Great customer service very helpful and polite

The staff was fantastic!! They were so helpful!!

Called the morning of to make sure store was open due to COVID. Placed an online order for same day pick up. Received an email stating my order was ready for pick up but one item was cancelled (cool, no worries). I sent my husband to pick up my items and the store had a sign that said temporarily closed. Called the store to see why or what I should do about my items but no answer. Called customer service and put myself in the callback queue after waiting for over 20mins for an agent. I never received a call back. Emailed customer service and never received a response back. Following day I called customer service and the agent told me that all I can do is wait for my money to go back on my card if items cannot be picked up within 3 days. Called the store and spoke with a “manager” who was filling in. She told me she has my items and I asked her to check and make sure they in fact are out of stock for my cancelled item. My husband picks up my items and guess what....I received the “out of stock” item but now I’m missing one of my other items that was in stock. Called the store yet again and the “manager” acted as if She couldn’t check the store to see if they had the new item I’m missing. She makes note to tell me that she doesn’t work in that store so she’s unsure blah blah blah. How about make sure employees are doing their job! I even called to verify as a courtesy to avoid the back and forth and possible mess up and you all still couldn’t get it right. And to act like I’m a bother for calling and wanting all of what I ordered is ridiculous. Quality customer service is a lack thereof with this company.

You have to be really good or really bad for me to take the time to do a review. These ladies had awesome customer service. The dye I purchased didnt take in my hair and they gave me recommendations on what to do next and just went above and beyond what I even expected. Thanks ladies great job!

Certain cashier thinks it ok to make comments about people kids then lies and screams when she gets caught doing it. Manager didnt do anything to the employee lied about getting an apology from this employee but instead let me come in and waste my time so that employee could say I was a liar and scream. Walked out then when calling to very district manager info they pick up the phone but just sit there in silence have that all on recording. This is a great case for Tom Martino and the other news stations.

Absolutely love this store! It is very organized and clean. The ladies are all really friendly and very helpful. They dont make you feel stupid when you have questions. They will answer any and all questions you have. Love going to this store and will be returning as a student!

Friendly staff, decent products. Only thing is I wish they matched online prices. I usually order online, but if I need color or polish or supplies right away- I go to Sallys.

The young ladies there were very helpful. I had relocated to Colorado from Georgia and needed certain products for my hair color and they definitely helped. They even told me about other scenic areas

Sign on the door says they open at 9:30am on tuesdays.... its 10:15 and the door is still locked. No one is answering the phone. Terrible service.

Nothing against the old manager as I never interacted with them, but the new manager Beth is AWESOME! Great experience in their store today!

Have been here a few times with my girlfriend because she likes to try different things with her hair. We always get inconsistent answers mostly aimed at selling more products and their advice is horrible. I would highly suggest doing your research about products before walking in here.
