It was ok. Store looked messy and shelves not stocked. Cashier not friendly or very helpful.

Horrible customer service, have been to this location a few times and my opinion has yet to change. I recommend going to the Salon Centric near the Chapel Hills Mall! Those ladies there are helpful and sweet. The employees at this location seem to be irritated just by being in the store. BIG THUMBS DOWN 👎🏻

I walked in the other day having it only be my second time into the store. The power was off when I walked in yet several employees just stared at me as I walked in. I gave them a very confused look as to why the power was out yet no one said a thing. Confused I walked using my flashlight to find what I needed. No one came to help me and yet they all just stood at the front desk. When I finally found what I needed I stood at the checkout for a good 2 minutes with other another guest before they even acknowledged me. You really need to acknowledge people and help them out especially when whatever problems youre dealing with cause me to have to use my flashlight. Very unprofessional.

Overall good help, could have been stocked up more.

Walked in to buy a mustache comb from a barbers suggestion. They told me they couldnt sell to me because I wasnt professionally licensed... guess Im going to Sallys..

Staff is rude and condescending, too busy telling weekend stories to other employees to help customers! The prices are nothing special, and they treat their professional clientele with disdain!
