First time customer, recommended by a friend. I had an a/c issue. My compressor would not engage. The team verified it wasn’t electrical and that it was a bad compressor.When completed the a/c worked well again. Price was reasonable, and the team was professional and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Son hit an object on the highway at night. Fox able to get car in right away to perform diagnostic to ensure safe operation. Repaired undercarriage shields and got my son back on the road the same day!

My girlfriend and I have a 4 month old baby and we came to Tennessee from our hometown of Indiana for a family members wedding. The AC compressor locked up and prevented the car from starting after the wedding. We had to get it towed over to them on short notice even though they were packed with other orders. They helped tremendously with our situation with getting it fixed fast. We were living in hotels over the weekend with no vehicle and not close enough to walk. No rentals around due to busy weekend in Memphis. These guys got us home in a couple days, like I said they didn’t have to help us they had plenty of other work! But they seem to actually have a heart and care and I’m grateful they were able to get us in on short notice. THANKS A BUNCH!!

We had taken our Dodge 3500 to another mechanic shop to have the A/C repaired, and we were sorely disappointed by the customer service and quality of service there. The A/C was still not fixed, and a family member highly recommended Fox Plaza. They were kind and efficient. They updated us on the progress that was being made. Best part - they even called several days after we took the truck home to be sure the A/C was working nicely, which it definitely is!

He said they do a thorough job, that theyre honest, and dont mess around. Im a woman and was leery of getting yanked around or being price gouged. My father was absolutely right about guys. Salt of the earth people and they really know their stuff, really seem to care. I would definitely take my car back here.

These guys are great! They are both knowledgeable and fair. I had an alternator that went bad. I had purchased it from this location under the previous owner, and didnt realize that the part was still under warranty. They searched their records, realized that it was under warranty, and replaced the part. The cost to me for parts and labor was zero - $0! Ill definitely continue using them for all my car repair and maintenance needs.
