Updating since my last experience. I have never had any terrible service at this amazing store! Every time I go in the staff is more than helpful, they are knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely make it comfortable to ask for similar suggestions if a product is out and what relates to each product if you are not super experienced in ALL the brands. They seem very honest, and they always put a smile on my face with their unique, amazing, funny personalities too. AMAZING STAFF!!!! AMAZING store!

3.5 weeks ago I purchased a ChiLava curling iron. The box wasnot sealed but the clerk assured me it was not a previously purchased item by another customer. The first time I tried to use it the ON button did not work. Due to working so many hours I didnt try to return it until 3.5 weeks later.The heavy set, grayed haired lady that was working when I attepted to return it was very rude. She tried to tell me they didnt sell that brand. So I pulled one off the shelf and showed her. Needless to say I wont be returning the iron nor will I ever shop there again and to that clerk...the Cosmo Prof customer servise lady could not apologize enough for your actions. Oh, and she did email me the receipt. Hopefully you dont continue to treat customers as you did me.
