he just watches and acts like he is fixing the makeup and acts busy. Very awful place. I order online now from other companies. I’m done giving Sephora my money. 🙃

I stopped by for some advice on foundation and so glad I did. I was super nervous but asked the first woman who engaged me. Luckily it was Jess 👏👏👏 Her product knowledge was amazing and even though I loved everything about the first one she made me try on several more for reference. The foundation I’ve used for 7+ years was discontinued, so I came here trying to find something new and similar. The first time I came in, it was pretty busy, but they still managed to have someone color-match me to a foundation. She was super friendly, but the color ended up not being the right match (not her fault). Luckily, they have an awesome return policy for members, so I was able to return it and the next girl was just as helpful and sent me away with the perfect foundation!! I will be back.

They have an extremely large variety of products - - skincare, fragrance, hair care nail care products etc... You can try nearly every product there at the store or have the beauty experts suggest what they think could be best for your age, skin type, or need. This is my wifes favorite shop for her make up needs. Well manage store and at the convenient location in the northern part of the city.

The manger, Amy was very informative when helping me find specific makeup class. And Aime was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The associates at this location are always extremely friendly and provide an excellent experience.

Great selection of products. MOST employees are very welcoming and friendly. Except for one that was watching me and following me the whole time. I could care less I dont have anything to hide but if you are going to do that at least dont make it so obvious. I was going to buy a couple item but ended up putting them back. Normally I have no problems at this store but other than that they sell everything I need from foundation and cover up. One of the guys who work here let me tell you his makeup is always on point, he is always smiling and his energy is THROUGH THE ROOF!! He always makes my day better!

My first time going to Sephora was yesterday and I probably will not be back at this location. I did walk in there about 15 minutes before closing last night, nobody else in the store except around 5-10 people working there. The employees were walking around talking and never said hello or asked if I needed any help. I did finally get what I needed and the cashier was super nice that I had and welcoming once I was at checkout but I had been in the store for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I probably will not come back to this location for anything else.

If you’re a person if color, don’t bother coming here. Although they are one of the few places in COS that carries products for women of color, you are not welcome to shop there; unless you want to be followed, watched, harassed and repeatedly asked if you need help.I went in about a month ago to look at a lipstick from the Fenti brand and within 2 minutes I was asked by the same person 3 times if I needed help. She suddenly needed to arrange items in the section I was in when she was working on when she was on the other side of the store when I walked in. When I said no to her for a third time another employee walked over and asked me “if I needed something”. I put the ($18) lipstick down and told them that I didn’t appreciate it. When I called them out they acted dumbfounded and feigned shock. They don’t expect you to be smart notice it. This was not the first incident at this location but this was the final time I will accept it. I will never shop there again. I am a woman of morals and means and I don’t need to steal anything let alone a cheap lipstick and I don’t appreciate being treated that way.

Before my engagement photo shoot, I went to get a makeover. BB did a great job covering my uneven, scarred complexion! Would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Laura. She did an excellent job on my custom makeover, and made me feel beautiful and confident at my Christmas party. She was very nice and patient with me, and made me feel very comfortable. I cannot thank her enough!

AMY was very discriminating to my daughter. My daughter just turned 17 and I took her to get some nice foundation. While Amy was talking to my daughter, she was extremely condescending of her. My daughter has a speech impediment and sometimes stutters, which Amy thought was hilarious to laugh about in front of our faces. I will never return to this location because of how we were treated by Amy.

Trashy. Took my girlfriend here to buy new makeup. These people ignored her the entire time, then when she got annoyed and decided to leave, they called security to watch us leave as if we had taken something! They couldnt be bothered to help us in the first place, but could be bothered to monitor us leaving... Im baffled.

I took my 16 year old daughter there for a makeup lesson for her birthday. Her makeup artist was wonderful!! She listen to what my daughter wanted and helped give her a very easy and natural look. I am going back today to find some makeup for myself. I would recommend this sephora to anyone!!

There are so many helpful, friendly people at this store, and theyve got a really good selection of items. Its a great place to explore for your makeup, fragrance, and skincare needs. They can also help out if youre looking to try out something or find a foundation (etc!) that matches you.

I have been to this Sephora multiple times. Was super disappointed today with the service. Employees are not friendly and are condescending. I picked up my product but won’t be back. Will shop online or find another avenue.

Today I went in very frustrated about some issues with my online order. The staff was so helpful in trying to help me resolve the issues. The manager at the store today, Natasha I think Im terrible with names, went above and beyond what I could have asked for. She got me in touch with the online sephora to try and help me resolve this issue as well as took time after that to assist me with any other issues online couldnt resolve. All in all, wonderful customer service in store!

Went to this location for the first time yesterday and was disappointed. There were three employees standing in the middle isle chatting and as I walked by I was not greeted. I was looking around to find the IT Cosmetics station and I wandered a while and still no one bothered to assist. The store was in no way busy. Terrible customer service. I left and walked over to Ulta who had a much better selection of what I was looking for anyway. I’m not sure how this location has a 4.2 rating, it should be much lower.

Michael at this store is amazing. He knows all there is to know about fragrance. I love to see him in the store and his customer service is warm and sincere. He alway makes myself and daughter feel welcomed and special.

Every time I go here the experience is unremarkable. Visited about a week ago and out of the 4 employees I encountered, not one acknowledged my presence nor offered their assistance. They were all available and the store wasn’t busy at all. The only employee to greet me was the cashier.

This Sephora location has the friendliest employees out of any Sephora I have ever been to. I was greeted at the door upon arrival and asked what I was looking for in the store today. I was there for a 45 min makeover for my engagement photos that were being taken that day. BB was my beauty specialist and did a fantastic job making me feel my very best! She really listened to me when I told her exactly what look I was wanting and exceeded my expectations. Usually anytime I get my makeup done I go home and fix my entire face! But, not this time! BB did amazing and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone!

If I could give a zero I would. Such horrible service. My friend and I went in to get our color match and were ignored after asking once the second time we asked an employee told us we had to wait due to being busy which we understood but yet 3 of them were just standing there talking with no costumer including the manager. I usually dont write bad reviews but this is just unacceptable.

I took my 16 year old daughter to buy her new makeup kit. We were badly treated! The lady at the entrance was supposed to call a makeup artist to assist us. We were waiting and waiting and no one ever arrived. We were by ourselves trying to make a selection and when we asked another lady to help us, she was very unhelpful and with a super bad attitude. I used to love Sephora. It’s so sad they don’t care about customers anymore and they are terribly arrogant! We’ll never buy on sephora again.

We stopped in for a minute to test the new YSL fragrance Black Opium. The staff person was very friendly and helpful, finding the prices for us and telling us about the ingredients. Though we did not buy it that day, my husband did order it for me for my birthday a few weeks later.

Customer service here just sucks. Everything says theyre open until 9:00...We walked up to the doors at 7:55 and three people YELLED at us that they were CLOSED!!! They CLOSE AT EIGHT!! And then again that they were CLOSED.It was not only weird AF, but also rude AF. As someone who spends a ton of money at Sephora, Ill never go back to this store. Ill drive north to the Park Meadows mall and shop there.They have a better store and selection anyway.

I have been to this store many times and usually never had bad experience, although, I am not the one who will ask for questions or opinions when I am there. I most likely either watch YouTube for a review before I buy a product or just explore myself. Today I was appalled by the Sephora employee at this location. I asked for two samples to test. I know those are expensive products, but that’s the whole point of testing it so I don’t spend hundreds of dollars for something that doesn’t work for me. I spent already hundreds at Sephora to begin with. When I asked for samples, this employee looked at me with her her eyes rolling saying:”I can give you just little bit”. This is a lady in her 60s working there. Really, I would expect more wisdom and encouragement to younger women of her age.

I prefer this store to the penny’s location however it’s a drive from my home in the springs, but I will say they have more space here and more products and it’s easier to get what you are searching for quickly

I really like this location, and the staff Ive interacted with here are across the board friendly and knowledgeable. If it were a store just for me, it would be perfect, however, it is usually crowded. That alone makes me less likely to go here.

This was not a pleasant supeise when i got home. The make up was fracked and the foundation exploded the second my Daughter opened it. The lady that helped match the colors was fantastic but after spending 200 On everything I shouldnt have make up broken or exploding especially when I drove roughly an hour to get there

If you wear or discuss makeup from target or any department store, the staff will be condescending and stop just short of spitting on you while they turn their noses up. The staff is knowledgeable but elitist.

I had a totally separate experience than the poster before me. I tend to want to only shop at sephora because Ulta has terrible customer service. My last visit I worked with Francine, and she was AWESOME. Knowledgeable and kind, and extremely professional. I will continue going to Sephora in Shops of Briargate for all my beauty needs
