Christians Brothers (Collierville) has fixed my brakes and air conditioner in the last 3 months. Best service I have ever had in the automotive service industry. These guys were honest and the price was great both times. I’m a life long customer now.

As I’ve mentioned before, they are very honest and trustworthy. Welcoming, too! My 10+ year old car drives amazingly well with the new struts. Scheduling appointments is very easy, and their communication is great. Thank you!

I brought my car in to get worked on because my starter needed be replaced, and beforehand I checked underneath my car for signs of a radiator leak, just in case. After I brought my car in, they said I need a 1000 dollar radiator replacement. Then I took the car to the dealership and they explained to me that the outlet port was broken and that it would only cost about 200 to replace.

Excellent job. I called and made an appointment to drop my truck off. I took my truck in told them the issues I was having and left. The next day I received photos and notifications telling me the repair work needed. They did not try and upsale and that is a wonderful bonus. Ordered parts and I picked my truck up the next day. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be back.

Staff are professional, courteous, and pleasant.Answered my questions and offered grounded explanations to help me understand the services needed on my vehicle. Service bays are neat and tidy. Waiting room is very inviting.I enjoy coming here and plan to make this shop my go-to from now on.

I had the options to drop off or wait. I was offered a courtesy ride due to the service of my vehicle would be about an hour and a half. Best quality service hands down. My car broke down while heading back home to middle TN and I had my car towed to CBAC. They were closing soon and had a lot of cars to work on but Jeff Wright did the best he could to look at my car and see what he could do as he knew my situation of having to go back home for work. He went above and beyond and found out what was going on, kept me updated, and I had my car back within 2 hours (even though they had a lot on their plate already). Thank you guys so much. This is my first time ever reviewing a business like this. By far the BEST place I’ve ever gotten my car serviced at. They are prompt, punctual, and very professional. From Lynda in the office to the technicians the process was seamless. They let you know every step of the way and even send pictures of the work they’re doing. I was able to watch my car get worked on and pay for it all from the comfort of my office. I’ve never went to an automotive shop and knew that I didn’t have to worry about anything. An email sent me to their website that showed the four problems I stated with the price to fix each. I was then able to select which ones I wanted done and given a final price. Nice!All work was done within the time period that they estimated. They also would have picked up the car from my house, fixed it, then brought it back. Are you kidding me??? The price was reasonable they offered me coffee while I waited and the service manager showed me a future potential problem I might have with my transmission. It was nice to find an honest dependable and reasonable service shop for my automobile I definitely will use Christian Brothers automotive again.

Christian brothers has never disappointed me! They have exceptional, hassle-free, same-day service, and super friendly, honest employees!

I had my car towed in for a coolant leak. Upon inspection the radiator needed replacement. We allowed them to do the radiator as well as an oil change. This was done rather quickly, the only good thing they did. We arrived to pick up the car, but as soon as they went for my keys they realized they had given MY keys to some other customer for their car. So they said they could deliver the car within the hour to my house. Still not acceptable but its free so why not. It took 2 hours when they finally arrived with my car. We took the car to the dealership for an unrelated recall, but before even getting there the car showed low coolant! Christan brothers had forgotten to top off my coolant after replacing my radiator! This is unacceptable and I hope no one else has these issues.

Diagnostic to tell me what I had already told them what was wrong when I called them, $130.00. No work at all done, maybe raised the hood and tried to start it.I feel like I was scammedWanted 3k to just change out a motor. I had it towed from there.

Ive used CBAC several times and recommend them to others. They are professional, friendly, caring and go out of their way to ensure the job done correctly.

Absolute ripoff! Spent $300 the first time. I brought it back because I continued to have the same problem. They charged me another $300 and then told me “If the check engine light comes on again, do not come back just drive it that way.” Sure enough the check engine light still came on and my car had the same problem and nothing was fixed. I spent $600 and received no repairs at all and told to not come back! I thought they would be ethical and have integrity but I was mistaken. I will not trust them again.

Christian Brothers will diagnose the issues, explain all solutions, and keep you up-to-date throughout the process. They stated additional service recommendations for my vehicle, but we’re not pushing about getting all of them completed immediately. Their technology communication tools are helpful. You’ll receive text messages letting you know the progress on your vehicle.

Christian Brothers did a great job of keeping me informed with my service. I felt like they really did a good job inspecting my vehicle because they found items that I knew were an issue but our previous shop had glossed over and reported as good. I feel like I can trust the quality of work that I received and that they would catch things before they became a real problem.

This shop in Collierville is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff at the front desk are SO friendly, warm, and welcoming, as is the immediate ambience of the atmosphere once you enter! They explain to you step-by-step what needs to be done to your vehicle before anything is done, including prices WITH TAX, so there are absolutely NO surprises when it comes time to pay! The owner is SUPER nice and took the time to talk to me about the fact I was wearing a certain college hat, which turns out to be his favorite team as well, and that made me feel like hes very hands-on and tries to take an interest in the customers as well. I have to say I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Just got my car back in perfect condition from Christian Brothers. The prices were reasonable, the people friendly and patient. When I discussed my invoice beforehand with one of their guys over the phone, he answered every question I had and I was able to decline a couple of recommended services that I didn’t think I needed before they started work. I also got a new estimate right away on the phone.Not only that, but I dropped my car off on Monday, authorized a laundry list of repairs on Tuesday, and had my car back on Friday.Overall, they did excellent work and I recommend them highly to anyone.

Today was my first experience with Christian Brothers in Collierville. I was having issues with the brakes on my SUV and needed them fixed because I have a 3 year old daughter who rides in the car with me daily. The staff was so courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was fixed correctly and that I was happy with the service I received. I am very pleased with the experience today and will call them first whenever I need work done on my vehicle in the future.

We have taken all our cars to Christian Brothers almost exclusively since they opened and they have always taken great care of us and our cars. They have always been honest and true to their word...which is rare today in most auto mechanic shops. I have never felt that they have pushed to sell me up on something I may or may not need. They are always impeccable in their customer service,too!.For example, I recently was traveling out of town and my car locked up and I barely made it to a rest area. After many failed attempts to reach my husband, I called Mr. Jimmy Turner to seek his advice on what to do. He graciously remind me of their roadside assistance program that was available to me. He walked me through what to do and checked on me numerous times to make sure I was being taken care of. He also called the next day to make sure my car was being repaired and I was okay. When I got back home and had to take my husbands car in, he again asked about my car and made sure all went well for me. You cant beat that kind of customer service!! We are loyal customers for sure!

My husband and I have not been going to Christian Brothers for a long time but in the relatively brief time we have used their services we feel they have earned our trust. We believe they have our best interests at heart and are motivated for the long-term relationship rather than only a quick dollar. They have taken pains to educate us about the vehicle and what may go wrong with it down the pike which we find of value to know. It is rare for a company to place such a high value on educating the customer. We believe they care about us and are honorable. That is unusual in todays world.

I rarely use repair service other than dealer repair shops, but I will go back to Christian Brothers in Collierville. My AC had failed due to a condenser leak and I took it to Christian Brothers since they were able to get me in almost immediately. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but more importantly, they were able to make the repair the same day (in about 6 hours). I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. Cost of repair was fair, but not significantly below what I was quoted from the local dealer. However, cost isnt always everything - Personal service and quick repairs are important. Also, their warranty is tough to beat. Without a doubt, I would recommend Christian Brothers Collierville to anyone needing automotive service.

They got it done quickly and reasonably priced.This review is for the honesty of the staff. I went in for my brake problem. After they diagnosed and figured out what was wrong, they told me that my Jeep is still in warranty. They told me to take it to the dealer and did not charge me at all. Thank you!

I came into Christian brothers for an oil change and my car was making an occasional odd noise, which I mentioned. The manager (not owner) did an excellent job of looking up a recall that fit my description and calling the local car dealership to see how long I should estimate the time for repair to be. This led me down a brief rabbit trail that concluded with the dealership rebuilding my transmission for free, with only a few thousand miles of cushion before my transmission warranty expired. I was so pleased with the above-and-beyond service that I received.

Mr Jimmy and staff are absolutely the best customer service that has ever been rendered to me and my family.

Friendly staff that do their best to accommodate your needs. My wife had a flat in the garage and I took the tire off to get it fixed. I had workers at house so I could not leave. I called to see how late I could get my tire there and get it fixed or replaced. The person on the phone offered to come get the tire and fix it. They did. Then after the workers left I drove to Christian Brothers and they put the tire on. I tried to pay and they would not accept anything. This is the type of business I want to support.

Great service and the staff is friendly. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was in and out within 40 minutes. No pressure from the staff to buy other services like your normal shop does. Highly recommend.

My first experience with them was welcoming and very professional. They provided a free shuttle service to and from my work. They were very thorough in diagnosising the problem and inspecting other parts of the car. I enjoyed receiving text message updates of their progress throughout the day. They were very transparent with the issue and the severity that it would cause later. I was very pleased that they did not try to oversell me.

Austin spent over an hour trying to find a Ford Dealer to repair my vehicle since I had a warranty policy. All local dealers were booked a month out, but he found one in MS (about 45 mins away) that could repair it the next day. Thank you SO much!!!! Christian Brothers was clean, friendly and caring staff, played great music and I did not see any grease in the main office area. It is a great place to have to wait if your vehicle needs service.

Although we have moved, our college-aged girls remain in the area. We have had to rely on Christian Bros for their car repairs in our absence (which is never fun). We have found CB to be professional, friendly, honest and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond for us more than once!

Christian Brothers Automotive has very good customer service. I have had so many encounters with other repairs that I came into the situation a little skeptical. When I inquired online about my brakes, I got a response within the hour. They also sent text messages as my car was going through the repair process. I work in Collierville now, so it is so nice knowing I have a honest repair shop that I can take my car to and get the work done during the week and not have to tie up my entire weekend. I came in with no appointment they actually listened to what I had to say about my car. Some places just dismiss information but they took into account everything I was saying. They made everything easy to understand and explained the whole process of how my day was going to look with them. They shuttled me back to my work, sent me updates on when my car was being worked on, and let me know when they had full diagnosis. They came and shuttled me back over there and let me bring my dog ( because I work at a dog daycare 😂)! They were sweet with her. They explained what all was wrong with this very messed up car that I bought. I could only imagine in my head the thousands of dollars I would inevitably have to pay. But instead of leaving me with the sharks they had recommendations for a car charity and even said they would be on the lookout for potential cars I could buy! I was very pleased and found out they were not going to charge me a dime for the diagnostic test or electric wiring test! They said they talked about it and concluded they would rather me put that money towards a safer car than pay for this one! I started crying when I left almost immediately 😂 I will remember their generosity and kindness forever. It truly was above and beyond customer service. I know some people might say “it’s just because you didn’t have to pay” no, this place really WELCOMES you to their family. And their genuine concern for my safety, well being, and knowing my car is the only way getting me around.
