I havent had much experience with the pharmacy but, in terms of the actual store, this place is great! In particular, the staff. Theres a woman at the beauty counter who was very kind to my son and I, she gave us some samples of products for his face. Additionally, this store is consistently cleaner and more organized then other stores.
*** Most Recent Visit ***I asked a staff member named, David, if he could help me find a vitamin. He dropped what he was doing and went above and beyond searching for this vitamin with me.Unfortunately they did not have this vitamin, though he recommended to stop at a natural grocers or vitamin shoppe. Great customer service!Tari is another staff member who was very friendly and welcoming.*** Two Weeks Previously ***I went through the Walgreens drive thru lane today. The wait time is about the same as standing in line inside. That’s the only downer.The pharmacist who helped me was very courteous and respectful. She seemed like she truly cares about customers.I recommend this Walgreens location.
30 minutes after my appt time and they just handed me the paperwork to fill out. Incredibly slow service for covid vaccines.
Refused to price match walgreens.com even though the website specifically states that they do.
The pharmacy techs at this Walgreens are a direct reflection of poor management. There is no customer service & the pharmacist has no desire to improve his pharmacy. I will never get my prescriptions here again. Save yourself a headache & go somewhere else to get your prescriptions.
The pharmacy takes more than two days to fill HALF of your prescription!! Two-plus days!! Give me a break...
This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had the misfortune to decided to use I will be taking my prescriptions else where they do not communicate in the Pharmacy 12+ days it took them to fill my one prescription and that was me calling them everyday the one pharmacist said oh I could only give you 30 days worth as your insurance will not pay for anymore than a 30 day supply B.S I called and got the authorization called in even called to see why my meds were still coming up full price they did not rerun it through insurance after I got the authorization oh well I’m not the first and will not be the last person to have an issue with this pharmacy
I went to pick up a prescription the other day and went to the outside window. As i rolled my window down I was greeted by a friendly voice asking how I could help,before i could finish my sentence I was rudely interrupted but a woman loudly talking over me at the window lecturing me that she was helping someone else and wwould be with me when she was done she was extremely rude and needs to be aware of what is going on around her
Clearly appointments for vaccines are arbitrary and you’ll still wait 40 minutes after your appointment time.
I received my first dose of COVID-19 vaccine here after registering online. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the staff was friendly.
I visit Walgreens occasionally and out of the Walgreens in the area I prefer this one. I get fast and friendly service.One this visit I had a clerk who was attentive, caring, curious and her service made me feel like I mattered. She took and created a passport picture for me and checked out a few other items.If they continue to do this, they will continue to be the store I chose to visit.
Plan B was fairly priced. The staff was super nice and gave me the correct cigarettes the first time I asked, not the second. Id recommend any girl I was with the night prior to get their second hand contraceptive from here. Looooove it.

My experience for this review is with the pharmacy only. My wife and I moved here from California in 2011. We have some tricky medications that require a good pharmacy who doesnt look at you sideways with you bring in a script. We started with Walgreens Barnes Pharmacy, and ran into prescription errors and a pharmacy that just didnt care..... so we moved to Walgreens Constitution where we had a better experience but eventually they became too busy and never had enough help consequently lines were always long. They were out of medications frequently and sometimes it would take 6 or 7 days to get our medication in stock. So I tried Walgreens 6011 Rangewood when Constitution was out of medication. The Rangewood store told me, Hey, why dont you transfer over here. We will take good care of you. AND THEY DID! We have been there for nearly a year. Ive had 2 surgeries on my left arm including a break and then rotator cuff tear. It makes it a bit difficult to use the drive-through (especially during recovery). BUT the gals at Rangewood actually handed the signature clipboard out through the drawer. They never knew how painful it was to use any drive-through but they continued to make my life much easier with a simple gesture.I cant say enough about the kindness and care shown by the folks in the pharmacy at Walgreens Rangewood. Before I moved here, I was the V.P. of HR/Risk Management and previously a Store Director of the largest supermarket company in San Diego County. I was over 3400 employees and know the value of great people. This store reflects people who show the greatest care and consideration that I have run into in this city.Just wanted to recognize the good folks in this pharmacy for being super-stars!! Had to visit this Walgreens location after a poor experience at another store. The manager and his coworker who were working at the photo center were super helpful and efficient. Thank you for the positive experience and being so willing to help!
Went in to shop around, found some dog toys that said $5.99 each of 2 for $10, the only reason why I decided to make purchase. When they did not ring up correctly I mentioned it to the cashier who was overly nice, she called for a price check while I quickly ran back there to make sure I didn’t miss read it, which I did not, when the price checker got there- named Jennifer- I told her I could quickly show her where I found them- she glared at me and walked away, did not even say a word. The checker proceed to believe me and check me out, transaction completed. Once Jennifer returned she said- nope Your wrong in small fine print it says only for a specific type of dog toy, even tho they were all mixed in the same box. She was beyond rude, unprofessional, and all over $2 they lost a customer who spends hundreds monthly at that store. If I performed my job like her- I wouldn’t have one!

Clean store and polite staff. It could have more options when it comes to what they sell though. Seems like everything is brand name.
The staff here aren’t the most polite. I always get good service at the checkout, but the rest of the staff could definitely benefit from a bit more positive attitude
They seem to be able to help us when we need our medications for our children and our insurance covers this so we haven’t had any problems yet really
Extremely long waits and it appears that you are bothering them if your questions are not brief...I have been using walgreens for decades and they have gone downhill...long gone are the days when the pharmacist would take time to assist you...it is absolutely my responsibility to know the names of my medications and what needs to be filled however, I do not expect rude, disrespectful and/or sarcastic comments, if I dont recall which prescriptions need to be filled...I will be calling the corporate office to express how I was treated since this is the 3rd incident...I am glad that there are a variety of places that will welcome my business and that will take my insurance!
Talk about knowing they are a monopoly, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Not the place 2 go for customer service.
Tonight I came to the pharmacy after my son received stitches and needed antibiotics. 2 employees sat behind the counter talking, not working. 2 employees refused to give me the antibiotic my son needed because they were getting ready to close. I found a manager who also refused to help me in any way whos only response was - Im sorry your having a bad time. It really makes me sick that we were refused service while you were open because the 2 people were simply too lazy to do their job. These 2 also had enough nerve to suggest we drive across town rather than simply fill our 5 pill prescription. Horrible customer service and we wont be back!
The only reason why I’m giving them a 1 Star is because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. This pharmacy is ridiculous. I’ve going there for the past three years and the past two years have been just a horrible experience. They changed my medicine brand without asking and tried to charge me for it. Then they’ve tried charging me for it several times when my insurance takes care of the whole thing. It’s supoo to be automatically filled so that way I don’t have to wait but every time I go there they said we need 15-20 minutes to fill it. So I wait that long and come back and they haven’t even started it and say they need another 15-20 minutes. I just waisted an hour of my day today waiting for them to fill it, when should have been already filled when I got there.
Some of the workers are nice but others are disrespectful. One of the managers asked my husband if I was high maintenance very unprofessional.

Late night? Have a sore throat? Its just down the street! You will pay for the convienece though. I dont think I ever go to Walgreens except for health and beauty supplies.
At pharmacy drive thru i spent 45 min sitting there just to drop off perscriptions and i was the only one in line the staff member (stephanie) is incompatent of her job and i will be calling the store
Very rude at the pharmacy. Made my 4 year old wait 4 hours for antibiotics then told me they were out of that medication and had to send it to another pharmacy after they said it was ready twice. When I complained about how long it was taking the pharmacist hung up on me.
Why was I given dirty looks when I walked up to the counter to pick up a prescription? Sorry you have to stop chitchatting with your coworkers to help out a customer. And then to continue yammering while Im standing there trying to ask questions? Rude employees!
