The best time to go here is after Christmas and in June when they are having their sales.

Although I hate going to the mall, I needed more smelly good stuff and Im sure glad I went!!! I walked in and was greeted by a nice young woman (that is their normal practice and I do love it!) And I was offered a sample of new fall lotion called Sweater Weather. Now let me tell you... years ago I was in love with Vanilla Bean. This is superior by far! Plus... they are having a fall sale of buy three items get three free! So what is a girl to do? Honestly? I stocked up on that and a couple other flavors too of course and their three wick candles are on a super sale too so I may have bought a couple of those too! The Burbon Maple is in my opinion the best, but they also have sweater weather too, I just didnt want the whole house smelling like me!! I got home and tried it on. My husband went nuts. Nuts! Hes going back to buy me more! Just to make sure I dont run out!! Im not complaining one bit! Thank you for a great experience and I will definitely be back even to the mall location!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 stars, but I wanted to buy the leaves scented candle. Its my favorite. But they are already on to Christmas scents and no longer had it.

Very high priced soap and lotions. Staff is kind but found it earie that 3 associates asked if needed help in the first 2 minutes of being in the store. I felt pressured.

I absolutely love Bath & Body works. They always have deals and I just love all their scents that they change out frequently along with their hand sanitizer. I cannot stand the alcohol smell kind so this yummy smell kind really meets all my needs 😊

Awesome and improved customer service, clean environment, great deals and decent selection in products. The staff at this location seems better equipped to handle the onslaught of holiday shoppers compared to the other location north of the city as well as improved product knowledge when asked.

Jasmine was so great. I learned that they will package AND ship anything from their store to ANYWHERE (in the US) FOR ONLY $6.00. I was in there for hours. Had to purchase gifts for 5 people and she and her staff helped me with understanding store discounts and best way to maximize my dollar. HOWEVER the store was really warm...I was nearly down to just my t-shirt by the time I left...

I love the associates at this store. It is small and often crowded, but I always get help and smiles. Stock is generally good here, and everything is clean and organized.

Would have liked to seen a bigger selection of nonfoam soaps. Foam selection was excellent.

My sister and I always love browsing the store looking at everything and its easy to get lost in lala land daydreaming about how fabulous this will look in my kitchen and how thag fluffy rug will complement my comforter. I never walk out empty handed either.

I love the Aesthetic Vibe it gives me, Their prices are very understandable for GOOD QUALITY. it was my first time going here like last week, on monday, i bought my favorite things to collect, the Small Pocketbacs, sadly they didnt have any of the seasonal scents so i was upsetabout that, i also got a body lotion which os 100% better then Vaseline

Love this place, friendly and clean, but the selection isnt great.

Their perfumes always smell good at first but halfway through the day smell powdery or like alcohol. Not only that but they only have a perfume for a season and then youll never have it again unless its a thousand wishes.
